Abstract

Abstract : One of the keys to educational success is the teacher. Teachers play an important role in the learning process to improve the quality of students. Therefore professionalism a teacher is very important to note. Professional teachers are those who are able carry out their duties as educators to the maximum by having the ability and skills as an educator. This research is library research. The theory is obtained from library data then studied and analyzed in obtaining data conception to obtain objective results. The results of this study are for find out whether the teachers at SMP IT NURUL FADHILAH have implemented and develop social competence.

Abstract

The State of Indonesia is one of the countries that has development and coaching programs of all levels and types, both informal, formal, and non-formal education. The implementation of acceleration for students who have extraordinary abilities and intelligence, is one of the relevant alternatives, because students who have extraordinary abilities and intelligence have learning speed and learning motivation above the speed and motivation of learning other students. This alternative strategy in addition to aiming to provide educational services according to the potential of students. The implementation of CBSA learning programs, superior learning programs (classes), accelerated learning programs (classes), international standard school programs (SBI) and the change of the 1994 curriculum to the 2004 curriculum, the 2004 curriculum to the KTSP curriculum are some examples of government efforts. This article discusses the process of implementing the acceleration program at Al-Azhar University Medan. Where in the acceleration program of Al-Azhar College Medan there are activities implemented for students who have extraordinary abilities and intelligence, by being given the opportunity to be able to complete studies in elementary schools for less than 6 years (for example 5 years), in junior high and high schools of less than 3 years each (for example 2 years), by completing all curriculum targets without jumping classes.

Abstract

Teacher certification is one way in the world of education to improve the quality and professionalism of a teacher, so in the future all teachers must have a certificate as a teaching license or permit. Thus, efforts to establish professional teachers in Indonesia soon became a reality as expected. The teacher certification policy refers to the law on teacher lecturers number 14 of 2005 aimed at determining the feasibility of teachers in carrying out their duties as professional educators, improving learning processes and outcomes, improving teacher welfare, and improving teacher dignity, in order to realize quality national education. This goal can be achieved through an effective implementation process which can be seen from the accuracy of policies, accuracy of implementation, accuracy of targets, accuracy of the environment and accuracy of the process. This article discusses one of the educational institutions that has used teacher certification to improve the quality of teachers in the school, where this educational institution is called SMK Karya Deli Tua..

Abstract

Every educational activity requires the implementation of steps or strategies to achieve goals and expectations effectively and efficiently for every organization, department, madrasah and so on. As explained by Ahmad Sutarmadi that the greatest strength that can bring progress in human life is the enormous desires and hopes that people live and have. It can be explained that, nothing can hinder the huge tide of ideologies that live in society, where that ideology is a vision and mission. With the right vision and mission, an organization (educational institution) can move forward towards the future and can develop, and process. This gives the meaning that how important the vision and mission are in an arrangement in the organization (educational institution). This article discusses the phenomenon that occurs regarding problems that develop related to the arrangement of Islamic education or the concept of Islamic education at SMP Negeri 1 Kotapinang.

Abstract

Tulisan ini memberikan konsepsi baru atas iḥyā’ al-mawāt. Iḥyā’ al-mawāt ialah upaya menghidupkan, mengelola, dan mengolah tanah yang tidak terjamah oleh manusia sebelumnya, atau pernah dikelola namun ditelantarkan dalam kurun waktu yang lama. Islam menganjurkan agar manusia memakmurkan tanah (bumi) yang diamanahkan oleh Tuhan. Dalam kajian fiqh klasik, iḥyā’ al-mawāt berimplikasi kepada pemerolehan hak milik atas tanah yang diupayakan iḥyā’ al-mawāt dan berlaku bagi segala jenis tanah. Pada dasarnya prinsip-prinsip dan hak tanah terlantar diatur oleh undang-undang pokok agraria dalam pemerintahan, dan memiliki batasan terkait hak-hak terkait tanah terlantar Di Sumatera Utara perebutan tanah skala besar yang tak kunjung selesai walau tahun berganti, bahkan lahan yang diperebutkan merupakan asset negara, seperti konflik masyarakat di atas tanah PT, sedangkan dalam islam penggunaan ihya’ul mawat, pengelolaan tanah terlantar yaitu apabila telah dihidupkan oleh orang, maka tanah tersebut telah menjadi milik yang bersangkutan. Syara’ telah menjadikan tanah tersebut sebagai milik orang yang menghidupkannya. Dengan analisis deskriptif dan perbandingan terhadap konsep iḥyā’ almawāt dan hukum pertanahan di Indonesia, diperoleh dua kesimpulan utama. Pertama, tanah al-mawāt dalam kerangka hukum pertanahan di Indonesia meliputi tanah terlantar, tanah timbul, dan tanah reklamasi. Terhadap ketiga jenis tanah tersebut, boleh dilakukan upaya iḥyā’ al-mawāt atas seizin pemerintah. Kedua, implikasi iḥyā’ al-mawāt dalam kerangka hukum pertanahan di Indonesia hanya pada hak pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan (ḥaq al-intifā'), tidak sampai kepada pemerolehan kepemilikan (al-tamlīk).

