Abstract

The research aimed to (1) examine the overview of Country of Origin, Promotion, and Purchase Decisions for smartphones among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University, Academic Year 2023/2024; and (2) analyze the influence of Country of Origin and Promotion on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population for this study consisted of 1,549 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University, Academic Year 2023/2024. The sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 100 individuals. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F-tests and t-tests. Descriptive analysis results indicated that the Country of Origin variable was categorized as good, Promotion was categorized as poor, and Purchase Decisions were categorized as fairly good. The t-test results showed that, partially, both Country of Origin and Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The F-test results indicated that, simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study could explain 16.9% of the variation in smartphone purchase decisions among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University, Academic Year 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study aimend to (1) determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions for BRILink Gratia agent services in Nita sub-district, Sikka Regency. (2) determine the effect of perceived convenience on purchasing decisions for BRILink Gratia agent services in Nita sub-district, Sikka Regency. (3) to determine the effect of services quality and perceived convenience on purchasing decisions for BRILink Gratia agent services in Nita sub-district, Sikka Regency. In this study, the research design used descriptive with a quantitative approach. In this study, the sample size taken using the formula amounted to 96 respondents from BRILink Gratia customers. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regressions. Hypothesis testing was done through the T test and F test. The results of this study indicated that : (1) that partially the service quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on the service purchase decision variable (Y) with a t value of 3.042 > 1.98 (2) partially the perceived convenience variable (X2) had a significant effect on the service purchase decision variable (Y) with a t value of 2.320 > 1.98 (3) together the two independent variables, namely the service quality variable (X1) and perceived convenience (X2) have a significant effect on service purchase decisions (Y). with an F table value of 19.971 > 3.09

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) determine the influence of service quality on customers satisfaction at Hotel Sinar Kabor Maumere, (2) know the influence of price on customers satisfaction at Hotel Sinar Kabor Maumere, and (3) know the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Hotel Sinar Kabor Maumere. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the respondents’ perceptions of the service Quality variable (X1) were 71.0 with the “Good” category. Furthermore, the respondents’ perception of the price variable was 71.6 with the “Good” category. Likewise, the respondents’ perception of the consumer Satisfaction variable (Y) was 85.6 with the “very Good” category. The t-test results showed that the service quality variable had a significant value of 3.990 > 1.98761. The value of t-count > t-table, so H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected, which means that service Quality (X1) had a significan influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The T-test showed that the price variable (Y) had a substantial value of -.150 > 1.98761. t-count > t-table, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted which means that price (X2) had no significant influence on Customers Satisfaction (Y). The Service Quality variables (X1) and price (X2) had a simultaneous and significant influence on Customer Satisfacion (Y). The correlation value (r) was 0.300, this value was located between the coefficient interval 0.200-0.399 so the level of relationship between the independent variables and Consumer Satisfacion (Y) was interpreted as low.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction at UD. Usaha Bersama Magepanda. Products and Prices on Customer Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were consumers of UD. Usaha Bersama Magepanda, in Magepanda District, Sikka Regency. With an unlimited population, a sample of 100 people was taken. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Descriptive and Associative methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test and t test and the Determination Coefficient (R2). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Service Satisfaction variable was in the fairly good criteria, the Service Quality variable was in the good criteria, then the Price variable was in the good criteria. Partially, the service quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on the satisfaction variable (Y). Partially, the price variable (X2) did not have a significant effect on the satisfaction variable (Y). Together, the two independent variables, namely the service quality variable (X1) and price (X2), had a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The magnitude of the contribution of the variables of Service Quality and Price, to Customer Satisfaction at UD. Usaha Bersama Magepanda (Case Study in Magepanda District) is 8.9% while 91.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

The background of this research was the underachievement of performance targets This study aimed to (1) describe employee performance, the work environment, and organizational commitenent, and (2) analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employce performance, both partially and sirsultaneously The population in this study consisted of employees from eight villages in the Magepanda District of Sikka Regency, totaling 64 people. Due to the limited population, the research was conducted as a cemus or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-tests and T-tests. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the variables of employee performance, work environment, and organizational commitment were categorized as good. The T-test results showed that the work environment variable had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, all independent variables had an insignificant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study explained only 0.2% of the variation in employ ce performance in the eight villages of Magepanda District, Sikka Regency

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of ledearship and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Mitra Usaha Flores. The research focused on understading the relationship between employee performance, leadership, and organizational culture. The objectives were to: 1) describe employee performance leadership, and organizational culture, and 2) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture employee performance, both individually and collectively. The research included 90 employees as as to population, with 48 respondents selected using simple random sampling and the Slovin formula. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and multiple linear reggresion for inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test an t-test. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the Employee Performance and Leadership variabels meet the criteria for good performance, as does the Organasitional Culture variabel. According to the t-test, the leadership variabel had a partial effect on Employee Performance, whiel the Organizational Culture variabel did not. The F-test results showed that neither the Leadership nor the Organizational Culture variabels had a significant simultaneous effect on Empoyee Performance. The determination analysis indicated that the two independent variabels in the study explaint a 2,7 % fluctuation of Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Usaha Flores.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) understand the overview of Employee Performance, WorkStress, and Work Environment; and (2) analyze the influence of Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of 90 employees at PT.Mitra Usaha Flores. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, and the sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 48 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F-tests and t-tests. The descriptive analysis results showed that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the Work Stress variable was categorized as good,and the Work Environment variable was also categorized as good. The t-test results indicated that, partially, the work Stress variable (XI) did not affect employee performance. Howewer, the Work Environment variable (X2) significantly affected employee performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the Work Stress and Work Environment variables together had a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study explained 9.3% of the variation in employee performance at PT. Mitra Usaha Flores.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the (1) effectiveness of Land and Building Tax (PBB) collection and (2) its contribution to Local Revenue (PAD) of Sikka Regency. The approach used in this research was descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, library research, and internet-based research. The study was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency. The research results indicated that, overall, the effectiveness of Land and Building Tax (PBB) collection was considered moderately effective, with an average percentage of 85.99%. However, the contribution of the Land and Building Tax to Local Revenue (PAD) was assessed as very low, with a percentage of 4.17%.

Abstract

This study aimed to; (1) figure out the description of Health Worker Performance, Dual Role Conflict, and Social Support; (2) analyze the influence of Dual Role Conflict and Social Support on Health Workers' Performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were health workers of UPT Puskesmas Kopeta Maumere, totaling 68 people. Because the population was limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the Health Worker Performance variable was in good criteria, the Dual Role Conflict variable was in good criteria, then the Social Support variable was in good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test showed that partially the Dual Role Conflict variable had a negative and significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. Furthermore, the Social Support variable had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. The results of the F test statistics showed that simultaneously the Dual Role Conflict and Social Support variables had a significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation in the rise and fall of the performance of UPT Puskesmas Kopeta Maumere Health Workers by 23.7%.

Abstract

This study is motivated by issues related to employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sikka Regency. The objectives of this study were: (1) to describe employee performance, the role of organizational commitment, and employee engagement, (2) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on omployee performance both partialy and simultaneously at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sikka Regency. The sample used in this study consisted of 75 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Descriptive analysis results indicated that the variables of employee performance, organizational commitment, and employee engagement were categorized as very good. The t-test results showed that, partially, organizational commitment and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-test results indicated that, simultaneously, organizational commitment and employee engagement significantly influenced employee performance. The coefficient of determination in this study was 63.3%.
