Abstract

pesantren memiliki peran yang sangat besar sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam masyarakat, yang bertujuan mendidik santri dan masyarakat menjadi manusia yang paham akan ajaran Islam serta konsisten dengan pengamalannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode dan partisipasi pesantren Madinatuddiniyah Babussa’adah dalam membina masyarakat desa Teupin Gajah menjadi masyarakat yang Islami serta mampu mengamalkan ajaran Islam dengan baik. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode deskriptis analisis yaitu metode pembahasan yang bersifat pencatatan, penafsiran, penguraian dan penganalisaan terhadap data-data yang terkumpul. teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, mengedarkan angket, dan dokumentasi, yang berguna untuk mendapatkan data di lapangan. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus persen dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Madinah Tuddiniyah Babussa’adah sudah memainkan peranannya dengan sangat baik dan menggunakan metode yang sangat tepat dalam membina pendidikan masyarakat Desa Teupin Gajah dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengajian kitab-kitab fiqh yang dilaksanakan dua kali dalam semiggu serta turut berpatisipasi dalam setiap kegiatan sosial keagamaan dan kemasyarakatan seperti walimatul ’urusy, tajhiz mayat, penyelesaian konflik dalam masyarakat, faraidh dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the rules of law and how legal certainly regarding the terms of good looking at job vacancy information, which is by methodempirical juridical research concluded : 1. that by including good looking requirements in employee vacancy information is a form of discrimination and violates the rules of law regarding the requirements that may be included in job vacancy information according to Article 15 Paragraph (3) of the Minister of manpower Regulation Number 39 of 2016 concerning the placement of Labor and Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning human rights. 2. employees who are hired should be seen from the abilities and competencies that match the demands of the job not from their physical appearance. 3. if a company requires good looking requirements, then these requirements do not need to be included in job vacancy information, because good looking has a subjective nature.

Abstract

The learning process of Al Quran Hadith that is found is still conventional, such as expository, drill or lecture. This process only emphasizes achieving curriculum demands and textual delivery rather than developing learning abilities and building individuals. The purpose of this study was to overcome the problems of learning Al Quran Hadith by using the cooperative Up grading Learning model approach. This research was designed in the form of Supervision Action Research which was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle was carried out in two to three meetings. The results of this study indicate that Up Grading Learning has a positive impact on improving the performance of Al Quran Hadith teachers. This can be seen from the increasing students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher in cycles I, II, and III, namely 65.00%, 75.00% and 85.00%, respectively. In the third cycle of classical student learning completeness has been achieved.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the education sector was also greatly affected, because in order to stop the spread of this corona all students and teachers studied from home, which was suddenly carried out without any preparation at all. The unpreparedness of all elements in education is a big obstacle, changing the way of teaching and learning from face to face or offline (outside the network) to online (in the network) requires readiness from all elements, starting from the government, madrasas, teachers, students and parents. The government relaxed the education assessment system according to emergencies as long as learning can continue without having to be burdened with achieving competence. Many teachers teach by utilizing existing technology. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the implementation of learning strategies through the collaboration of WAG (Whatsapp Group) and Offline during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency. This research is divided into two stages, each stage has different characteristics from one another. From data collection, data analysis, and discussion results, it is known that the implementation of learning strategies through WAG (Whatsapp Group) collaboration and offline was carried out to maintain the quality of the teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MTs assisted by Malang Regency. The implementation of Cycle I focused on the necessary administrative preparations while the implementation of Cycle II focused on formulating decrees on the administration of learning activities, circulars for meetings with parents/guardians of students to socialize the WAG (Whatsapp Group) and offline collaboration models.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an empirical description of the strategic role of Human Resources as implementers of procedures and policies in education, alternative solutions in dealing with and minimizing obstacles in the madrasah environment. This research approach is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with instruments in the form of observations, interviews, and reviewing documents at MI Al Khoiriyah Malang Regency. The results of the study illustrate that the strategic role of the madrasah head in developing an organizational culture to become a strong, conducive and responsible madrasa will benefit all madrasa residents, minimizing obstacles through actualization of the implementation of a positive madrasa organizational culture, supported by all madrasah personnel and it takes time to become a tradition/habituation, as well as from elements of the foundation, the madrasah committee contributes to efforts to provide advice and control over madrasah programs on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The enactment of Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, followed by several Permendiknas as its elaboration, is a major challenge for improving the quality of madrasas which are managed through management based on local strengths. The purpose of this study is to describe the human resource management policies at MTsN 3 Malang, the management achievements, local strengths that characterize their development, as well as an analysis of challenges and effective steps in implementing human resource management policies. Based on the description of descriptive data using qualitative research methods carried out at MTsN 3 Malang, it is known that human resource management policies at MTsN 3 Malang are carried out based on a combination of government regulations and madrasah policies. Based on the current condition of human resources, the placement of teaching and educational staff is not in accordance with the needs, both in number and qualifications. The effectiveness of implementing local strength-based management at MTsN 3 Malang is related to the principles of madrasah leadership, basic skills and abilities of teachers and employees, commitment in implementing management to understand each other, respect each other, be mutually responsible for a job at hand, with the motto of sincere charity. Challenges in the implementation of human resource management policies that occurred at MTsN 3 Malang, both internal challenges and external challenges, can be overcome by carrying out teacher and employee quality development programs through quality improvement programs, developing and optimizing the use of infrastructure facilities, awarding policies for teachers and outstanding employees to spur the creativity of teachers and employees in their daily performance.

