Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Human Relation (Hubungan Antar Manusia), menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan human relation (hubungan antar manusia) terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor pada kantor Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 42 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai, Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dikategorikan baik dan Human Relation dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variable Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel Human Relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 0,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai komunikasi dan person job fit. (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan person job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai baik parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah yang berjumlah 61 orang. Dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (total sampling) maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adaah berjumlah 61 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai, komunikasi dan person job fit dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel komunikasi dan person job fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel komunikasi dan person job fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor badan pendapatan daerah kabupaten sikka sebesar 14,6 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja ; (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana semangat kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Maumere Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 50 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Maumere Kabupaten Sikka sebanyak 50 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kusioner dan analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai pegawai, disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel keterampilan kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel keterampilan kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja karyawan kantor PT.PLN (Persero) UP3 Maumere sebesar 20,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 36 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai pegawai, budaya organisasi dan disipin kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 41,5%.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) describe Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Ethic; (2) analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 45 employees of CV Raja Jaya Motor Maumere. Using Slovin's formula, the sample for this research included 30 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was c onducted using the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis results showed that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the Transformational Leadership Style variable was also categorized as good, and the Work Ethic variable was categorized as good. The t-test results indicated that, partially, the Transformational Leadership Style variable had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, the Teamwork variable also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Style and Teamwork variables significantly influenced Employee Performance. The determination analysis revealed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain 37.2% of the variation in Employee Performance at CV Raja Jaya Motor Maumere.

Abstract

The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sikka Regency is a regional implementing entity in the field of disaster management. It is led by an executive head who is answerable to the Regent of Sikka through the regional secretary. The position is an officio one. The objective of this study is twofold: firstly, to ascertain the description of employee perfomance, workload and teamwork; secondly, to analyse the effect of workload and teamwork on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population under investigation in this study was constituted by the employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency, amounting to a total of 35 individuals. Given the limited size of the population, the research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-test and t-test. The results of the descripyivr analysis indicate that the variables pertaining to employee perfomance, workload and teamwork are all situated within the acceptable range of criteria. The results of the t-test indicate that, to some extent, the workload variable exerts a negative and statistically significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the teamwork variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F-test demonstrate that the simultaneous influence of workload and teamwork variables on employee performance is statistically significant. The results of the determination analysis indicate that the two independent variables in thstudy are capable of explaining the observed variation in the performance of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency employees by 23.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze budget management and MSME development in the local palm wine production business. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data sources used in this research are primary data and data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this research show that budget management and MSME development in Lamika Village cannot be said to be perfect. This is because the budget management in the palm wine production MSME in Lamika Village is still carried out simply, where income and expenses are recorded or noted without using formal bookkeeping. Business development and marketing of palm wine products currently still rely on word-of-mouth systems. Business actors have not optimally utilized digital technology such as social media and e-commerce to expand market reach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of uncollectible receivables analysis on the operating results of the Kloangpopot branch of the Pintu Air Savings and Loan Cooperative. Employing a quantitative research methodology with a descriptive approach, this in vestigation examines various financial indicators. The findings reveal that several ratios- including receivable turnover ratio, average collection period (ACP), arrears ratio, collection ratio, effectiveness ratio, and profitability ratios comprising profit margin, ROI (Rate of Total Investment), and ROA (Rate On Total Asset)- Have demonstrated tuitiontion. These fluctuations indicate that the cooperative has not been operating effectively in terms of receivables collection management and has not fully optimized its asset utilization capabilities for long-term sustainability. Despite these fluctuations, the receivable turnover ratio can be considered generally favorable. Furthermore, while exhibiting fluctuation, the profit margin ratio has maintained a percentage above 80% from 2020-2024. These findings suggest that the Kloangpopot branch of the Pintu Air Savings and Loan Cooperative demonstrates sound financial performance and effective cost management strategies conducive to the cooperative’s future growth and development.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the extent of acountability accounting implementation at the Bloro Village office, Nita Sub-district. This research used a qualitative approach, utilizing methodes of interviews, documentation, and observation to examine the requirements for implementing accounting with budgeting as a cost control tool carried out in Bloro Village, Nita Sub-distric, which involved the village head and financial treasuurer. the results obatined in this researrch showed that Bloro Village has not fully implemented accountability accounting because the process of preparing the budget did not involve all village officials, the prepations was stil based on estimates, and there was no clear spearation between controllable and unccontrollable costs. cost contol was alos quite efficient, even though there was still a difference between the budgeted cost and the actual costs.

Abstract

This study aimend to examine the influence of environmental, environmental costs, and enviromental disclosure on profitability in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research employed a quantitative method with purposive sampling techniques. The study used a sample of 11 companies that met the predetermined criteria. The source of data used in this research was secondary data obtained from documents accessed through the official website of the indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at www.idx.co.id. The analytical method applied was multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that environmental performance (X1) had a negative and significant relationship between PROPER and ROA, environmental costs (X2) had a negative and significant relationship with ROA, and environmental disclosure (X3) had a negative but insignificant relationship with ROA
