Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk moral, etika, dan pemahaman keagamaan individu Muslim. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah menjadi salah satu inovasi yang paling mempengaruhi dunia pendidikan. Makalah ini mengulas dampak sinergi AI dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana AI telah mengubah metode pengajaran, mempersonalisasi kurikulum, dan menghadirkan tantangan serta peluang dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Melalui tinjauan ini, kita dapat memahami bagaimana pendekatan baru ini dapat memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan dan nilai-nilai moral dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to explore education in Islamic perspective and its role in fostering Islamic personality. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis in several Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The research subjects included educators, scholars, students and parents involved in Islamic education. The results showed that Islamic education has a holistic approach that includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Islamic education emphasizes the importance of developing morals and character in accordance with Islamic values, including honesty, discipline, responsibility and social care. The findings of this study reveal that Islamic education focuses not only on religious knowledge but also on the formation of daily behaviors that reflect noble morals. The educational process involving the integration of Islamic values in the curriculum and interactive and contextual teaching methods proved effective in instilling these values in students. In addition, the active involvement of parents and the community in the educational process is crucial in shaping the Islamic personality of the child. The results also show that Islamic education has a significant role in creating individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also have a strong Islamic personality, able to face modern challenges while adhering to religious principles. Thus, this research confirms the importance of Islamic education in fostering a noble personality and making a positive contribution to society. A holistic and balanced Islamic education is expected to produce a generation that is ready to face the dynamics of life with a solid foundation of Islamic values.

Abstract

Hakikat dari dari pendidikan adalah merubah pola pikir, sikap dan tindakan seseorang melalui pembelajaran baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung sehingga mempunyai nilai-nilai yang dijadikan pijakan dalam setiap mengatasi permasalahan dalam kehidupannya. Tujuan tersebut akan lebih mudah tercapai apabila guru harus pandai memilih metode yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak didik. Supaya anak didik merasa senang dalam belajar. Dalam proses belajar mengajar bukan hanya menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan saja, akan tetapi memberikan motivasi itu sangatlah penting karena secara psikologis anak akan merasa senang apabila mereka diperhatikan. Salah satu cara memberikan perhatian adalah dengan memotivasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis merasa tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian di MA. Miftahul Jannah  dengan judul penelitian : “ Inovasi metode pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di MA. Miftahul Jannah  Wangkal Gading Probolinggo”penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai jenis metode yang digunakan dan bagaimana penerapannya dalam mata pelajaran  Al-Qur’an Hadits di MA. Miftahul Jannah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di MA. Miftahul Jannah  Wangkal Gading Probolinggo. Subjek penelitian adalah guru Al-Qur’an Hadits, siswa dan kepala sekolah. sedangkan objek penelitian adalah penerapan modifikasi metode pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dalam menyampaikan materi Al-Qur’an Hadits guru MA. Miftahul Jannah  memperhatikan pemilihan metode pembelajaran

Abstract

Taqwa adalah salah satu bentuk ketaatan yang tinggi dengan diawali dengan rasa tkut untuk kelakukan kesalahan dan mengingkari perintah Tuhan. Untuk meraih derajat ketaqwaan yang tinggi, seseorang harus melakukan pendekatan yang kontinu terhadap sang Khalik, melalui kepatuhan terhadap segala perintah dan menjauhi segala larangannya sehingga terjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara manusia dan Tuhannya. Hubungan harmonis secara vertical ini tentu akan berpengaruh pada hubungan horizontal atau sesama manusia. Namun, untuk merealisasikan hubungan harmonis  yang vertical (taqwa) dan horizontal ini membutuhkan pelatihan yang dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Disisi lain, tasawuf adalah salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh ulama salaf untuk meraih derajat tertinggi ketaqwaan yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yang  disebut sebagai maqamat dan ahwal. Dengan demikian  rasanya perlu untuk merealisasikan tujuan pendidikan Islam melalui pengajaran yang menerapkan nilai-nilai tasawuf, sehingga tujuan pendidikan dalam mewujudkan insan kamil dapat direalisasikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang ideal dalam merealisasikan tujuan pendidikan Islam melalui penerapan nilai-nilai tasawuf dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan memanfaatkan sumber perpustatakaan sebagai data penelitian yang kemudian dianalisis untuk melahirkan sebuah penelitian yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Lingkungan Bahasa Arab dan Inggris atau Bi'ah Lughawiyah adalah Program atau agenda madrasah yang berkarakter kebahasaan, atau madrasah yang memiliki keunggulan di bidang Bahasa Arab dan Inggris. Program ini merupakan wadah yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai kegiatan pendukung lainnya, antara lain: Motivasi bahasa (Tasyjiul Lughah), pertemuan kebahasaan (Dauroh Lughah), Safari kebahasaan (Safari Lughah), Hari bahasa (Language Day), Duta Bahasa (Qudwah Lughah), Meet and Greet dan lain-lain. Kegiatan-kegiatan pendukung tersebut harus dilaksanakan, dan evaluasi dari Lughawiyah ini. Sehingga dengan semua bidang/kegiatan yang telah dijelaskan di atas, maka Bi'ah Lughawiyah di Madrasah akan tercipta dan akan terpelihara