Abstract

The problems that arise in the culture of Madrasah Aliyah are the absence of a conducive madrasa culture, improvements to madrasas tend to be only in physical form, a lack of understanding of the importance of madrasa culture, and the absence of optimal efforts in the framework of moral development through madrasa culture. This study aims to describe and identify positive changes after the implementation of values ​​and morals education through the development of the 5S-based Madrasah Aliyah culture (Seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu and Shitsuke) in Bantur District, Malang Regency. This research is an action research at Madrasah Aliyah which is in Bantur District, Malang Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year. The application of 5S (Seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu and Shuketsi) at Madrasah Aliyah in Bantur District, Malang Regency is in the form of instilling an organized, neat and clean attitude to students as well as maintaining these conditions and transmitting them to others. After implementing these actions, good habits that are formed in students include being organized, neat, clean, obedient to rules, diligent, and thorough.

Abstract

Among Muslims, applying the product of Islamic legal thought is the basic assumption in making decisions that can be used as a reference so that there is no need to take other legal products. Fiqh, fatwa, and jurisprudence are the basis for strengthening a decision so that Islamic society gets fair treatment. The product of mujtahid thinking is very subjective because there are no binding standard rules that are able to adjust the legal rules that have been formulated with the situation of society so that there is a great opportunity for change. The solution to overcoming this subjectivity needs to be made in a dictation so that it can be elaborated to find common points so that the products of Islamic legal thought can be accepted in society.

Abstract

Informal Reasoning (IR) is reasoning that is individual. Informal reasoning can be trained by providing questions based on socio-scientific issues. This study aims to determine the profile of Informal Reasoning (IR) students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Toroh. The research subjects totaled 216 students. The sampling technique for this research is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The method used is a survey via the Google Informal Reasoning (IR) test form in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions, as well as supporting data in the form of teacher and student interview sheets and school observation sheets. The results showed that SMA Negeri 1 Toroh was categorized as 'good' with an average score of 73.8. The average percentage score for the 'good' category, namely 78.24%, was obtained because students' answers in responding to an issue could consider the risks and benefits as well as the emotional response to those related to the issue. The 'very good' category obtained a percentage of 15.74% because the students' answers in responding to social issues were already logical and used scientific language for various considerations of either sustainable losses or benefits. As for the category 'good enough' to get a percentage of 6.02%, it is known that students' answers respond to a social issue by considering a sense of concern. The results of mastery of each Informal Reasoning (IR) pattern are rational patterns with the highest acquisition of 46% then emotive patterns of 29%, while intuitive patterns with a percentage of 25%. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the Informal Reasoning (IR) abilities of SMA Negeri 1 Toroh students are influenced by several factors including teacher competence, cognitive knowledge, regional demographics and infrastructure.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency has become a significant phenomenon in the global financial world. However, within the context of Islamic law, questions regarding the validity and regulation of cryptocurrency remain a complex debate. This research aims to conduct a normative juridical analysis of cryptocurrency regulation in Islamic law, with a focus on a case study in Indonesia. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach, involving the collection and analysis of legal data from relevant sources, such as laws, regulations, and religious fatwas. This legal data is then analyzed using legal arguments and theoretical frameworks to understand and explain the legal status of cryptocurrency within Islam. This study identifies key issues that arise in the regulation of cryptocurrency in Islamic law in Indonesia, including riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and consumer protection. Through this normative juridical analysis, the researcher explores existing legal interpretations, relevant legal documents, and the perspectives of Islamic scholars and experts regarding the validity and permissibility of cryptocurrency. The findings of this research provide an in-depth understanding of how cryptocurrency can be categorized within the framework of Islamic law, as well as the legal implications arising from the use and trading of cryptocurrency. Additionally, this study identifies gaps and challenges in the regulation of cryptocurrency in Islamic law in Indonesia and provides recommendations for the development of more effective regulations that align with Islamic principles.
