Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically investigate and  analyze the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the employee performance of the general election commission in Kendari City simultaneously and partially. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data in this study using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 36 people who were also the research sample. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on improving employee performance. This means that changes in increased organizational commitment and job satisfaction are reflected in emotional attachment to the workplace organization (affective commitment) and satisfaction with promotion has a positive and significant contribution to employee performance improvement, which is reflected in aspects of contextual performance, task performance and work behavior. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. These results prove that high organizational commitment has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. High job satisfaction has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. This means that changes in job satisfaction that are reflected through satisfaction with pay, promotions, supervision, benefits, operating conditions, colleagues, nature of work, and communication have a significant contribution to improving employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of job stress, job satisfaction and job motivation on workforce productivity in PT. XYZ. That Workforce Productivity, useful to increase the productivity, can be found in PT. XYZ. The research method that we use is a survey method by filling in a questionnaire that we spread directly to test subjects, who are PT. XYZ’s employees. This research was conducted using SmartPLS tools.The factors that we develop based on early research are level of job stress, job satisfaction and job motivation on employees. The result of this research explain that three of indepent variable, overall in this research take significant effect to dependent variable in range 30%, while the rest 70% is affected by another variables which can’t be mention in this research.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Job Motivation,  Workforce Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze: (1) the simultanously effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational communication on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (2) the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, and (4) the effect of organizational communication on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton. This study had used survey approach with explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section  technique with a questionaire. The population in this study was all the civil servant in Local Government Finance Office which about 40 employees. Number of samples had used census technique which all the number of population became the samples of this study. This study was used descriptive method and multiple linear regression.The result shows that: (1) organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational communication in simultanously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, and (4) organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton.From the result of these studies it can be concluded that the better organizational culture is applied, the higher work discipline of the employees, and the better of organizational communication applied by employees will be able to improve employee performance for the better.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of internal communication, organizational culture, and leadership behavior has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, (2) The effect of internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) The effect of organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, (4) The effect of leadership behavior has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia. The population in this study was all employees of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia about 183 employees. The number of samples in this study was taken by using the slovin formula and the sample number of about 65 respondents with probability random sampling technique. The analysis technique was using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.              The results showed that: (1) Internal communication, organizational culture, and leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, (2) Internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are 1.) To examine and analyze the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. 2.) To examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurship orientation on marketing performance. 3.) To examine and analyze the effect of product innovation on marketing performance. 4.) To examine and analyze market orientation, product innovation and entrepreneurship orientation towards marketing performance. The method used in sampling was the census method, which is all of the cashew industries in Kendari. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The researcher set the sample with the total population of 30 people. The resercher used SPSS 20 for Windows to support existing primary data. The result of the study indicates that: (1) Market orientation has positive and significant effects on marketing performance. (2). Product innovation has positive and significant effects on marketing performance. (3) Entrepreneurial orientation has positive and significant effects on marketing performance. (4). Market orientation, product innovation and entrepreneurship orientation have positive and significant effects on marketing performance. For further research, researcher suggests using other variables, such as competitive advantage variable and product quality.Keywords: market orientation, product innovation, entrepreneurship orientation, and market performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine: (1) the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on teacher performance, (2) the effect of the work environment on teacher performance, (3) the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance, and (4) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design.  Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 53 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Gu. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis techniques to answer the research hypothesis are descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (3) organizational commitment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) instagram toward brand image, the effect of e-WOM instagram toward purchase intention, the effect of brand image toward purchase intention, and the effect of brand image as intervening variable among eWOM toward purchase intention. The research uses simple random sampling technique. There are 100 respondents who have instagram account taken as samples as they are friends of Labaco Barbershop and Café on instagram. The technique of data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The result of the study showed that eWOM instagram has an effect on brand image, eWOM instagram has an effect on purchase intention, brand image has an effect on purchase intention, and brand image has a role as the intervening variable among eWOM instagram toward purchase intention at Labaco Barbershop and Café in Kendari Municipality.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak social media marketing pada UMKM di Kota Makassar. Dalam hal ini pentingnya penerapan social media marketing dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari hasil kuesioner (menggunakan skala likert/5 skala) yang dibagikan kepada responden yang memenuhi syarat sesuai dengan purposive sampling dengan ketentuan responden yang pernah berbelanja di UMKM yang ada di Kota Makassar melalui perantara media sosial. Adapun responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 302 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan WarpPls version 8.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa social media marketing memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk UMKM secara langsung, akan tetapi dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi brand image, hal ini karena segala aktivitas yang dilakukan pada social media pada dasarnya untuk memberikan image yang yang diinginkan kepada produk dan selanjutnya akan memberikan kontribusi yang baik pada pembelian produk tersebut.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining and explaining the influence of spiritual leadership, workplace spirituality on employee performance and examining and explaining the role of spirituality in the workplace as a mediation for the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative approach with this type of explanatory research. The population in the study were all employees of the Kendari Class II Correctional Center, totaling 61 employees not including the leadership. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census, meaning that the object of research was all the employees of the Kendari Class II Correctional Center. Analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program package. The results showed that spiritual leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on spirituality in the workplace. Spirituality in the workplace has a significant positive effect on employee performance and Spirituality in the workplace plays a role in mediating the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research approach used was a survey method, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all 60 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital, because the population was relatively small, all of the population became respondents. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS)The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance.