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of national education, the government has made various efforts as also contained in Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which includes the basis and objectives of providing education including compulsory education, guaranteeing the quality of education and the role of the community in the national education system. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the Facilities and Infrastructure Planning Process at SMK N 2 Binjai. This article uses a descriptive qualitative research approach method. This descriptive qualitative research approach method is carried out by describing and disclosing the management of school facilities and infrastructure at SMK N 2 Binjai. Researchers will try to explain specifically, in detail and in detail about such as the planning process of school facilities and infrastructure at SMK N 2 Binjai in accordance with the facts on the ground. The subject of his research was the vice principal of the facilities and infrastructure section at SMK N 2 Binjai. The results showed that the planning of facilities and infrastructure at SMK N 2 Binjai is the initial stage in the management of facilities and infrastructure in the school, in the planning there is a whole process of carefully estimating the design of facility needs needed by students, teachers and all staff at SMK N 2 Binjai.

Abstract

In general, this study is intended to describe the role of teacher professionalism in education in schools. The specific purpose of this research is to describe the professionalism of teacher performance in improving education in schools at the madrasah education level at MAN 2 MODEL MEDAN. Mini research activities on the role of teacher professionalism in Education at the MAN 2 MEDAN MODEL School is carried out using the interview method or qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research, the role of teacher professionalism in education in schools is related to how to become a professional teacher in accordance with the assessment of national education in Indonesia. The professionalism of teachers in each school is different. depending on the qualifications of the school. So it can be concluded that the role of teacher professionalism is very influential in the development of education in a school.

Abstract

One of the UMKM in South Tapanuli is UD. Salacca is a small and medium-sized industry that processes salak fruit into various food and beverage products. The existence of this business provides added value to salak commodities and can be a source of income for business actors. In order to develop the MSME sector, local governments are required to provide facilities, guidance, empowerment and assistance to develop and improve the competitiveness of MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how big the role of the South Tapanuli Regency Government is in supporting Regional MSMEs, especially UD Salacca. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe the function of local government participation in the empowerment of UD Salacca MSMEs in Padang Sidempuan City with literature studies or literature reviews and interviews as a source of data for this research. The results obtained from this research are that there are 3 roles carried out by the Regional Government of South Tapanuli Regency in supporting UD Salacca MSMEs, namely: facilitative role, educational role and technical role. The role of the Local Government that has a significant impact on the sale of UD Salacca is by promoting and providing facilities in the form of vacuum frying. In addition, the local government also provides business skills training to help increase the productivity of business results.

Abstract

We know that teachers generally refer to professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, etc. Assess, and evaluate students. We also know that teacher competence is the ability or capacity of a person to do various tasks in a job, where this ability is determined by two factors which are intellectual ability and physical ability. PAI teachers in shaping the character of these students, we can know that PAI plays a role in guiding, directing, giving an example of evaluating, in shaping the character of discipline in students.Although there are still obstacles in the process of fostering these students. Teacher competence has various kinds of competencies, namely: pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence.And there is also what is called social competence, namely a person's ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with students, teachers, educators, parents of students Nor the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Impact of the Dendang Sea Village Government Policy on the Economic Recovery of Culinary MSMEs in the Dendang Sea area after Covid-19. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods and P ustaka studies. The process of retrieving and collecting data by survey method and through library method. The data presented in this study are data obtained from field studies, literature searches from books, official government websites, official reports from international organizations, official news websites, and data processed from other relevant sources. From the data described above, it can be concluded that the increase in the Income of Traditional Traders in the Dendang Sea Area During the Covid-19 Pandemic has made major changes to traditional traders in the traditional market of Lau Dandang, both those who use their own shophouses and those who rent places. The change is in the form of income levels that have decreased by almost 30% from before the covid-19 outbreak, from the covid-19 pandemic, to now after the covid-19 pandemic, the income level has increased by almost 40%.
