Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on the Work Discipline of Mataram District Court Office Employees. Aims to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee work discipline. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data collection method used in this research is the census method. The population and respondents in this study were all 78 Mataram District Court employees. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS version 26. The instrument tests used in this research are validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption tests used in this research are the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Furthermore, the hypothesis tests used in this research are the F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at the Mataram District Court Office (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at the Mataram District Court Office.

Abstract

Leadership is sometimes understood as the power to move and influence people. Leadership is a tool, means or process for persuading people to be willing to do something voluntarily/joyfully. There are several factors that can move people, namely threats, rewards, authority and persuasion. Leaders establish cooperative relationships with the people they lead. Thus, all work programs will be carried out thanks to the help of the people they lead, because it is impossible for each leader to work alone, and it is impossible to act with his power to order other people to work solely for himself.

Abstract

The influence of organizational culture on the performance of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by Career Development, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 47 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) To analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the career development of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 3) To analyze the effect of career development on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 4) To analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by career development. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees with an original sample value of 0.338; 2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the career development of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service with an original sample value of 0.547; 3) Career development has a significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.593; 4) Organizational culture has a significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service which is mediated by career development with an original sample value of 0.324 and a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research uses a quantitative approach, the research sample is 45 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To determine the description of work experience, motivation and performance of employees in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 2) To find out and analyze whether work experience has an influence on employee performance in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 3). To find out and analyze whether work experience has an influence on motivation in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 4). To find out and analyze whether motivation has an influence on employee performance in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 7). To find out and analyze whether work experience has an indirect influence on performance which is mediated by employee motivation in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; The results showed that: 1) Work experience has a direct significant positive effect on employee performance with an Original Sample value of 0.381; 2). Work experience has a direct and significant positive effect on motivation with an Original Sample value of 0.317; 3). Motivation has a significant positive direct effect on employee performance with an Original Sample value of 0.384; 4). Work experience has a significant positive effect indirectly on employee performance which is mediated by motivation with an Original Sample value of 0.122.

Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 34 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe the job characteristics, motivation and work performance of employees at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of work ability on employee motivation at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 4) To test and analyze the direct influence of motivation on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 5) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service which is mediated by motivation. The research results show that: 1) Job characteristics have an insignificant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.100. 2) Job characteristics have a significant effect on motivation with a p value of 0.000. 3) Motivation has a significant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.000. 4) Job characteristics have a significant effect on work performance which is mediated by motivation with a p value of 0.007.

Abstract

Fatthurosi, 2023. The Effect of Education on Job Satisfaction Through Teacher Performance SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelangan Sampang Regency, Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypothesis between hypothesized variables that will be tested. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 42 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher performance has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) To test and analyze whether education has a significant indirect effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance. The results showed that: 1) Education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.174 and p-values of 0.045. 2) Education has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.335, and the p-values of 0.021. 3) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.717 and p-values of 0.000. 4) Education has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.240 and the p-values of 0.002.

The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 45 respondents. Data analysis uses SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this research are: 1) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency; 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the professionalism of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency; 3) To analyze the influence of professionalism on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency; 4) To analyze the indirect influence of organizational culture on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency, which is mediated by professionalism. The results of the research show that: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency with an original sample value of 0.163; 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the professionalism of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency with an original sample value of 0.267; 3) Professionalism has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency with an original sample value of 0.292; 4) Organizational culture has a significant indirect effect on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency, which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.070 and a p-value of 0.009.
