<![CDATA[Aktivitas pemuda di Indonesia memainkan peran kunci dalam mempromosikan kebhinekaan dan toleransi di tengah masyarakat yang semakin plural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi pemuda dalam penguatan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan melalui pendidikan multikultural dan aktivitas sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis 50 artikel serta buku terkait dari berbagai database akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuda berfungsi sebagai katalisator toleransi melalui partisipasi aktif dalam program-program pendidikan yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Selain itu, media sosial dimanfaatkan untuk menyebarkan pesan-pesan positif mengenai keberagaman. Namun, tantangan seperti radikalisasi dan misinformasi masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Pendidikan literasi digital dan kegiatan budaya menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun kesadaran sosial pemuda. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat untuk mendukung inisiatif kebhinekaan, sehingga pemuda dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang efektif dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih inklusif.]]>

<![CDATA[he development of technology brings great benefits but also opens a loophole for cybercrime. Cases of revenge porn, which is the dissemination of pornographic content without consent, are becoming increasingly troubling. Data from Komnas Perempuan Indonesia shows a sharp spike in cases of gender-based violence. This study describes the phenomenon of revenge porn, illustrating the significant psychological impact on victims. This study uses a literature study method conducted using 8 journals from 2016-2022. Through interviews with survivors as additional data, it was found that the impact of revenge porn involves psychological, social isolation, and economic loss, resulting in victims losing basic needs and psychological needs in Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The TPKS Law is considered less capable of providing punishment that is worthy of what the victim received. The psychological impact felt indirectly takes away the pre-existing hierarchy of needs and slowly destroys part of the victim's life.]]>

<![CDATA[Typhoid fever is a gastrointestinal infection caused by Salmonella typhi, with significant prevalence in Indonesia. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of using ceftriaxone and cefotaxime antibiotics in hospitalized patients with typhoid fever at Hospital X in Cirebon City. The research method employed was a non-experimental observational study with a retrospective cross-sectional design, utilizing patient medical records from January to December 2023. The study results indicate that ceftriaxone was more frequently prescribed than cefotaxime (69% vs. 31%) at Hospital X. Regarding the reduction of body temperature, ceftriaxone demonstrated higher effectiveness compared to cefotaxime, although there was no significant difference in length of hospital stay between the two treatments. Ceftriaxone was also more effective in returning leukocyte counts to normal compared to cefotaxime. Based on these findings, ceftriaxone remains the preferred choice for treating typhoid fever at Hospital X in Cirebon City due to its superior effectiveness in reducing body temperature and restoring leukocyte counts to normal. These results can serve as important references for clinical decision-making regarding typhoid fever treatment in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Intercultural communication issues often pose challenges in higher education environments, especially in universities with diverse students from various cultural backgrounds. The University of Mataram, as one of Indonesia's higher education institutions, has a number of students from Papua who face difficulties in adapting to the local culture. This study aims to analyze the convergence and divergence in intercultural communication between Papua students and other students, particularly local students, at the University of Mataram, and to identify the factors influencing their adaptation and integration processes. The findings of this study reveal that Papua students encounter several challenges in communicating and adapting to the local culture at the University of Mataram. Key factors influencing the convergence and divergence in communication include language differences, social norms, and cultural practices. On the other hand, there are also some adaptation mechanisms utilized by Papua students to overcome these challenges, such as forming support groups and participating in local cultural activities]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengkaji kompleksitas kebahasaan di Papua dan implikasinya terhadap upaya membangun persatuan antar suku serta penguatan identitas nasional Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiolinguistik dan politik bahasa, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tantangan dan potensi keragaman bahasa dalam konteks persatuan nasional di Papua. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitatif melalui studi literatur terhadap berbagai publikasi ilmiah terkait kebahasaan di Papua, mencakup kajian sosiolinguistik, antropologi linguistik, dan politik bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman bahasa di Papua menghadirkan empat tantangan utama: kesenjangan komunikasi antar-suku, hambatan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan, kendala pelayanan publik, dan kompleksitas pembangunan identitas nasional. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Bahasa Melayu Papua telah berkembang sebagai lingua franca yang berpotensi menjembatani kesenjangan komunikasi. Kesimpulan penelitian menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan kebijakan bahasa yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik sosiolinguistik lokal sambil memperkuat fungsi bahasa Indonesia sebagai pemersatu.]]>

