Abstract

This research is to see how the implementation of the education budget in the unit of management and/or implementation of education quality. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. This article aims to explain the topic of implementing the education budget in the unit of management and implementation of quality education in an educational institution. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the education budget in managing/organizing the quality of education is 1) to find out the sources of school financial funds, (2) to find out what are the components of school financing, (3) to find out the mechanism for preparing the RAPBS, (4) and to find out the accountability for the implementation of the APBS. The research was conducted to be able to find out about the formulation and implementation of the education budget in education management and delivery units in public schools and private schools, so that later this research observation can find out things that must be considered and matters relating to a good and appropriate education budget. with government regulations.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the factors that plays an important role in the education system in Islamic boarding schools. This is because the curriculum is a tool used to achieve the goals of education as well as guidelines when implementing learning activities at all levels of education. This study uses a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques used are involved observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis using an interactive model. Results: 1) Islamic boarding school curriculum planning obtains results regarding programs for activities to be carried out, strategies in learning and sources of funding to be used. 2) Implementation of the Curriculum is carried out by all students who live in the Islamic Boarding School. 3) Curriculum Evaluation is carried out once a month and every semester in order to be able to carry out an assessment on the manaqib reading test, in order to find out the character development of the students

Abstract

Abstrack:The purpose of this research is theoretically from the results of the discussion of this research are expected to make a scientific contribution, for scientific development, provide input to the school in terms of evaluating teacher performance in improving the quality of education, evaluation materials for Mtsn Binjai to provide better educational evaluations, for researchers expected to be a contribution and add to the literature for educational studies. This research was conducted at MtsN Binjai. West Rambung, South Binjai District. Binjai City, North Sumatra. This research was carried out in March 2023. All educators who teach at MtsN Binjai. Rambung Barat, South Binjai District with a total of 348 male students and 431 female students. Data collection uses observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that: teacher performance evaluation concerns planning and learning, teacher performance in implementing learning, teacher performance in assessing learning outcomes, also teacher discipline in carrying out their duties has good performance. So that the quality of education in these schools is of good value.Keywords: Purpose ; Methods ; Results ; Conclusion.

Abstract

Writing skills are a way for someone to describe ideas, ideas, thoughts in written form that can be read and understood by readers. This paper aims to determine the application of visual media in developing students' skills in writing responses and suggestions, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the visual media. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach to describe a research result, provide a description, explanation, as well as validation regarding the phenomenon being studied by observation or observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on this research it was found that the application of visual media in writing skills has an impact, namely, (1) students can understand learning material with visual media in the form of images, (2) students can answer questions by writing sentences and suggestions based on the pictures contained in the problem, and (3) all students write down the answers correctly and get good grades. (4) Students dare to read their writing in front of all their friends. Then the supporting factor is the teacher's proficiency in using the media, and also visual learning media has the benefit of being able to introduce original pictures of an object or event. While the inhibiting factors in the use of visual learning media are limited facilities and lack of funds for adequate learning media facilities

Abstract

School management is a school management in accordance with the vision and mission that has been determined. School management has a very important role in improving the quality and achievement of schools, so this study aims to: 1) find out the implementation of school management carried out; 2) knowing the role of school management in improving school quality and achievement; 3) knowing the problems faced by school management in improving school quality and achievement. Success in education can be measured from various aspects. Starting from the quality of students, the quality of educators, the atmosphere of the school environment, to the school administration system. However, the main factor that most influences the dynamics of education in schools is the leader who is responsible for the running of the education sector, in this case the principal. The principal is a manager who manages all educational activities in the school. Starting from academic activities, non-academic activities, even to professional guidance for educators. The professionalism of a teacher in teaching does not only depend on the principal, but the role of the principal in guiding teacher professionalism cannot be underestimated. The principal as the leader must be responsible for the professionalism of teachers so that teaching and learning activities in schools can run smoothly. This paper is the result of a research conducted by the author to observe the role of principal management in improving teacher professionalism at MTS Ali Imran.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the learning process of grade I teachers of SD Negeri 0206 Binanga, Barumun Tengah District, Padang Regency has not been able to use inretactive learning media optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of image learning media to improve the literacy of grade I students of SD Negeri 0206 Binanga, Barumun Tengah District, Padang Regency. The methods used in this study are observation and interview methods. The results showed that students' literacy skills tended to increase because the use of image learning media created a more meaningful and fun learning atmosphere, and increased student activity. So it can be concluded that image learning media affects the literacy ability of grade 1 students of SD Negeri 0206 Binanga. This means that this media learning method is quite effective in increasing student literacy.

Abstract

Nowadays there are still teachers who have not graduated from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, even though educational background is important for a teacher. These weaknesses lead to the low quality of education. An academic educational background that does not meet the requirements can have a negative influence on the teacher's teaching style, attitudes and behavior in teaching, and educational abilities. A teacher must have competence in teaching so that the expected goals can be achieved optimally so that student learning outcomes are affected. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, documentary observation and closed questionnaires using Likert scale measuring instruments. The research results reveal that there is a high influence of teacher professional competence on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs. S. Nurul Iman Padang Reba

Abstract

This research aims to obtain valid knowledge regarding the influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction through work ethic at PT. X. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) approach using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The population is employees of PT. X. Based on the outside measurement of the model used as a measure of validity and reliability of indicators, which includes measurement of convergent validity, discriminant validity, extracted variance (AVE), composite reliability, and cronbach's alpha, it can be concluded that all indicators in this case research are valid . Based on the inner model measurements used in this research to measure the relationship between variables, organizational culture and work environment variables on job satisfaction have a strong influence of 91% and the influence of organizational culture and work environment variables on work ethic has a large influence. strong influence of 89%. It can be concluded that work ethic is able to mediate the influence between organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pengelolaan pembiayaan dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di MTs Al-Huda Ciranjang berdasarkan Instrumen Akreditasi Satuan Pendidikan (IASP) tahun 2020. IASP 2020 digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang diterapkan di madrasah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, bendahara sekolah, guru, dan anggota komite sekolah, serta melalui observasi dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pembiayaan di MTs Al-Huda Ciranjang telah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh IASP 2020, khususnya dalam hal transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efektivitas alokasi dana. Laporan keuangan diaudit secara internal dan hasilnya disampaikan kepada pihak-pihak berkepentingan, yang mencerminkan capaian kinerja level 4 dalam IASP 2020. Implementasi pengelolaan pembiayaan yang baik telah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah ini, terlihat dari peningkatan fasilitas, pengembangan profesional guru, dan hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah dan madrasah lain dalam mengimplementasikan pengelolaan pembiayaan yang efektif untuk mencapai standar kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pencerahan tentang mengapa masyarakat Indonesia memiliki kepercayaan pada layanan kepolisian mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian hukum normatif. Sebagai akibat dari kebrutalan polisi, masyarakat Indonesia memiliki ketidakpercayaan yang besar terhadap polisi. Kasus Nyoman Sukena adalah kasus yang paling menonjol dan menarik perhatian dalam ingatan baru-baru ini. Paradigma sosial yang mapan benar-benar menyatakan bahwa hukum itu keras ketika diterapkan ke bawah dan relatif lunak ketika diterapkan ke atas. Salah satu langkah strategis pemerintah untuk memulihkan kepercayaan publik terhadap kepolisian Indonesia adalah membasmi petugas korup yang menyalahgunakan posisi kekuasaan mereka dan gagal menjalankan tugas mereka dengan benar
