Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi atau mengetahui tentang bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran daring di MIS Hikmatul Salridho Batang Kuis akibat dari Covid-19 yang melanda ,sehingga proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dari rumah masing-masing. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, Dimana didalam mengumpulkan informasi dan data-data dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu mencari semua data-data mengenai hal-hal yang sangat relevan dari berbagai macam sumber-sumber yang ada yaiut melalui wawancara dan beberapa refrensi dari beberapa jurnal yang dapat angkat . Kriteria  sumber yang dipilih yaitu adanya pembahasan tentang dampak pandemi COVID-19 dan pembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar. Dari sumber-sumber yang diperoleh, kemudian dipilih yang paling relevan. Hasil dalam penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap penerapanpembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar dapat terlaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat  dilihat  dari hasil  data-data yang diperoleh menunjukan  bahwa  dampak  adanya pandemi COVID-19  terhadap penerapan pembelajaran daring di Sekolah Dasar dapat terlaksana dengan cukup baik apabila adanya kerjasama antara  guru, siswa dan orang tua selama belajar di rumah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan produk reflective modul berbasis child friendly school yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi dan percaya diri siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode angket, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sebanayak 51,6% menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak mengikuti kegiatan literasi dengan baik. Sedangkan 42,9% menyatakan bahwa mereka suka kegiatan membaca

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role educational planning in improving the effektiveness and quality of education in Madrasah Tsnawiyah. This study uses a qualitative approach. For information on this research data, the researchers took several sources of information from the Head of Madrasah at Mts Negeri Binjai. The results of the study indicate that the educational planning model applied in this madrasa is comprehensively in accordance with the educational regulations of the Ministry of Religious Education, Ministry of Religion. Then the effectiveness of the implementation of the educational planning model designed by the Madrasah Head at MTs Negeri Binjai can be seen by the achievement of the planned targets, as well as the running of the existing system, namely cooperation between each component both from the school and the committee in supporting the achievement of the educational goals set. has been planned. With the model and the effectiveness of the educational planning, it can be understood that the role of implementing the educational planning prepared by the Madrasah Head at MTs Negeri Binjai is oriented towards independent learning with a focus on 3 components of educational attainment that exist in students, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

In starting a business, economists need to be motivated or creative from a young age when running it so that later they don't feel bored or tired and are l unable to maintain entrepreneurship. Without careful research and thought, to develop creatively as an entrepreneur, and any strategy or program executed without doing so will not yield the best results. The purpose of this research is for business people to develop techniques to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit in the business environment. The analysis for this research uses the method of content analysis, descriptive analysis, research stages, and library research. The results of this study indicate a number of perception-based barriers to starting a business, such as the perception of being too old or young, not being rewarded, or lack of finances. This barrier needs to be reduced by more knowledge from young economists, which is provided through community service. The hope is that the existence of young economists who are active in the business world can inspire the public's imagination about economic innovation. In this situation, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will continue to run their business according to entrepreneur norms.

Abstract

In carrying out his role as a leader and manager of education, the principal must have good leadership and management skills for the realization of quality education and educational outcomes that are able to demonstrate the existence of the school institution he leads. This study aims to examine the principal's policy in improving the quality of student graduates at the Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTsS) Bina Taruna Medan. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in order to determine the application of the principal's policies in improving the quality of graduates of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private (MTsS) Bina Taruna Medan students. Based on the results of the research, the form of the principal's policy at this madrasa in improving the quality of student graduates is to make every effort to improve education in accordance with the vision, mission and educational background of the madrasa, namely character education in schools. in accordance with Islamic values. With this form of policy in an effort to improve the quality of student graduate outcomes, it can be understood that the policies carried out by the Madrasah Head in an effort to improve the quality of student graduate outcomes at the Madrasah Tsanwiyah Swasta (MTsS) Bina Taruna Medan, are oriented towards strengthening character education with an educational background. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kelas yang aktif dan menyenangkan berbasis karakter di Pondok Pesantren Darussaadah Pangkalan Susu. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini adalah: a) metode ceramah dan pemaparan materi penggunaan strategi pembelajaran; b) praktek dan diskusi); c) Based on Card; d) Based on Discussion, e) Based on Text, f) Based on Demonstration, dan g) Based on Question. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penyampaian materi dilakukan dihadapan para peserta, yang dilengkapi dengan sajian power poin dalam upaya memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam sesuai dengan tahapan seperti pembukaan, kegiatan inti dan penutup. Setelah materi dipaparkan dihadapan para peserta, maka dilakukan evaluasi. Dalam tahapan ini, evaluasi mengharuskan seluruh peserta menjelaskan kembali tentang bagian-bagian tertentu yang mereka ketahui untuk setiap materi yang disajikan. Kegiatan evaluasi ini, berisi tentang memberikan jawaban atau tanggapan terhadap soal yang disajikan berkaitan dengan upaya guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna

