Abstract

The Indonesian region has a variety of cultures and a variety of arts. One of the famous cultural heritage is batik. Batik is a cultural heritage from our ancestors since ancient times which was born as a work of art that has a philosophy about the meaning of life. Batik is an Indonesian heritage that really needs to be preserved because batik is a typical Indonesian textile that has motifs that have high artistic value. Batik that is traded has attractiveness through design, quality, price and other aspects that influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of product design, product quality, and product prices on purchasing decisions for Mojokerto typical batik in the "Bu Dar" batik industry. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of IBM SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially the product design variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 2.281 > t-table 1.661 with a sig value of 0.025 <0.050 (5%), partially product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 2.483 > t table 1.661 with a sig value of 0.015 <0.050 (5%), partially product price variable has a positive and significant effect on decisions purchases with a t value of 6.445 > t table of 1.661 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.050 (5%), while simultaneously the variables Product Design, Product Quality, and Product Price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for "Bu Dar" Batik with an F count of 54.167 > F table 2.699 with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

This proposal is backgrounded by the importance of implementing Islamic Financial Management for MSMEs in order to manage their money or assets in accordance with Islamic Law. At the time of the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, it was tested by the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak in the midst of Indonesian society. The Covid-19 pandemic has also had an impact on MSMEs. This research method is a qualitative approach that aims to explore aka build a proposal aka meaning contained in a reality that occurs in the field. The respondent selection technique uses a type of Purposive Sampling technique that is produced through an interview process run by the author and a number of speakers selected by the researcher. The results showed that MSMEs have problems in their operations, especially in Islamic Financial Management. Based on the interview results, the factors inhibiting the implementation of Islamic financial management can be seen from the absence of financial statements and the limited knowledge of business owners on the technology that is developing now. MSMEs should be able to develop themselves by managing management finances in sharia, from the process of obtaining funds, using funds that should be planned so that they can be useful for the future and also the process of managing assets that should have special funds for their operation so that tetatp is maintained and can be durable for the future.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a feeling that is very important in work. If someone has a very high level of job satisfaction then they will have positive feelings about the job. This study uses a confirmatory method with a quantitative approach, and uses primary data and secondary data for data collection methods. where the research was conducted at the PDAM Bengkayang Office with a population of 62 people using a census technique. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction in Bengkayang PDAM Office. Using data validity and reliability test methods, sample adequacy test (KMO), normality and multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis data are R^2 (determinant coefficient), t test (coefficient) and F test (Goodness of Fit Index) with SPSS 16.0 data processing. With the results of leadership style, organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction, while work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PDAM Bengkayang Office.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of planning on increasing profitability at UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research object is UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency, which is a company engaged in the economic empowerment of rural communities. The effect of this cash planning precisely is to set achievement targets. The realization of the cash flow budget is a way of how this planning can be achieved. The results showed that the UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency, in planning and realizing cash flows was relatively appropriate in its implementation so that all the targeted profit plans were achieved. This is evidenced by the achievements in 2018 – 2022, all profit targets always experience a plus deviation.

Abstract

Human resources determine success in achieving the goals of a company. Companies must be able to manage and manage human resources, it requires a proper understanding of human resource management. Appropriate management of human resource management through employee job satisfaction, employee performance satisfaction is a positive attitude about the work produced, financial satisfaction, and good relations between fellow employees and superiors. If employee satisfaction is high, it will result in a decreased turnover ratio and vice versa, if employee satisfaction is low, it will be followed by an increase in the turnover ratio. Turnover intention is the tendency of employees' intention to quit their jobs voluntarily. This makes the condition of the company unstable. The factors that influence turnover intention are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The phenomenon that occurs is that many employees leave the company because employees are not willing to spend extra work time because the salary given is not appropriate, and co-workers are not supportive. Therefore, a study was conducted with the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment which are considered to influence turnover intention, with the object of research being PT LongHwa Jaya Timber Lamongan, which is a manufacturing company in the field of wood management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative approach with primary data sources, the population in this study were all employees of PT LongHwa Jaya Timber Lamongan with the results of the research that job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention on employees and PT LongHwa Jaya Timber, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the expansion of oil palm plantations has on social, economic and environmental changes in communities in several villages in Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Socio-economic in this case are education, income, health and development, while the environment is the environmental conditions in an area. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data used is primary data, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive analysis or inductive thinking, which departs from facts or events that are empirical in nature and then examines and analyzes these findings so that they become general conclusions and generalizations with evidence of their implementation, then examines all the collected data. The results of the study show that the expansion of oil palm plantations has good social and economic impacts for the community, namely in terms of education, income, health and development. However, it has a bad impact on the environment, because it can cause environmental pollution and damage to soil and water.