Abstract

In connection with this vision, a set of principles for implementing education has been established to be the basis for implementing education reform. One of these principles is that education is held as a process of civilizing and empowering students that lasts throughout life (Rusman, 2010: 3). Islamic Religious Education is a religious education which is a condition of moral and commendable behavior. With the establishment of Islamic Religious Education is expected to be able to sustain the development of good character of students so as to produce educational products that are of perfect character. Further discussing some of the notions of Islamic Religious Education which include Islamic Religious Education is interpreted as a conscious and planned effort in preparing students to recognize, understand, appreciate to believe, have faith, and have good morals in practicing the teachings of Islam from its main source al- Qur'an and Hadith, through the activities of guidance, teaching, training, and the use of experience. Abstract

Klasifikasi ilmu dapat dipahami sebagai pembagian atau pemilahan ilmu untuk menentukan jenis atau kelompok ilmu berdasarkan tolok ukur tertentu. al-Ghazali secara filosofis mengklasifikasikan ilmu menjadi ilmu syar'iyyah dan ilmu 'aqliyyah. Oleh al-Ghazali ilmu yang terakhir ini disebut juga dengan ilmu ghair syar'iyyah. Penggunaan istilah ghair oleh al-Ghazali untuk ilmu pengetahuan intelektual, berarti baginya ilmu syar'iyyah lebih penting dan lebih berperan sebagai dasar bagi penamaan setiap ilmu pengetahuan yang lain, meskipun keduanya tidak dapat dipisahkan. Klasifikasi ilmu yang dilakukan Al-Ghazali ini dianggap penting, karena ia meletakkan dasar filosofis pertama bagi teori ilmu yang berasal dari Tuhan yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai kemaslahatan. Ia berpendapat bahwa pengetahuan intuitif (ma'rifah) yang datang dari Allah secara langsung kepada seseorang adalah pengetahuan yang benar. Dengan pengetahuan ini seorang hamba dapat mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at STAI Darussalam Kunir and its impact on learning quality. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation collection from students and lecturers. The results show that the implementation of TQM has succeeded in creating a better learning environment, increasing student involvement in decision-making, and strengthening the relationship between higher education and the professional world. The implementation of TQM at STAI Darussalam Kunir focuses on meeting the needs of students and the world of work, with relevant curriculum adjustments and supporting programs such as Community Service (KKN) and Student Activity Units (UKM). Through this approach, educational institutions not only improve academic quality, but also equip students with practical skills needed in the labor market. The findings of this study confirm that TQM is an effective strategy to improve the quality of education at STAI Darussalam Kunir. By involving all elements of the organization in the management process, TQM helps create a culture of continuous evaluation that supports the development of educational quality. Therefore, the institution can be more competitive and responsive to global challenges in biology.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) is a phenomenon that develops in the world of social society, as a form of education park for early childhood. The phenomenon appears as an offer of alternative solutions to the kyai's leadership in TPQ and as one of the important factors in achieving the goal of overcoming children's difficulties, especially in learning the Qur'an. This research discusses the leadership of the kyai in an effort to develop Islamic education at TPQ Al-Aziziyah Krejengan with research objectives 1) Describing the type of leadership of the kyai at TPQ Al-Aziziyah Krejengan. 2) Identifying the kyai's efforts in developing Islamic education at TPQ Al-Aziziyah Krejengan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection procedure uses observation, interview and documentation techniques which are analyzed descriptively through an editing process. From the results of this study, the type of leadership is charismatic (kyai's authority), authoritarian (punishment for students) and democratic (cooperation with program supporters), it can be seen in the programs in TPQ. Meanwhile, the kyai's effort in developing Islamic education at TPQ Al-Aziziyah Krejengan is to maximize the program to increase santri competence and improve the quality and quantity of worship. Both programs are directly under the direction of the TPQ leader as the person in charge who is the translator of the TPQ's vision and mission.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the effectiveness of work in an organization is greatly influenced by the leadership in it. Leadership is not only an administrative function that ensures that tasks are carried out, but also an important element in inspiring, motivating, and guiding members of the organization towards achieving common goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of leadership in improving the performance of members of the West Java Regional Police Traffic Directorate in the 2023 period. The method used in this study is Qualitative with a descriptive approach with interview data collection techniques, document studies and observations and data analysis used using data triangulation. The results of this study emphasize the importance of the role of leadership in improving the performance of members of the West Java Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The leadership applied is vertical, with leaders acting as role models and motivators who are able to direct and support their members in carrying out their duties. Strategies such as giving awards, empathy, and role models have proven effective in encouraging work productivity and disciplined behavior of members. These findings confirm that strong leadership contributes directly to the achievement of organizational goals, such as creating traffic safety and order.