Abstract

Teachers are role models for students to instill moral values ​​from an early age, ethics and standards in the practice of their duties, even at every beat of life, become indicators in education and teaching. As a means to prepare future teachers with character. Efforts to apply the character values ​​of future teachers emerge through higher education and vocational education. Teachers are not expected to only provide knowledge but also to provide examples of behavior that will serve as guides for students and their surroundings. A teacher who has a professional spirit is a teacher who has opinions, attitudes, always thinks, works seriously, works hard, full time, has great loyalty and is full of dedication to complete the work that is his responsibility. The task of teachers for national education must have great intelligence. but now teachers must have a gentle soul, good character in instruction, education and advocating for the ideals of the nation's children. Here the role of education personnel is needed in building the character values ​​of prospective teachers. So that prospective teachers can have the understanding and ability to develop professional roles as teachers with reference to professional attitudes and insight into the teacher's code of ethics in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Strategic management is the implementation of planning, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation carried out on an ongoing basis of all the needs needed by the organization in an effort to achieve its goals. Changes that occur quickly and spontaneously in the organizational environment will require organizations that are able to continuously evaluate strategies. Implementation of strategic management helps organizations to know the current state of the organization, then develop strategies, disseminate them and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented management strategies. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the quality of education that continues to move and change, and the specifications and qualifications will continue to increase with the times. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta IRA Medan.. The approach taken is a qualitative approach. The method used is interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that strategic management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta IRA Medan had been implemented and was oriented towards improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract : In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Article 2 paragraph (1) confirms that teachers have a position as professionals at the level of basic education, secondary education, and early childhood education in the formal education pathway appointed in accordance with regulations legislation. Article 10 paragraph (1) states that "the competence of teachers as referred to in Article 8 includes pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence obtained through professional education". Thus, it cannot be denied that teachers must have extensive knowledge, and have teacher competencies, namely; 1) Pedagogic competence, namely the ability to understand students, design and implement learning, assess learning outcomes, and develop students to realize their diverse potential. 2) Personality Competence, namely the individual's ability to reflect a stable, mature, wise and authoritative personality, be a role model for students and have noble character. 3) Social Competence, namely the ability of teachers to communicate and interact effectively with students, teaching staff, parents/guardians of students and the surrounding community. 4) Professional Competence, namely Mastery of the subject matter as a whole. This includes mastery of scientific content that covers the material and syllabus of school subjects, as well as mastery of scientific structure and methodology. Teacher competence is one of the factors that influence the achievement of learning and educational goals at Sekolah Sejahtera, but teacher competence does not stand alone, but is accompanied by 4 teacher competencies. Departing from this paradigm, this study aims to determine the pedagogic competence of teachers to improve the quality of education in the Prosperous School. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and documentation methods. The results showed that: (1) Pedagogical competence of teachers is one of the most important factors in improving the quality of education (2) Quality of learning for Sekolah Sejahtera Education is realized by the application of active, creative, and fun learning (3) Efforts by Principals in improving pedagogic competence teachers at Sekolah Sejahtera is to improve teacher competence through courses, webinars and learning media as well as managing the learning environment. (4) The efforts of the Prosperous School teachers in improving their pedagogic competence by participating in webinars and Teacher Working Groups.
