Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of academic literature related to the term “workplace flexibility” to uncover publication trends, thematic structures, and influential contributions within the field. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed through VOSviewer, the study maps co-authorship networks, international collaborations, keyword co-occurrence patterns, and temporal trends. The findings reveal a concentration of scholarly activity in Western countries, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, with significant collaboration among prominent authors such as Kossek E.E., Moen P., and Allen T.D. Keyword analysis identifies four major thematic clusters: employee well-being and satisfaction, labor equity and access, structural scheduling models, and digital/remote work. Temporal overlay mapping indicates a growing research focus on telecommuting, well-being, and productivity in the post-2018 period, reflecting the influence of global workplace transformations. While the field has matured over time, it remains fragmented in terminology and geographically skewed. The study highlights the need for broader global representation, clearer conceptual frameworks, and expanded inquiry into technological and organizational dimensions of workplace flexibility.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and increasing global uncertainty have prompted organizations to carry out a comprehensive transformation in the risk management system, especially in the aspect of human resources (HR). This study aims to examine how organizations transform risk management HR in response to the challenges of digitalization and the dynamics of an unstable global environment. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and limited observation on several public and private sector organizations that have implemented digital risk management systems. The results of the study show that human resource transformation in risk management includes three main aspects: (1) digital competency development, especially in the use of risk technology and data analysis; (2) restructuring the role and function of human resources from administrative to strategic; and (3) the formation of an organizational culture that is adaptive to risks and uncertainties. These findings confirm that the success of modern risk management systems depends not only on technological sophistication, but also on the readiness and ability of human resources to manage risk proactively and collaboratively. This research recommends that organizations place HR transformation as a strategic priority in strengthening risk management in the digital era, with a holistic and sustainable approach.

Abstract

The goal of this qualitative study is to compare the roles, operational structures, and socioeconomic contributions of banks and savings and loans cooperatives in Indonesia. Both entities are strategically responsible for supporting the national financial system, especially in providing financial services to the lower middle class. This study uses a case study approach and in-depth interviews with managers of banks and cooperatives in three different areas. The study also found that banks are better at following the law and running their businesses efficiently, while cooperatives are better at building social ties and community-based economic empowerment. However, management and professionalism is a big problem for cooperatives. The results of this study say that to strengthen an inclusive and sustainable financial system in Indonesia, the commercial banking approach and the cooperative social approach must work together.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Green Product on Purchase Intention of Gesits electric motorcycles in Pekanbaru, with Brand Image as an intervening variable. The population of this research consists of residents of Pekanbaru City who are aware of the Gesits electric motorcycle brand but have never purchased one. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling techniques with the Lemeshow formula, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method employed Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.1. The results indicate that Green Product has no direct or indirect effect (through Brand Image) on Purchase Intention. However, Green Product significantly influences Brand Image. Meanwhile, Price has a direct effect on Purchase Intention and Brand Image but does not indirectly influence Purchase Intention (through Brand Image). Brand Image itself does not significantly affect Purchase Intention. These findings provide strategic implications for Gesits in formulating marketing strategies, particularly in strengthening brand positioning through Green Product and Price aspects, even though Brand Image has not yet been a determining factor for Purchase Intention. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in developing effective marketing strategies for Gesits electric motorcycles.

Abstract

As a non-bank financial institution, a guarantee company provides credit guarantees to individuals, government institutions, and/or business entities that are feasible in terms of business and business but do not yet meet banking requirements and are not creditworthy (feasible but not yet bankable). This guarantee activity involves three parties, namely the Guarantee Recipient, the Guaranteed, and the Guarantor. Credit assessment in this guarantee company is important to help MSMEs in obtaining financing from banks even though they are not yet bankable. This study aims to determine, measure accuracy and determine what factors influence the application of the Naïve Bayes Classifier in a digital strategy to classify which debtor criteria are eligible and unfit for Credit Guarantee. The categorization of the guarantee data variables used are work area, business sector, credit period, credit allocation, guaranteed age, and credit ceiling value. To achieve the objectives of this study, a digital strategy system is needed that utilizes machine learning to be able to classify guarantee data to determine which debtor criteria are eligible and unfit for Credit Guarantee. The Naïve Bayes Classifier method was chosen because of its simple and fast nature in classifying data but is effective in making predictions based on probability..
