Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the impact of service quality on loyalty, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT Bank Sulteng Palu Branch. The study used explanatory research method to understand the relationship of variables. Respondents were customers of Bank Sulteng Palu Branch, with a sample of 105 people, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics and path analysis using Warp PLS. The results showed that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and can affect loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the occurrence of demurrage at PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans,to determine and analyze the factors that cause demurrage at PT Zona Madiri Indotrans and to determine and analyze the efforts made by PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans in overcoming demurrage due to delays in loading and unloading fertilizers. This research was conducted at one of the freight forwarder companies in Palu City, PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans regarding fertilizer unloading activities that cause demurrage with a total of three informants. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and uses the NVivo 12 Plus software analysis tool. The results showed that demurrage occurred at PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans due to delays in fertilizer unloading activities. The factors causing demurrage are lack of truck fleet, truck fleet damage, lack of unloading labor, scarcity of diesel fuel, unloading tools, unfavorable weather and late B/L (Bill of Lading) documents. Efforts made by PT Zona Mandiri Indotrans in handling demurrage that occurs due to delays in loading and unloading fertilizers, the company rents a warehouse to store fertilizers that have not been loaded so that the containers used can be immediately returned to the shipping party and the company supplies diesel fuel for each truck fleet before the goods arrive at the port.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reaction of the Indonesian Capital Market to the 2020 United States Presidential election. By using the event study method to calculate and analyze differences in Average Abnormal Return (AAR), Average Trading Volume (TVA) and Average Bid-ask Spread (ABAS) during the United States Presidential Election event. The population used is companies listed in the LQ-45 Index with a sample of 39 companies taken with purposive sampling technique. The observation period in this study was 10 working days consisting of 5 days before the event and 5 days after the event. The results found that there were no significant differences in AAR, ATVA and ABAS in the LQ-45 Index. Tests on sectors in the LQ-45 Index show varying results. There are significant ATVA differences in the consumer goods industry sector and in the property, real estate and building construction sector. There are also significant differences in ABAS in the financial, mining and property, real estate and building construction sectors. These results indicate that in some sectors listed in the LQ45 Index, information on the United States Presidential election signals good news to the market in Indonesia so that the market reacts positively around the study period. This study provides implications for investors in making investment decisions, especially during political events.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of work and study conflicts, time management and the quality of guidance services on the completion of the study of master of management students at Tadulako University Palu. The study population was 114 students of master of management at Tadulako University Palu. Due to the limited number of popu lation, to ensure the accuracy of the data in this study, researchers will use the entire population above as a research sample. The type of data in this study consists of quantitative data and qualitative data with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. While data collection techniques consist of interviews, questionnaires and observations with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that work and study conflict had no significant effect on study completion with a P value of 0.131>0.05. Time management has a significant effect on study completion with a P value of 0.000 <0.05. The quality of guidance services has a significant effect on study completion with a P value of 0.023 <0.05

Abstract

This research aims to identify the simultaneous and partial relationship between work discipline, motivation and facilities on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique in this research is using the census technique (saturated sampling), with a sample of 58 respondents. The types of data are quantitative data and qualitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Techniques in collecting data are carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. The technique in analyzing data is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Discipline, motivation and work facilities have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant relationship on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant relationship at Bapenda Palu City (4) Work facilities have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Workload and Motivation on Employee Performance through Work Stress as a Mediating Variable (Study at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency). The subjects in this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the sample of this study were employees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency Office, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling technique. The data were analyzed by SEM analysis assisted by the SmartPLS3 application. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 (five) direct relationships between influencing variables. The results of the variables that affected directly are: workload has a significant effect on employee performance, it has a significant effect on work stress, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on work stress, and work stress directly has a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of variables that affected indirectly are: workload indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress and work motivation indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the process of weighing and receiving by executive nurses in 10 inpatient rooms of Undata Hospital, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province. The research subjects included 65 executive nurses working in the hospital. Purposive sampling was the sampling method used in this study, where the researcher selected respondents from the population based on criteria determined by the researcher. The conclusion of the results of this study states that a series of nurse handover processes in the inpatient room of Undata Hospital, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province have been implemented, but 45 respondents (69%) stated that the handover mechanism was in accordance with the SOP and 20 respondents (31%) stated that the implementation was not in accordance with the SOP.In the handover method, there were 39 respondents (60%) who stated that it was in accordance with the SOP and 26 respondents (40%) who stated that it was not in accordance with the SOP. Regarding the content / information of the weigh-in, 47 respondents (72%) stated that it was in accordance with the SOP and as many as 18 respondents (18%) stated that it was not in accordance with the SOP. As well as obstacles such as things that are forgotten to be conveyed, noise, patient calls and critical situations of patients during weigh-in, 50 respondents (77%) stated that they could handle it well and as many as 15 respondents (23%) stated that there were obstacles in the process of weigh-in in the Undata Hospital inpatient room that could not be handled at all, but could be minimized.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the rice supply chain model in Tojo Una-Una Regency and look at the price margin from the initial supply chain process to the consumer as the final supply chain in its management. The research was conducted for 3 months. The method used was qualitative descriptive using a survey approach. The research was conducted in Tojo Una-Una Regency. The collection method was carried out by in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis assisted by supply chain management analysis. The research results show that; The supply chain model in Tojo Una-Una Regency is quite long and involves at least nine supply chain models, the highest profit is for the miller with a total of Rp. 6,400-Rp. 6,600 and the majority of the rice food price margin is around Rp. 11,000 to IDR 15,000 per kilogram, with the price per 50 kg bag from the South Sulawesi area, IDR. 495,000 to Rp. 510,000. For food from the Parigi Moutong area the price is Rp. 600,000 per bag, while food from the Banggai area is Rp. 590,000 per bag. With a selling price to consumers of IDR 530,000 to IDR 550,000 per 50 kg sack for rice from the South Sulawesi region. Meanwhile, rice from the Parigi and Banggai areas are priced at IDR 620,000 to IDR 630,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to gain an understanding of the UMKM Development Strategy through the Development Policy of the Sigi Regency Cooperation and UKM Department in Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner using a process of observation, interviews and documentation. The data is then presented and analyzed using SWOT matrix analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of this research indicate that the strategy implemented to develop UMKM at the Sigi Regency Cooperation Department is appropriate and makes maximum use of the potential strengths possessed in seizing opportunities at the Sigi Regency Cooperation and UKM Department where the potential can be developed in the future and the results determining the coordinate points X; , Management of open information, improving the quality of work programs, developing financial institutions, increasing empowerment of UMKM, consider community needs and strengthen authority and autonomy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of Pasangkayu Regency Bappeda Litbang employees. The subjects of this research were all employees of Bappeda Litbang Pasangkayu Regency. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive verification research type. The sampling technique used in this study was the census technique using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Data collection was done directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents as many as 34 employees of Bappeda Litbang Pasangkayu Regency. The results showed that the variables of motivation discipline and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of employees of Bappeda Litbang Pasangkayu Regency. Partially discipline, motivation and work environment also have a significant effect on employee performance at Bappeda Litbang Pasangkayu Regency.