<![CDATA[Tuberkulosis (TB) dan human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang penting diseluruh dunia. Risiko seumur hidup untuk berkembang menjadi aktif TBC pada orang dengan HIV mungkin 20 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada orang tanpa HIV. Pada tahun 2017, sekitar 31% dari seluruh kasus TBC yang dilaporkan merupakan koinfeksi HIV. Meskipun akses terhadap terapi antiretroviral (ART) telah meningkat, angka kematian di antara orang dengan HIV masih tinggi dan tuberkulosis merupakan penyebab utama kematian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 74 orang. Metode penarikan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah total sampling dimana sampel adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan jenis kelamin laki-laki lebih tinggi sebanyak 64 orang (86.5%), Pasien yang tidak menikah sebanyak 51 orang (68.9%). Dan Pasien dengan Pendidikan rendah sebanyak 62 orang (83.8%). Adapun berdasarkan kepatuhan ARV, pasien yang patuh dalam mengkonsumsi ARV sebanyak 55 orang (74.3%). Selanjutnya berdasarkan Riwayat Infeksi Oportunistik pasien yang tidak memiliki infeksi oportunistik sebanyak 43 orang (58.1%). Perlunya deteksi dini Tuberkulosis pada orang dengan HIV maupun pemeriksaan HIV pada Orang yang menderita Tuberkulosis sesegara mungkin agar tatalaksana pengobatan dapat dilakukan lebih awal untuk meminimal komplikasi yang lebih berat dari Koinfeksi HIV TB.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the factors that influence the satisfaction levels of outpatients in the Pharmacy Department at XYZ Hospital and their impact on patient loyalty. The study involved 208 outpatients. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing 38 questions using a 1-5 Likert Scale based on a judgemental sampling method. The data was analyzed using the SEM method based on PLS. The results indicate that communication and the attitude of pharmacy staff have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. Timeliness in providing services also contributes positively and significantly to patient satisfaction. The availability of medications in a timely and adequate manner, a clean and comfortable pharmacy environment, and prices perceived as reasonable also have a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction. Furthermore, patient satisfaction positively and significantly affects patient loyalty in the Pharmacy Department at XYZ Hospital, with satisfied patients tending to return for services and recommend them to others.]]>

<![CDATA[Sexual violence is an act carried out through coercion that aims to fulfill the desires of the perpetrator regardless of the status of the relationship with the victim. Cases of sexual violence certainly have a negative effect on the victims. News about sexual crimes can easily be disseminated, especially since the world has entered the 4.0 era where all information can be easily disseminated using the internet and technology. So based on this, many of the victims are silent about the incident that happened to them because they are afraid that the negative impact will spread widely so that the victim will get ostracized in society. The purpose of this journal is to analyze the fulfillment of the rights of victims of crimes against sexual violence associated with the Law on Crimes of Sexual Violence. This journal method uses a qualitative type. The results of the analysis of this journal are that Law Number 12 of 2022 Articles 66-70 describes the rights of TPKS victims. Some of the rights of victims that are used as a scope include protecting victims from criminal prosecution, protecting against loss of access to politics, education, job transfers, and jobs, protecting victims from law enforcement officials if there is an act of demeaning officials, keeping the victim's identity confidential, protecting victims from violence or the perpetrator's threats, protection information is properly provided in accessing it, and provides protection facilities as well as information about victims' rights.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the semiotic analysis of President Jokowi's final state speech at the 2024 MPR annual session through Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic approach which involves the analysis of representamen (signs), objects (sign references), and interpretants (use of signs). This research using descriptive qualitative methods to understand the meaning and content contained in the speech. The results of the study show that "Semiotic analysis of President Jokowi's final state speech at the 2024 MPR annual session" effectively conveys emotional messages about apologies, conveying achievements, and leadership hopes. in the future. This speech teaches that whatever we do there must be something good and not good. As humans we need to be humble and apologize for what we have done so far]]>

<![CDATA[Kesempatan menempuh pendidikan gratis di sekolah kedinasan mengundang minat siswa dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dengan beragam latar belakang. Perbedaan status sosial dan budaya mengharuskan mahasiswa perantau untuk melakukan penyesuaian diri. Agar mampu memaksimalkan proses penyesuaian diri, peneliti mencari tahu peran self compassion yang terjadi pada mahasiswa perantau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik koefisien korelasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 146 partisipan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self compassion berpengaruh positif bagi proses penyesuaian diri. Semakin tinggi self compassion akan meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa. Nilai penyesuaian yang tinggi pada mahasiswa di sekolah kedinasan dipengaruhi karena dimensi self kindness dan common humanity mahasiswa cenderung tinggi. Artinya, mahasiswa menganggap kesalahan akibat perbedaan budaya adalah sesuatu yang wajar seperti pada kehidupan mahasiswa lainnya. Mereka juga bersikap baik saat mengalami kegagalan. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan self compassion laki-laki lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan, sedangkan berdasarkan variabel penyesuaian diri, tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan penyesuaian diri yang signifikan antara mahasiswa perantau baik perempuan maupun laki-laki.]]>
