Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Product Diversity, Trust and Brand Image on Repurchase Interest Mediated by Consumer Satisfaction at the Ceria Elektronik Dawuhan Situbondo Store. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 92 consumers. Abstract

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, workload and work discipline through job satisfaction in influencing employee performance in the Situbondo Regency Social Service. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 30 employees. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Organizational Culture has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, Workload has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a positive effect but not significant on Performance, Workload has a significant positive effect on Performance, Work discipline has a Significant Negative effect on Performance, Job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, Organizational Culture has a negative but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction, Workload has a positive but not significant effect not significant on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Companies with good performance will continue to experience good growth in the future. This research aims to analyze the influence of Liquidity, Profitability, Capital Structure on Share Prices and Company Value. Liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Structure is measured using the Debit To Equity Ratio (DER). Share Prices are measured based on the Closing Share Price, while Company Value is measured using the Price To Book Value (PBV) Ratio. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2020-2023 period. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on Stock Prices, Profitability has a positive but not significant effect on Company Value, Capital Structure has a positive but not significant effect on Stock Prices, while Liquidity has a positive but not significant effect. significant effect on Company Value, Profitability has a positive but not significant effect and Capital Structure has a negatif but significant effect on Company Value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that liquidity has a negatif effect on Company Value through Share Prices, Profitability has a negatif but not significant effect on Company Value through share prices and capital structure has a negatif effect on Company Value through Share Prices.

Abstract

Digitalization has now become a key factor in improving the efficiency and quality of public services in various sectors, including banking. This study aims to analyze the effect of digitalization on public services at Bank Xyz. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to customers and interviews with the bank. The main variables analyzed include ease of service access, transaction efficiency, customer satisfaction, and challenges in implementing digitalization. The results of the study show that digitalization contributes significantly to increasing the speed and convenience of banking services, but still faces obstacles such as mobile application constraints, data security and customer trust. Thus, this study provides insight for banks in optimizing digital transformation to improve the quality of public services. Abstract

Human Resource Management is a crucial component of any organization, playing a key role in managing employees to work effectively and efficiently in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of professionalism, work competence, and workload on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, among civil servants at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Situbondo Regency. The population of this study consists of civil servants (ASN) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The direct effect hypothesis testing, carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 software, shows that professionalism has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction; work competence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; and workload also has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, professionalism has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; work competence has a positive but not significant effect on performance; and workload has a significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. The indirect effect hypothesis testing indicates that professionalism has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction; work competence has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction; and workload also has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Currently, the growth of the Indonesian food and beverage industry is underpinned by strong competencies. The development of ice cream products in Indonesia is ongoing in many regions. This indicates a growing variety of ice cream products available, both imported and domestically produced. The development of ice cream products creates intense competition, so each new product improves its quality, potentially reducing consumer demand. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, price and brand image on customer satisfaction with customer loyalty as an intervening variable Mixue Ice Cream & Tea in Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique, with 98 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used Structural Equation Analysis - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty, price has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a process of building value and creating new products aimed at generating long-term profits while maintaining stable customer satisfaction. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of location, brand image, and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Waroeng Ebeer in Situbondo. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study were conducted using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The test results indicate that location, brand image, and price have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. However, location, brand image, and price have a positive but not significant influence on customer loyalty. meanwhile, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, and location, brand image, and price also have a significant positive impact on customer loyalty when mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Entering the era of the Industrial Revolution, changes in Human Resources (HR) have occurred alongside rapid industrial advancement. Human Resources plays a crucial role in the continuity of a company’s operations. Given the significance of HR as a fundamental asset, companies are required to develop and manage HR effectively. Empowering and motivating human resources is a strategic approach that enables companies to grow and compete effectively with other industry players. This study aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and work culture on performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at PT. SGN Assembagoes Sugar Factory, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling, involving all 70 employees of PT. SGN Assembagoes Sugar Factory as research participants. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 4.0 indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and work culture also has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. Moreover, compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, while work discipline and work culture have a positive but not significant impact on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. Furthermore, compensation has a positive but not significant indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction. In contrast, both work discipline and work culture have substantial positive indirect effects on performance through job satisfaction.
