Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of developing Human Resources, work professionalism and organizational commitment simultaneously positively and significantly on the performance of members of the Dit Reskrimsus Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police and to determine the partial effect of Human Resources, work professionalism and organizational commitment on the performance of members of the Dit Reskrimsus Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police.The object of this research is all members of the Dit Reskrimsus Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. The population of this research is the police officers who serve in the Dit Reskrimsus Polda Sultra totaling 108 personnel. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula with a precision of 10% percent thus the research sample amounted to 52 respondents. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 to determine the results of the regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results showed that human resource development, work professionalism and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Dit Reskrimsus Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. From these results it can be concluded that the better Human Resources Development, work professionalism and organizational commitment will be able to improve the performance of members of the Dit Reskrimus Polda Sultra for the better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) The influence of knowledge management on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, and (3) The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, totaling 113 employees. Withdrawal of samples by census method so that sampling is not required The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS), with the calculation process using SmartPLS software.The results showed that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance at the Office of EducationThe results showed that (1) Organizational commitment directly had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The better organizational commitment, the higher organizational citizenship behavior of Kolaka District Education, Youth and Sports Office employees. (2) Organizational commitment directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational citizenship behavior directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence on job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher job satisfaction on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher competence on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency and teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction for junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency.The results of this study indicate that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction at Bombana Regency Junior High Schools. This means that the better the increase in competence, it will increase teacher job satisfaction. Teacher satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in teacher job satisfaction, the better the teacher's performance. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in competence, the better the performance of teachers. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through the satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that teacher competence is able to improve teacher performance through mediation of teacher job satisfaction..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) the influence of spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously on employee performance. 2.) the influence of spiritual leadership, on employee performance. 3.) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and 4) the influence of work behavior on employee performance. the research method is to use quantitative research. the data used are secondary and primary data. data analysis usingspss software version 20. the sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at class iib unaaha state prison. the results showed that; 1) spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2)spiritual leadershippositive and significant effect on employee performance. 3)organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the role of organizational commitment as a mediation of the influence of leadership on employee performance in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Security Service.  Approach this research is survey with design explanatory research.  Data collection is carried out in a cross-section with use instrument in the form of questionnaire. Population research this is all over Employee on Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Security Service as many as 70  people except leader (head service) and researcher alone . Equipment The analysis for testing hypothesis is Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment was positive and significant influence on employee performance, leadership had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment served as a mediation of the influence of leadership on employee performance.Keywords: leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of the BKKBN Representative in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is based on a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm through a survey method. Data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to all employees of the BKKBN Priovinsi Southeast Sulawesi Representative Employees as many as 57 people. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis of this research is multivariate regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, good organizational commitment has been proven to have a positive and significant contribution to increasing employee job satisfaction. Finally, work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that changes in increasing work motivation which are reflected through the need for achievement, bureaucratic culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant contribution together to job satisfaction through job satisfaction, incentives/bonuses and benefits, working conditions and co-workers.

Abstract

Human resource management in educational organization as it get longer, the demands getting higher and the problem getting more complex, that is how it happen on university level of study. One of the most important key to form a successful organization depends on achievement and performance of each personnel inside. Those achievements including the role of good leader who is understand what his subordinate wants and it reflected on leader’s attitude as servant leadership and good commitment also high enthusiasm of employee toward their organization reflected on their attitude known as employee engagement. The purpose of this research is to understand how big the effect of employee engagement as relationship mediator between servant leadership and lecture performance on some universities in Mojokerto. This research using quantitative approach, data collection using questionnaire which spreads during July until September 2017, 80 lecturers as a sample respondent and they are come from four universities in Mojokerto, and it analyzed using path analysis. Result of this research indicates that employee engagement does not able to relationship mediator between servant leadership and lecturer performance. Furthermore, most of the respondent explained that servant leadership will have more impact on performance without employee engagement. Therefore in this research servant leadership has dominant role on influencing lecturer performance to improve overall organization performance. Keywords: Kinerja dosen, Servant leadership, Employee engagement

Abstract

Untuk menjalakan progam CSR di sebuah perusahaan. Diperlukan keterlibatan karyawan dalam mengambil bagian dalam mendukung program CSR agar berjalan lancar dan sesuai yang diharapkan. Pada saat ini para pimpinan berusaha untuk merekrut, menngembangkan, mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas dan yang pekerja keras di perusahaan agar dapat bertahan dan bisa menyaingi para kompetitor yang kompetitor.Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi kasih sayang di perusahaan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterlibatan karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Menurut Queiros, Faria, dan Almeida (2017) Penelitian kuantitatif berfokus pada objektivitas dan sangat sesuai ketika ada kemungkinan untuk mengumpulkan ukuran variabel dan kesimpulan yang dapat diukur dari sampel suatu tertentuPenelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh compassion, corporate social responsibility, meaningfulness dan quality of work life terhadap employee enggagement pada karyawan yang bekerja di hotel Kota Batam dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 115 karyawan mengenai variabel compassion, corporate social responsibility, meaningfulness, quality of work life dan employee enggagement. Deskripsi objek penelitian berdasarkan karakteristik responden pada pada karyawan yang bekerja di hotel Kota Batam berdasarkan lingkup wilayah pekerjaan, jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir dan lama bekerja.kesimpulan nya adalah dari hasil penelitian ini bisa kita lihat bahwa data yang di olah oleh penulis menggambarkan bahwa semua data nya valid dan membuktikan bahwa para hotel yang ada di batam memberikan dampat yang baik pada karyawan saat bekerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze strategies to improve achievement motivation and discipline of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu Konawe Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve achievement motivation and teacher discipline in SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu using strategies: planning, implementation and evaluation. Achievement motivation and teacher discipline are two very important things that must be attached to an educator in an effort to realize educational goals to shape and produce students who excel and discipline.
