Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of ethical leadership on teacher performance at MAN 2 Sijunjung. Leadership ethics includes the application of the principles of honesty, justice, responsibility, and transparency in a leader's actions. In the educational context, leadership can create a positive and supportive work environment, which ultimately influences improving teacher performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and madrasa leaders, direct observation in the work environment, and analysis of internal organizational documents. Research results show that teachers who work under ethical leaders report higher levels of motivation, a greater sense of job satisfaction, and better performance. Teachers feel more valued and supported, which encourages them to work harder and achieve better results. Apart from that, ethical leadership also contributes to the formation of a strong organizational culture, which encourages cooperation, openness, and innovation. The conclusion of this research is that ethical leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance at MAN 2 Sijunjung. Therefore, it is important for educational institutions to strengthen ethical leadership as part of a strategy to improve the quality of education

Abstract

This research is to examine how the role of the madrasa head plays an important role in creating a good organizational culture at MTsN 3 Sijunjung. A good organizational culture is very important to create an effective and productive educational environment. This case study was carried out using a qualitative approach, and data was collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Studies show that madrasa heads have a strategic role in building a good organizational culture by using leadership strategies such as effective communication, staff empowerment, and continuous professional development. It has been proven that inspirational and participative leadership can increase employee involvement and motivation and create a harmonious and collaborative work environment. This research shows how important it is for madrasa heads to establish a good organizational culture, which helps improve education in madrasas

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by Indonesia that affects social and economic welfare. This research aims to analyze the influence of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Human Development Index (HDI), GDP Growth Rate per capita, and Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) on the percentage poor population in Indonesia in 2021-2023. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which covers 34 provinces in Indonesia. The research method uses the Common Effects Model (CEM), Fixed Effects Model (FEM), and Random Effects Model (REM) estimation models, with the Chow test and Hausman test to determine the best model. The research results show that TPT and UMP have a significant influence on the percentage of poor people, while HDI and GDP growth rate per capita are not significant. Rate and provincial minimum wages play an important role in poverty reduction efforts in Indonesia. The results of this research provide useful insights for policy makers in formulating effective strategies to improve community welfare

Abstract

Human resource issues are still in the spotlight and the focus for companies to survive in the era of globalization. This research uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from the field by distributing questionnaires specifically to employees to obtain 60 respondents. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the multiple regression equation is obtained as follows: Y= 17.484 + 0.460 X1 + 0.185 This research uses theory as a basis for field exploration. This research approach uses quantitative methods. Research findings show that the Fcount value (6.882) > the Ftable value (3.159) and the significant value is 0.002 < the significance level (0.05). Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, therefore it can be concluded that the variables of communication skills and organizational culture simultaneously influence the effectiveness of employee performance. Based on the research results, the variables (communication skills and organizational culture) influence the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) by 19% and the remaining 81% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The respondents of this research are employees of PT. Interskala Sehat Sejahtera, this research was conducted to see the influence of communication skills and organizational culture on employee work effectiveness at PT. Health and Prosperity Interscale

Abstract

The capital market is a means for companies to obtain funds from the public through the stock market. Capital markets in the ASEAN region provide new opportunities for investors in ASEAN countries and create opportunities for foreign market stock exchanges. This research aims to examine the influence of fundamental factors and systematic risk on stock prices listed on the Asean-5 Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The population of this research is all retail sector companies listed on the ASEAN-5 Stock Exchange with a population of 121 and a sample of 23 companies. Based on research results, return on assets has a positive effect on stock prices, earnings per share have a negative effect on stock prices, debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on stock prices, price earnings ratio has a negative effect on stock prices, and systematic risk has a negative effect on the stock prices of retail sector companies.

Abstract

Culinary in Indonesia today has a variety of characteristics that continue to develop in accordance with the ideas and thoughts embraced by business actors. Business actors must be able to see and take advantage of the potential business opportunities in the surrounding environment so that they can become a source of income in their business activities. In the fried rice business run by Nasgortri, it is inseparable from the innovations and marketing strategies applied to it, there are qualified innovations such as modulation approaches, complementary ingredient approaches and business reduction approaches, which are service standards that must be complied with. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique consists of observation and interviews. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that NASGORTRI's fried rice business in running the business offered to consumers applies several sales strategies using methods of approach, including modulation approaches, complementary ingredients, and effort reduction.

Abstract

SMEs are the backbone of Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to employment and the Gross Domestic Product. The creative industry holds immense potential in driving economic growth, especially in the digital era. This research aims to analyze the role of innovation and creativity in business management to enhance SME economy in the creative industry. The research method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024. The study findings indicate that the creative industry has become one of Indonesia's most dynamic and rapidly growing economic sectors, with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) playing a vital role as engines of local economic growth, innovation sources, and creativity. Innovation and creativity are key to maintaining competitiveness, developing new products and services, and reaching broader markets. Through innovation, SMEs can develop unique and compelling products, enhance operational efficiency through technology adoption, and optimize marketing strategies and branding. Creativity in product design and customer experience is crucial for attracting consumer interest and distinguishing oneself from competitors

Abstract

Indonesia, situated within the Pacific Ring of Fire and tropical regions, faces significant vulnerability to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and floods. Its geographical conditions heighten the risk of frequent natural disasters, which often have extensive and profound impacts on society and the economy. This study aims to analyze the role of public administration in natural disaster mitigation and its implications for economic stability. It employs a literature review methodology with a qualitative approach, drawing data from scholarly articles available on Google Scholar from 2011 to 2024. The findings underscore the critical importance of public administration in disaster mitigation for maintaining the economic stability of the country. Indonesia, as a nation vulnerable to various natural disasters, has experienced serious human and material losses. The response from the government and related agencies, such as the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), has been pivotal in coordinating mitigation efforts, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery

Abstract

Job satisfaction is When an individual feels satisfied with his or her job, it manifests in a positive emotional disposition and passion for what they do. Work productivity is influenced by a nurse's job satisfaction which ultimately improves the standard of client care services. Management style is an important factor that affects employee satisfaction in the workplace. Leadership is the ability to manage an organization in such a way that individual and organizational goals are achieved. This study aims to determine the relationship between room manager management and nurse job satisfaction. The method used in this study is literature review. The main source of research data comes from an electronic database called Google Scholar for articles on hospital directors' leadership styles and nurses' performance satisfaction. Hasl data analysis showed that the relationship between room leadership style and job satisfaction of a nurse and the remaining 2 articles did not show a relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction of a nurse

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the environmental care character formation program at SMPN 13 Sijunjung, describe effective strategies, and identify efforts to reduce plastic waste in schools. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study involved the principal, vice principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that environmental care characters have been formed through daily habits, supported by strategic school management including teacher training, socialization campaigns, curriculum integration, recycling facilities, collaboration with related parties, and periodic evaluations. This article is expected to increase environmental awareness and actions among junior high school students
