Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance consisting of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and activity variables on companies’ value with dividend policy as moderating in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It was hypothesis-testing research. The sample in this research is 11 food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020. As for the analysis technique of panel data regression, the data analysis tool uses Software Econometric Views (Eviews) version 10. The analysis results of the direct influence of financial performance consist of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and activity variables on the value of Food and Beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020. Profitability has a significant positive effect on companies’ value, while leverage, liquidity and activity each have a negative and significant effect on companies’ value. The results of the indirect effect analysis conclude that dividend policy does not moderate the influence of each variable on profitability, leverage, and activity on companies’ value. However, the dividend policy moderates the influence of liquidity on the value of Food and Beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2016-2020. Abstract

This research aimed to determine: 1) The influence of the internal control system on preventing goods/services procurement fraud in handling covid-19 in Sigi District, 2) The influence of compensation suitability on preventing goods/services procurement fraud in handling covid-19 in Sigi District, 3) The influence of organizational commitment to the prevention of goods/services procurement fraud in handling covid-19 in Sigi District, 4) The influence of the internal control system on the financial performance of Sigi District, 5) The influence of compensation suitability on the financial performance of Sigi District, 6) The influence of organizational commitment on the financial performance of Sigi District, 7) The influence of preventing goods/services procurement fraud in handling COVID-19 on the financial performance of Sigi District. Type of the research was quantitative approach with a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis technique used path analysis with purposive sampling technique. The results of the research indicate that the internal control system has a positive and insignificant influence on preventing goods/services procurement fraud in handling covid-19 in Sigi District; the suitability of compensation has a positive and significant influence on preventing goods/services procurement fraud in handling covid-19 in Sigi District; organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant influence on preventing goods/services procurement fraud in handling covid-19 in Sigi District; the internal control system has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of Sigi District; compensation suitability has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of Sigi District; organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of Sigi District and the prevention of goods/services procurement fraud in handling COVID-19 has a positive and insignificant influence on the financial performance of Sigi District. Abstract

This study analyzes the Determinants of Leverage of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by testing 4 fundamental factors, namely Firm Size, Profitability, Asset Tangibility and Tobin's Q. The sample in this study is 15 BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2021. Data were analyzed using panel data regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the direct effect is concluded that 1) Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on Leverage; 2) Profitability has a negative and significant effect on Leverage; 3) Asset Tangibility has a positive and significant effect on Leverage; 4) Tobin's Q has a negative and insignificant effect on Leverage; 5) Firm Size, Profitability, Asset Tangibility and Tobin's Q simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Leverge of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture towards the performance of employee and the moderating role of information technology on the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Central Sulawesi Police Ditlantas office. This study applied quantitative descriptive analysis method and sampling technique through census sampling. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data, and the data sources were secondary data and primary data. Based on the results using the partial last square test, it shows that the organizational culture variable has an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction affects the employee performance and information technology variables mediate the relationship between organizational culture variables and job satisfaction on employee performance. Abstract

This research intends to analyze the financial performance at Regional Development Banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This research applied quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through annual financial reports published in each bank of 3 regional banks. Results of this research reveals that the financial performance at regional development Banks listed on the on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period is identified through the Risk Profile, namely by analyzing financing risk with the NPL ratio of regional banks BJBR in the very good category, BJTM in the good category and BEKS is adequate but was not in good category in 2020 period. Liquidity risk analysis with the LDR ratio of regional banks of BJTM for the 2016 period is adequate, the 2017 period is good and in the period of 2018-2020 it is very good, the BJBR bank is in the adequate category and the BEKS bank for the 2016 and 2018 periods is good, the 2017 and 2019 periods it is in category of good, the 2020 period it is not good. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Government's Internal Control System and the Use of Accounting Information Systems on the Quality of Financial Reports. The samples were taken through the saturated sampling (census) technique, a sampling technique from all population members, as many as 70 respondents. The data used are quantitative and qualitative, and the data sources used are secondary and primary data. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on statistical tests on the Government's Internal Control System and the use of Accounting Information Systems, it influences the quality of financial reports at the office of Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Unit, Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology. The Government's Internal Control System partially influences the quality of financial reports at the office of Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Unit, Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology. Accounting Information Systems partially influences the quality of financial reports at the office of Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Unit of the Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of content marketing on Shopee Indonesia's official Instagram account on e-customer loyalty with customer engagement as mediating variable. This is descriptive-causal research. The research sample was 100 Shopee Indonesia customers who engaged on the official Shopee Indonesia Instagram account which was determined using the purposive sampling method. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypothesis with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) content marketing has no significant influence on e-customer loyalty (2) content marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer engagement, (3) customer engagement has a positive and significant influence on e-customer loyalty, (4) customer engagement mediates the influence of content marketing on e-customer loyalty. This study contributes to the digital marketing literature, particularly on content marketing, engagement, and e-customer loyalty discussion. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the local government of Parigi Moutong District in the period 2016-2021 by using the ratio analysis method of PAD growth, decentralization, independence, PAD effectiveness, expenditure growth, expenditure compatibility consisting of operational and capital expenditures, and expenditure efficiency by using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the research show that (1) The PAD growth analysis has a positive category with an average percentage value of 11.73%, and (2) The ratio analysis of the degree of decentralization has a very low category with a percentage value of 9.07%, (3) Ratio analysis of regional financial independence has an instructive category with a percentage value of 13.14%, (4) PAD effectiveness ratio analysis has a very effective category with a percentage value of 105.40%, (5) Growth Analysis expenditure has a positive category with a percentage value of 4.76%, (6) The analysis of the compatibility ratio consisting of operational and capital expenditure has a balanced category with a percentage value of 64.13% and 16.20%. (7) The expenditure efficiency ratio analysis has an efficient category with a percentage value of 94.53. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of health services of COVID-19 patients treated in the Isolation Room of the Undata Hospital of Palu, Central Sulawesi Province. This research is a descriptive and qualitative research. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 informants consisting of Covid-19 patients who had been treated in the Isolation Room of the Undata Hospital of Central Sulawesi Province totaled five (5) people and the manager of the Undata Hospital of Central Sulawesi Province totaled five (5) people. The data analysis method in this study uses triangulation techniques and theanalysis tool software NVIVO 12 Plus. The results of this study indicate that . Quality of Health Services For Covid-19 patients who are being treated in the Isolation Room of the Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province in Palu, which consists of Tangible (physical evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), and Empathy (empathy). ) shows good quality in accordance with the expectations of Covid-19 patients, which is supported by regulatory factors, organizational factors, work skills factors and infrastructure factors, but there is still a need to improve and improve the quality of patient room comfort, discipline of officers in the service process, response of officers in the process service, punctuality in service and guarantee on time in service even though the reliability and empathy of the officers are very good. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable atPT. Toyota Hasjrat Abadi Mutiara Palu. The population consists of customers in Palu City who use the PT. Toyota Hasjrat Abadi Mutiara Palu. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach with a total sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the sampling technique using the structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the research show that service quality has a positive and insignificant influence on customer loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, service quality through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, and brand image through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.
