This research was conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the implementation of corporate social responsibility by including it as an independent variable in terms of CSR spending, CSR activities, and the acquisition of CSR awards. The dependent variables in the study were financial performance, and the size of the company, the company's risk, and the age of the company were control variables. The sample size of the survey includes 18 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2015 and 2020. Data analysis methods use regular regression analysis tools. The results of this survey show that CSR awards and the age of the company affect business performance. The implications of this research are improving financial performance, building reputations, gaining a competitive advantage, and as a matter of investment consideration should investors need to consider how well the company performs in generating many awards that drive the company's productivity, as well as how long the company has been operating in order to measure the company's ability and experience in disclosing all information, including CSR disclosures.

This study aims to examine and to The Effect of Quality Product and After Sales Service on Purchase Decision of Yamaha Motorcycle, either simultaneously or partially at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. The samples used in this research were 75 people with the method using Slovin formula with the number of respondents of 305 people. This research uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, this research shows that the F test results show that Product Quality and After Sales Service simultaneously influence the purchase decision. The result of t test also shows that the variable of product quality partially has positive and significant influence toward the purchase decision. Coefficient of determination of 0.327 which means that the role given by the variables combination of product quality and after sales service toward the purchase decision of 32.70% while the remaining 67.30% was influenced by the other factors which were not examined by the researcher.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Quality of Work Life, Work Commitment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province with a sample of 58 employees. The analytical tool used is Warp Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that (1) Quality of Word Life had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Quality of Work Life had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) Work commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction ( 4) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Job Satisfaction plays a role in mediating Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance. (7) Job satisfaction does not mediate work commitment to employee job satisfaction.

Along with the current progress and development of the Kendari Resort Police to maximize knowledge and build an effective organizational culture in order to create better work results and quality of personnel work, so that the existence of Bhabinkamtibmas personnel in the midst of society can create security and order in the jurisdiction of the Kendari Resort Police.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Knowledge Management and organizational culture on the performance of members of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas. The population of this study was all members of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas of 80 people and all of them were sampled. The analytical tool used is partial least square with the Smart PLS program version 3.0 while the data collection method used questionnaires, documentation and interviews.Based on the results of the study it was concluded that: (1) knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas (2) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on performance of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas.

This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of leadership and disciplinary behavior on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The results showed that: (1) Leadership and disciplinary behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. Changes in leadership behavior and discipline are in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better leadership and disciplinary behavior, the higher the employee's performance at the Konawe Utara District Financial and Asset Management Agency. (2) Leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. Changes in leadership behavior are in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better leadership behavior, the higher the performance of employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. (3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. Changes in discipline are in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The purpose of this research is examine and explain the effect of leadership functions, organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance. The paradigm of this study is positivist with a quantitative approach. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were all employees of the Muna Regency Environmental Service as many as 66 people. The data analysis method used in testing the hypothesis is Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results of the study indicate that the function of leadership, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance. Furthermore, the partial test results of the leadership function proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. High organizational commitment provides a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of the leadership function, organizational commitment and work motivation, the employee's performance will increase significantly. This result is also strengthened by the statement of respondents based on the description of the variables of leadership function, organizational commitment, work motivation and employee performance, the majority of respondents stated that it was good in its implementation.

This research aims to examine and explain the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating as a mediating variable at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The population in this study are all government civil at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari totalling 62 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. Methods oof data collection were used questionnaire. Technique of data anlysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effects on employee commitment, and commitment organizational as a partial mediate of the effects organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to: 1) Analyze the influence of destinations on tourist satisfaction, 2) Know and analyze the influence of destinations on tourist loyalty, 3) Analyze the influence of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty, 4) Analyze the influence of destination images on loyalty through satisfaction. The population of this study is foreign and national tourists visiting Wakatobi departing 2,287. sample size measurements using the Slovin formula with a precision of 6% thus the study sample compared 248 tourists. The method of collecting data using questionnaires, research data was analyzed using a structural model with the help of Amos 20 software.The results of the study: 1) the positive and significant destination image of tourist satisfaction, 2) positive and significant image of satisfaction, 3) positive image satisfaction and significant loyalty, 4) positive and significant destination image towards loyalty through satisfaction.Keywords: destination image , satisfaction, tourist loyalty

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work placement and work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses survey research design with quantitative research type. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province of 60 people. The determination of the number of samples in this study was using the census method. The analytical tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) software.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) Job placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) Work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (4) The work environment has no significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (6) Job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; and (7) the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine and empirically explain the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, work motivation, and organizational justice on employee job satisfaction in the Department of Housing, Resettlement and Land Affairs of Kendari City. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative explanatory design. Associative explanative research is research that aims to determine the effect of two independent variables on the dependent variable by examining the causal relationship between variables. The results showed that (1) organizational culture, organizational commitment, work motivation and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture had a negative and not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land Areas of Kendari City.
