Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Justice, Ethical Leadership, and Compensation on Employee Engagement at PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia in Slipi, West Jakarta. The sample in this study were 50 employees of PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia in the collection earlyownership section. The data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 Software and SPSS Software version 26. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, Ethical Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement while the compensation variable has no significant effect on Employee Engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on profit growth in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is an associative approach. The population in this study is all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely a total of 33 companies, while the sample in this study was selected using purrposive sampling, as a result of which the sample used by 10 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) met the criteria. The data collection technique is carried out by documentation techniques. The results of the study show that partially Return On Asset has a positive effect on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period, partially the Current Ratio has a negative effect on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period, partially, the Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive effect on the growth of profit in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period and simultaneously Return On Asset, Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio both have a significant effect on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of products on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting. 3) To determine and analyze the influence of location/distribution channels i on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting.. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting. 5) To determine and analyze the influence of product, price , promotion, location/distribution channels on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting simultaneously. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, this research has a population of 800 by taking a sample of 90 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn where H1: Products have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 4.695 > t-table 1.662 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. H2: Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 2.349 > t-table 1.662 and a sig value. 0.028 < 0.05. H3: Place/Location has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 0.046 < t-table 1.662 and a sig. 0.064 > 0.05. H4: Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 2.513 > t-table 1.662 and a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05. and H5: Product, Price, Place/Location, and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City with F-count > F-table (24,466 > 2,706) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Islam encourages its people who are able to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. This research aims to find out and analyze the marketing strategies used in Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah's Hajj savings products. In this research, SWOT analysis was used by looking at the results of existing data so that it was able to increase sales of Hajj savings products. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the marketing strategy implemented is said to provide sufficient effective value in this research. And analysis was carried out in the form of a SWOT analysis resulting in growth in sales of Hajj savings products in safe conditions in terms of market share. This strategy indicates that Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah is quite capable and strong in expanding sales of its Hajj savings products.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to find out how the benefits and convenience of BSI Mobile Banking affect students majoring in sharia banking at UIN Bukittinggi in 2020. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Forty respondents were selected through the use of purposive sampling selection techniques because not all samples met the appropriate criteria for the phenomenon under investigation. Methods such as hypothesis testing, classical assumption testing, basic linear regression testing, and instrument testing are used for data analysis. Based on data analysis carried out using SPSS version 25, the Adjusted R-Square test produces a value of 0.765. This shows that 76.5% of the impact on student satisfaction is caused by the convenience and benefits of BSI Mobile Banking, while the rest is influenced by other variables. Based on the T test, it is known that the convenience variable has a calculated T value greater than the T table value (1.367 > 1.687, 0.000 < 0.05), while the benefit variable has a calculated T value greater than the T table value (4.552 > 1.667, 0.000 > 0, 05), resulting in Ho rejection. It can be concluded that students' enjoyment of BSI Mobile Banking transactions is significantly influenced by the ease and benefits of using this service, or Ha received. Therefore, it is natural that sharia banking students Class of 2020 at UIN Bukittinggi will be more satisfied with BSI Mobile Banking if they feel an increased level of comfort and benefits in using this service.

Abstract

The research was motivated was by the unsatisfactory work system carried out by account officers for customers and the lack of self-awareness of customers regarding the financing carried out so that financing problems often occur every year PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research, namely research that tries to describe, explain and interpret a phenomenon regarding the role of account officers in minimizing financing problems at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang. The data collection technique in this research was interviews by visiting the PT office directely BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang as well as documntation to obtait written data related to this thesis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the analysis of the role of account officers in minimizing problematic financing at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang is analyzing financing applications that refer to the 5C principles, namely, character, capacity, capital, condition of economy, and collateral. Factors causing financing problems at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang is caused by the bank (internal) and the customer (external). Techniques for resolving problematic financing at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang is to reschedule (reconditioning) and restructuring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the conditions of the possiblity of financial distress in telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The research sampling method used purposive sampling method. There are 18 telecommunication sub-sector companies that meet the sampling criteria that were previously determined. Secondary data is used in this study, namely in the form of annual financial reports of telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The Grover model approach (G-Score) in indetifying financial distress is used in this study. The research findings show that number of telecommunication sub-sector companies experienced financial distress between 2018-2-2022. The main causes of financial distress include insufficient working capital, high liabilities, and declining profitability.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of resources at PT Arminareka Perdana which hinders the implementation of the plan set, the number of competitors with PT Arminareka Perdana, the lack of marketing because it only promotes through social media. The objectives of this study are: 1). the lack of human resources at PT Arminareka Perdana in Padang city hinders the implementation of the plan that has been set and affects the quality of the services provided. 2). There are still many competitors with PT Arminareka Perdana in Padang city. 3). Only promoting through social media only, this makes its marketing not known to everyone. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods, where the data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the research uses the SWOT Analysis method. And as for the results of the SWOT analysis carried out at PT Arminareka in the marketing strategy for Hajj and Umrah equipment, namely: Utilize PT Arminareka's reputation and experience in the Hajj and Umrah travel industry to develop a comprehensive e-commerce platform, Establish strategic partnerships with travel agents, hotels, and airlines to provide integrated Hajj and Umrah equipment packages, use knowledge and experience in the industry to identify new needs of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and develop innovative products that meet high quality standards, and improve employee training and development to ensure failed customer service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style in motivating employee work applied at PT BSI Bukittinggi Pasar Aur. The informants in this study were 3 people, namely the head of BSI Bukittinggi and 2 BSI employees, namely the marketing and customer service departments. This research is field research (field reserch) or commonly called qualitative research. The method in this research uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study that (1) that the leadership style applied varies depending on the situation and characteristics of employees (2) Employees feel more motivated and productive when leaders show empathy, provide support, and involve them in decision making. Increasing employee work depends heavily on the leader's ability to apply leadership styles according to employee needs. (3) in improving employee work motivation, leaders must always ensure that the company's vision and mission must be well understood and become a reference in decision making. (4) leadership is the process of influencing in determining organisational goals, motivating several parties to achieve goals, influencing to improve the group and its culture.

Abstract

Leadership traits have an important role in human resource management. A leader must apply a leadership style to manage his subordinates and motivate them so that performance increases. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of Puslatbang KMP LAN RI Makassar employees. This research uses data collection using questionnaire and documentation methods. The population and sample in this study were 67 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the KMP LAN RI Makassar Training Center and motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar KMP LAN RI Puslatbang Center. Leadership style and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Puslatbang KMP LAN RI Makassar.
