Abstract

PT Indo Global Cemerlang faces challenges in identifying customer purchasing patterns, which impacts marketing strategies and inventory management. This research aims to analyze purchasing patterns using the FP-Growth algorithm and present the results in a data visualization dashboard. Transaction data for the period August-October 2024 was processed using the CRISP-DM approach, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The FP-Growth algorithm was applied with a minimum support of 0.003 and confidence of 0.6, resulting in 24 association rules visualized in an interactive dashboard. The test results show that this method is effective in identifying purchasing patterns, and the dashboard developed is able to present information comprehensively and easily interpreted, thus supporting business decision making.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT China National Machinery Group, the reason for this research is that there are problems in the company that can be resolved through a personnel information system that functions as a system related to data and needs for employees. At PT. China National Machinery Group still has several problems with the existing staffing system such as companies having difficulty accessing application files from prospective employees, permission forms and doctor's letters are not recorded properly and correctly, employee absence data is quite often not recorded properly and correctly, employee data can be accessed by unauthorized people, admin staff must manually calculate the number of employee absences based on the monthly attendance file which takes longer time. The methodology used to develop the system is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method, while the tools used are Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL, and Laravel Framework. The results of making this application are expected to help PT. China National Machinery Group in overcoming existing problems such as in the employee recruitment process, attendance process, leave process, sickness, promotion, demotion, termination, employee data, attendance data and assignments to company employees.

Abstract

Effective user interface design is a key factor in enhancing user experience on digital platforms. Galaxyplb is a digital platform used by CV Galaxy Autoparts to support operational activities. However, user experience analysis reveals issues such as low text readability, confusing layouts, and lack of system feedback. This study aims to redesign the user interface using the user-centered Design Thinking method. The process follows the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages, utilizing UEQ for user experience evaluation and Figma for prototyping. Initial UEQ evaluation indicates negative ratings across most UX aspects. The redesigned interface is tested again with UEQ, showing significant improvements in all UX aspects. The results confirm that the new design better meets user needs and enhances satisfaction.

Abstract

The Digital Population Identity (IKD) application still faces UI/UX problems, such as confusing displays to navigation and inefficient applications for users. This research redesigns the appearance of the IKD application using the Design Thinking method which consists of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. Data was collected through interviews and user reviews, then tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The redesign results showed an increase in SUS score from 40 to 79, indicating an improvement in usability from “Poor” to “Good”. All dimensions of the UEQ also improved, indicating an improvement in ease of use and user satisfaction. Thus, the Design Thinking approach proved to be effective in improving the user experience of the IKD application.

Abstract

AHASS San Motor Workshop is an official Honda workshop located in Palembang. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and brand image on customer satisfaction, both individually and simultaneously. The research employed a questionnaire using a Likert scale, distributed to 150 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The partial test (t-test) results indicate that the variables of service quality, price, and brand image have a t-value greater than the t-table value (1.655), meaning each variable significantly affects customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test (F-test) results show that the F-value is higher than the F-table value (2.43), indicating that these three variables collectively influence customer satisfaction. Additionally, the coefficient of determination test results reveal that service quality, price, and brand image explain 71.4% of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainability of Gao Xing Cha, a soy milk-based beverage business. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method using data collected from customer questionnaires and financial reports. The findings indicate revenue fluctuations, with a significant increase during offline promotions, followed by a decline afterward. This suggests the need to strengthen digital marketing strategies to maintain sales stability. The majority of customers are students, with Brown Sugar Soy Milk Tea being the most popular variant. Additionally, packaging and financial record-keeping require improvement to enhance competitiveness and profitability. By optimizing marketing strategies and improving operations, Gao Xing Cha has the potential to strengthen its sustainability in the soy milk-based beverage industry.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the healthy food business, Protein Bake, in Palembang City. The focus of this study includes evaluating the implemented marketing strategies, business operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction to maintain business sustainability. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach through customer surveys, interviews with business owners, and financial report analysis and sales trends from September to December 2024. The results show that digital marketing through social media and offline promotions at university cafeteria significantly contribute to business growth. Additionally, a high level of customer satisfaction is a key factor in fostering loyalty and supporting business sustainability. In conclusion, the right combination of marketing strategies and optimal customer satisfaction can strengthen competitiveness and ensure the sustainability of Protein Bake in the healthy food market.

Abstract

PT Garam is one of the largest salt producing companies in Palembang. PT Garam has several obstacles related to the problem of selecting the best employees, namely the criteria for determining the best employees which is currently by determining the best a bsences which are selected by supervisors and admin only. So the best employee appraisal system currently available is considered less effective and unfair. This research aims to build a decision support system for selecting the best employees which can he lp PT Garam in determining the best employees. The system built can manage employee data, criteria data, assess and store assessment data, and calculate assessments using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The system development method uses the Waterfall method. The result of this research is a decision support system that provides a ranking of the best employees based on assessments calculated using the Weighted Product (WP) method .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy and business performance of a food enterprise. The business offers two menu variants with innovative, practical, and eco-friendly packaging. The analysis focuses on the implemented marketing strategy, which includes digital promotion through social media and a sales system. Business performance is evaluated based on profit and loss statements and balance sheets. The analysis results show that digital promotion increases the number of orders, and the pre-order system supports operational efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze existing information systems, identify potential applications of information technology, and formulate IS/IT strategic plans that support the vision and mission of PT Kulaku Indonesia. The scope includes operational process analysis, implementation of technology trends, cost and benefit investment analysis, and change management in the integration of new technologies. By using the Ward and Peppard Framework, it was concluded that several systems developed were able to increase operational effectiveness through applications that made work easier and supported real-time monitoring, and had value that was ready to compete in the global market. In addition, it is hoped that this application can be expanded to other units, so that it can further improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as make a positive contribution to the development of company information technology.