Abstract

The need for vehicles for the Indonesian people is increasing with increasing mobility and increasing people's economic status as well as the ease of credit provided by banks and existing financing institutions making it easier for people to own them. This gives the company a great opportunity to further develop its sales not only in big cities but also in regions and regencies. Various kinds of motorbike brands have sprung up, many motorbike manufacturing factories are competing to create and make products to meet the needs of their consumers. Several well-known motorcycle brands in Indonesia come from the land of the rising sun such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki. The purpose of this study was to: find out whether product design and promotion influence the decision to purchase a Honda Beat automatic motorbike in Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The objects in this study were all the people of the Sananwetan sub-district, taking samples from this study using the slovin formula and obtaining a sample of 100 people from 53,555 populations. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and secondary data. The results showed that product design and promotion had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat automatic motorbikes in Sananwetan District, Blitar City.

Abstract

Lalamove is an Asia-based technology company that provides delivery services by connecting users with delivery drivers through web applications and mobile devices. The development of a company depends on how the ability to win the competition. To win the competition, it is necessary to have the right strategy in conducting marketing so that it can attract buying interest. Positioning is the company's actions to design products that are superior to other similar products in order to create a good impression in the minds of consumers. Meanwhile Brand Image is a representation of every overall perception of the brand. Because a brand allows it to influence consumers in making purchases and carry the good name of companies that produce goods or services. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between positioning and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used is quantitative. Subjects in this study involved 30 people. The data collection method uses three scales, customer decision scale, positioning scale, and brand image scale. Research sampling using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the regression model and the model was gradually filled in with the help of the SPSS for Windows Statistical Package for Social Sciences program.

Abstract

As a result, the goal of this article is to examine the marketing mix used by Antam's Padjadjaran Branch Group to market gold savings products, to evaluate the limitations and challenges faced by the marketing mix within the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch, and to develop marketing strategy recommendations to address both internal and external challenges encountered during the process of marketing gold savings products at the Antam Group Pajajaran Branch. Data for this study was acquired through interviews, observations, and recording using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The Antam Pajajaran Group Branch Managers, the Antam Pajajaran Branch Group Marketing Department, and the Gold Savings Products Pajajaran Bandung Branch's clients served as the study's informants. This study used the marketing mix theory as a guide. The study's conclusions include the marketing tactics used by Antam Group's Pajajaran Branch, which apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning principles, as well as the marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, processes, and facilities.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and intense business competition, human resource development has become the key to achieving sustainable business success and growth. Courses and training play a crucial role in enhancing the abilities of individuals and groups, aiding in the adaptation to business changes. This article analyzes the Sunakis Institute, a training center in Bekasi, through SWOT analysis to determine strategies for course and training development. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data gathered from literature, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the SWOT analysis reveal the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Sunakis Institute. Strengths encompass a comprehensive curriculum and quality instructors, while weaknesses involve limited program variations and resources. Opportunities include high industry demand and industrial growth in Bekasi, while threats consist of intense competition and regulatory changes in education. The implications point toward the need for the Sunakis Institute to develop innovative programs, diversify its offerings, engage in industry collaborations, integrate technology, monitor regulations, and implement effective marketing. In formulating development strategies, the Sunakis Institute should leverage its strengths and opportunities, while prudently addressing weaknesses and threats.
