Research Objectives: The objective of this research is to determine the level of science process skills of Physics Education students at the University of Masumus in the practice of habituation in basic physics prisms towards the use of e-modules. Methodology: This research is a descriptive research type. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The implementation of this research was conducted in October 2019. The number of samples in this study were all 2018 physics education students, totaling 40 people. This study used a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Main Findings: The results of research conducted by researchers, it is known. In the Science Process Skills Research of Physics Education Students at the University of Masumus in the prism refraction practicum using the e-module, the results were very good, this can be seen from the percentage results for each indicator. the use of e-modules can increase the level of student process skills in carrying out practicum activities. Novelty/Originality of Research: Novelty in research is in the form of analyzing the science process skills possessed by physics education students at the University Masumus.

Research Objectives: This study aims to describe students' science process skills in the transformation practicum using an m-module based manual. Methodology: This study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving 40 physics education students at Jambi University. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The data collection instrument used the observation sheet of science process skills. The science process skills that are focused are basic science process skills, namely communication and measuring as well as integrated science process skills making graphs and describing relationships between variables. Main Findings: The results of this research were Jambi university physics education students who had good science process skills, especially measurement skills, 65% of the 40 students were in the very good category. This is also influenced by the effective use of e-modules and m-modules that are attractive to students. Novelty/Originality of Research: The effectiveness of the use of the m-module is seen in the good basic abilities of students in the practice of changing forms. Therefore, basic science process skills influence the development of integrated science process skills, where communication and measurement skills are part of basic science process skills.

Research Objectives: This study aims to see students' responses using a simulation model while studying physics at SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi. Methodology: This type of research is Mixed Methods in quantitative methods using student response questionnaires, and qualitative methods using interview instruments. The research subjects were 29 students from one class X MIA 5. Quantitative data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics. Main Findings: The results of the analysis obtained from student responses using simulation models in physics subjects, namely, have a good response in using simulation models. Novelty/Original Research: Choosing a good learning model will affect students' attitudes during class hours, if the learning model makes students enthusiastically active, the learning process will be productive. In the physics subject, students' responses using the direct instruction model can be said that students do not understand the concepts and formulas described by the teacher.

Research Objectives: This study aims to develop a Guided Inquiry-based Physics module on work and energy material for class X SMA and to find out students' perceptions of the media being developed. Methodology: This research is research development (Research and Development) using the 4D development model (Define-Design-Development-Dissemination). However, this research was only carried out up to the Development stage. The research instrument used was a student needs questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The subjects of this development research were students of class X IPA 3 in 2018. The resulting media has specifications in the .exe format which can be operated on a computer/laptop without installing PageFlip Professional 3D software. Main Findings: The results of the development trial show that the Physics electronic module can increase students' interest in the Physics learning process in the material of work and energy. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry-based Physics electronic module on work and energy material for class X SMA that was developed is suitable for use as an independent or additional learning medium in the learning process of students. Novelty/Originality of Research: The importance of innovation in learning is to attract students' interest and motivation in learning, therefore, the need for new innovations carried out by teachers in learning that they are capable of teaching.

Research Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop worksheets using a contextual learning approach in learning physics subject to elasticity and Hooke's law. Methodology: This research includes research and development or Research and Development, Dick and Carey (2009) the steps are (1) Analysis of learning objectives; (2) Learning analysis; (3) Analysis of students and their environment; (4) formulate specific objectives; (5) Development of assessment instruments; (6) Development of learning strategies; (7) Develop and select learning materials; (8) Formative evaluation; (9) Revision; (10) Summative evaluation, but the authors limit it to the ninth step. Main Findings: The results of this study are worksheets using the contextual learning approach to learning the physics of elasticity and Hooke's law which have been declared feasible by the validator. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that worksheets using the contextual learning approach in learning elastic physics and Hooke's law are well used as teaching materials for students in class X SMA/MA. Novelty/Originality of Research: Integrating the values of everyday life is important to be integrated into learning, therefore, teachers are required to create learning innovations, such as worksheets based on everyday life.

Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakter kepercayaan diri siswa. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA N 11 Kota Jambi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2020. Subjek yang diteliti adalah peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 2, XII MIPA 3, dan XII IPS 1 dengan jumlah total 60 peserta didik. Angket kepercayaan diri yang diberikan berisi 26 pernyataan. Jawaban berupa pilihan, yaitu jika pernyataan positif Sangat Setuju memiliki skor 4, Setuju memiliki skor 3, Tidak Setuju memiliki skor 2 dan Sangat Tidak Setuju memiliki skor 1. Temuan Utama: Bedasarkan penelian diketahui bahwa dari 60 siswa yang mengisi angket terdapat 51 siswa yang memiliki kepercayaan diri baik dan 9 siswa yang memiliki kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk kategori sangat tidak baik dan tidak baik adalah 0 yang artinya tidak adanya siswa dengan kategori tersebut. Keterbaruan/Keaslian dari Penelitian: Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui karakter kepercayaan diri siswa kelas XII SMA.

Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat belajar peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran fisika sehingga dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari tanggal 20 Oktober 2020 – 25 Oktober 2020 di SMAN1 Kerinci, dengan sampel seluruh siswa kelas XI, yaitu XI MIPA 1, dan XI MIPA 3. Dimana jumlah masing- masing kelas 22 siswa, dan 18 siswa. Metode yang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Descriptive Statistik. Temuan Utama: Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA pada materi suhu dan kalor. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman siswa kelas X MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci pada mata pelajaran fisika materi gerak lurus. Metodologi: Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian instrument, yaitu angket. Angket ini mempunyai 25 soal tes tentang materi Gerak Lurus dengan terdiri dari 5 butir pilihan jawaban. Hasil dari data angket diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS 23. Temuan Utama: Pemahaman siswa terkait konsep gerak lurus masih cenderung rendah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor hasil belajar yang telah didapatkan dari pengisian angket hasil belajar yang terdiri dari 25 pertanyaan. Dilihat dari butir-butir pertanyaan yang telah dijawab, kebanykan siswa menjawab dengan jawaban yang tidak tepat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Pemahaman siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci dikategorikan “Masih Rendah”. Karena apabila pemahaman siswa mengenai materi atau konsep gerak lurus sudah baik maka hasil yang didapatkan akan baik pula. Keterbaruan/Keaslian dari Penelitian: Mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa dan berupaya mencari cara dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi gerak lurus.

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa tentang hukum newton. Metodologi: Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif sederhana. Instrument penilitian berupa tes pemahaman konsep tentang materi Hukum Newton yang terdiri atas 25 soal pilihan ganda yang diesebar menggunakan link google form. Temuan Utama: Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa skor penguasaan konsep siswa yaitu 52,7%. Ditemukan persentase skor jawaban keseluruhan siswa yang mengalami kurang dalam memahami konsep hukum newton sebesar 48,3%. Ini berarti kemampuan siswa dalam memahami konsep sudah terbilang baik. Keterbaruan/Keaslian dari Penelitian: Mengevaluasi pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi hukum newton. Dengan mendapatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang pemahaman dalam materi hukum newton, maka hendaknya guru merancang pembelajaran yang lebih, guna memperbaiki pemahaman siswa dalam memahami konsep hingga mengembangkan pembelajaran ketingkat yang lebih tinggi

Tujuan Penelitian: Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran minat ataupun ketertarikan belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran fisika kelas XI di SMAN 8 Muaro Jambi. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis informasi tentang gambaran minat belajar fisika di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi tahun ajaran 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi yang berjumlah 60 orang. Temuan Utama: Berdasarkan analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh gambaran minat peserta didik kurang baik pada mata pelajaran fisika. Terbukti dengan persen tertinggi yaitu 61.7 %. Keterbaruan/Keaslian dari Penelitian: Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana minat belajar peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran fisika.
