Abstract

Fulaisum Firdaus, S.E., M.M. 1). How does corporate culture (S4I) influence the work spirit of Integrated Slab Yard Department employees at PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics? 2) How does leadership style influence the work spirit of Integrated Slab Yard Department employees at PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics? 3) How does corporate culture (S4I) and leadership style influence the work spirit of Integrated Slab Yard Department employees at PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics?. This aims to determine the Influence of Solid, Safe, Speed, Smart, Innovation (S4I) Corporate Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Work Spirit in the Integrated Slab Yard Department at PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics, this study uses quantitative data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely Employees of PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics with a population study of 66 samples 66 with saturated sampling techniques. The reliability testing technique uses the Cronbach Alpha technique with hypothesis testing using the Person Product Moment correlation at a significant level of a = 5%. Based on data processing from SPSS version 25, the results of the analysis on the coefficient show that the r2 value is 0.621 and is stated in the strong category. The formula for the determination coefficient KD = r2 x 100% so that the determination coefficient value KD = 0.6212 X 100% = 38.5%. So it can be concluded that the variables X1 (Corporate Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) and Y (Employee Work Spirit) have a relationship of 38.5 or rounded up to 38.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, promotion, and price on consumer satisfaction of Adidas sneakers, the method used is quantitative. The data source used in this study is Mahasiwa Budi Luhur Batch 2021. The sample of this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a random sample random sampling method with the Slovin formula and obtained 116 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while the Promotion variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to increase customer satisfaction in adidas sneakers.

Abstract

The dry bulk loading and unloading process at the port presents various challenges and significant risks, ranging from work safety to operational efficiency. This study aims to identify, analyze, and formulate risk management strategies in dry bulk loading and unloading activities to minimize potential losses and improve port operational performance. The methods used in this study include a qualitative approach through interviews and risk analysis as well as library studies. The results of the study indicate that the main risks in dry bulk loading and unloading include dust hazards, equipment damage, and worker safety risks. The proposed mitigation strategy involves improving the security system, regular safety training, and routine maintenance of loading and unloading equipment. It is expected that with this risk management strategy, the port can optimize the dry bulk loading and unloading process with a higher level of safety and more efficient operational costs.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is when assessed using cash flow statements and cash flow ratios. Data collection was carried out using Library research techniques and documentation. The population in this study is the 2019-2023 financial statements of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The entire population in this study is also a sample. The research method uses descriptive analysis using cash flow from operating activities, investment, and financing as well as ratio analysis, namely the Operating Cash Flow ratio (AKO), Fund Flow Coverage Ratio (CAD), Cash Flow Coverage Ratio to Interest (CKB), Cash Coverage Ratio to Current Liabilities (CKHL), Capital Expenditure Ratio (PM), and Cash Flow Adequacy Ratio (KAK). The results of this study show that the amount of the company's cash flow during the 2019-2023 period shows that the company is in a liquid condition when assessed in terms of its operational activities. With the ratio analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an increase in cash flow, especially in operating activities each year and the company's ability to overcome its current liabilities can still be overcome. This shows that PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is in a fairly good position during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

Currently, the beauty trend has made many skincare business emerge, one of which skincare brand is Skintific, which managed to occupy the top position in skincare sales in 2024. This study aims to determine the effect of E-WOM, Product Quality and Price Perception on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Skintific consumers, Budi Luhur University student class of 2021 in Jakarta. In this study using a survey methodin the form of a questionnaire consisting of 94 respondents, using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product Quality affects purchasing decisions, and Price Perception affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the performance of employees in the Provincial Revenue Service Office of the Tasikmalaya District who were less likely to experience good improvement. Therefore research is needed in order to find the factors that influence employee performance. Variables that are thought to influence employee performance are employee competence, employee work discipline and work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of employee competencies partially on employee performance, work discipline partially on employee performance, work environment partially on employee performance and employee competencies, work discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The subject of this study was the Provincial Revenue Service of the Tasikmalaya Regency Region with a population of all employees in the scope of the Provincial Revenue Office of the Tasikmalaya Regency. sampling from the population using a random sampling system or random sample with 35 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program ver. 20. The results of this study indicate that employee competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has no significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and employee competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of Tasikmalaya Regency Provincial Revenue Service staff employees.

Abstract

.This research discusses the Influence of Teamwork and Communication on Employee Performance. This research discusses Teamwork and Communication on employee performance at PT Buana Armada Jaya. The research aims to explain the influence of teamwork and communication on employee performance at PT Buana Armada Jaya. The sample for this research is employees who work at PT Buana Armada Jaya, numbering 40 employees. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression. The results of the research are (1) Teamwork has a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees. The results of this research prove that, if teamwork is good, employee performance will be better, because without good teamwork, it is difficult for companies to achieve optimal results. (2) Communication has a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees. (3) Overall Simultaneous Teamwork and communication have a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze Digital Marketing, Product Quality and Price on Yamaha Mustika Motor Purchase Decisions in South Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sample used in this research was 97 respondents, using the accidental sampling method and using the lemeshow formula. In this research, the data was analyzed using the SPSS version 22 program and Microsoft Excel 2021. The research results show that in digital marketing, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Bakmi GM promotion if evaluated using the AIDA model. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive method, where data is collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The sources in this study consisted of 13 key informants who were consumers of Bakmi GM and employees of Bakmi GM. The data analysis technique used in this study was interactive data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of the study found that Bakmi GM's promotional strategy on Instagram has been effective in implementing the AIDA model, although the frequent upload frequency and the lack of completeness of the description in the product discount uploads were complaints for informants.

Abstract

The problem so far is that there is no determination of how much beef business income, especially in the lower market of Takengon, so to find out the amount of beef business income in the Lower market of Takengon, an analysis of income measured in economic terms is made. The data collection method used is a field study technique, which is research conducted directly on the object by interviewing beef sellers, especially in the lower market area of Takengon which will be analyzed by quantitative methods by comparing field data based on ratio calculations using the income formula. The results showed that the total costs incurred for the beef business within one year reached Rp. 274,700,000 with an average of Rp. 22,891,700 while the amount of production in the beef business within one year reached Rp. 447,600,000 in one year with an average receipt of Rp. 37,300,000 and the net profit received within one year was Rp. 65,300,000 with an average profit per month of Rp. 5,441,000.
