Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of green accounting, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, and earnings quality. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2022 period. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that green accounting does not have a positive effect on Firm value; disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on Firm value; earnings quality has a negative effect on Firm value; green accounting has a positive effect on profitability; disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on profitability; earnings quality has a positive influence on profitability; green accounting has a positive effect on Firm value with profitability as an intervening variable; disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on Firm value with profitability as an intervening variable; earnings quality has a positive effect on Firm value with profitability as an intervening variable; and Profitability has a positive effect on Firm value.

Abstract

Vanname shrimp (Litopenaeus vanname) is a type of seafood that has a fairly short shelf life and is susceptible to quality deterioration, therefore it is necessary to add or treat Vanname shrimp. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and which treatment is best for the shelf life of vanname shrimp. The proposed treatments are control, 20% lime, 20% salt solution, and 100g garlic, with storage for 7 days with temperatur 5 - 10℃. The parameters observed were changes in organoleptic characteristics of vanname shrimp (Litopenaeus vanname) during the 7-day shelf life. The statistical test used is the average test (Mean). The results showed that the best treatment was using lime with a concentration of 20% where the texture and appearance had the highest value to the panelists. But the aroma has a fairly good treatment of the aroma of vanname shrimp (Litopenaeus vanname) in a 7-day storage period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work enthusiasm on employee work productivity at the company PT. Semen Tonasa District. Pangkep. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using a saturated sample. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The results of partial testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, entrepreneurial attitudes and family environment on interest in entrepreneurship. The type of research used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and was obtained using a simple random sampling method on 111 respondents with criteria above the age of 18 years. The data analysis techniques used in this research are: Outer Model with calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with calculations of T statistics, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF using SmartPLS (Partial Least) tools. Square) version 4.0.9.3. The research results show that: 1) Entrepreneurial attitudes have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. 2) Entrepreneurial creativity has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. 3) The family environment has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Zakat has a very strong sanctity and humanitarian dimension. In the humanitarian dimension, zakat plays an important role in ensuring wealth distribution to create equitable welfare. The problem is that the implementation, especially in collecting zakat from people who are obliged to pay zakat, has not been realized properly. DT Peduli, one of the National Amil Zakat Institutions, runs an online zakat collection system in line with the increasing advancement of internet technology. This article is a research to determine the effectiveness of DT Peduli's online zakat system in collecting zakat from muzakki. The results of this study show that the online zakat collection exceeded the 2% planned target. The 2017 zakat collection in DT Peduli targeted Rp. 1, 114, 329. 320 and the amount achieved was Rp. 1, 242. 957. 097. Therefore, the implementation of DT Peduli's financial technology-based zakat payment system can be effectively implemented.

Abstract

Office means and infrastructure such as office equipment and work space are things that need to be considered in terms of their condition. If the condition of office means and infrastructure is not in good condition, it will cause damage which will disrupt work activities for employees. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of office means and infrastructure at PT. Sumber Artha Barokah which includes how to maintain the condition of means and infrastructure as well as setting schedules for maintaining the condition of office means and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data begins with observation, continues with interviews, and ends with documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. From the research results, it can be seen that PT. Sumber Artha Barokah already has a fairly good condition of means and infrastructure, but not all office means and infrastructure receive attention in terms of their quality. This can be seen from the lack of maintenance on production parts and office machines which are only repaired when damage occurs.

Abstract

Archives play an important role in the operational activities of an organization as a source of information and memory center for the organization or company, but the existence of archives is sometimes less noticed, even ignored. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of inactive archives at the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in research are through observation, interviews and documentation. The population and sample in this research are employees who are directly involved in managing inactive records at LKPP. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the management of inactive archives in LKPP has been running quite well. Management of inactive archives at LKPP includes storing inactive archives, maintaining archives and depreciating archives. However, there are several obstacles that hinder the management of inactive archives, namely lack of Human Resources (HR), limited archive space, lack of understanding regarding the management of inactive archives, and lack of leadership commitment. It is recommended that LKPP recruit workers who meet the required criteria, add or maximize existing facilities and infrastructure, and involve leadership directly in managing inactive records.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs is an important part of economic development and achieving goals in Indonesia. Currently, economic growth can continue to develop with the existence of SMEs which are one of the drivers and incentives for the economy in Indonesia which can be used as a support in helping the economic development of society in Indonesia for the sake of valuable social welfare. The aim of this research is to determine the role of SMEs in the national economy, especially government support for SMEs in increasing economic growth and employment. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods by conducting interviews, surveys and observations. The results of the research are that the government does not remain silent and just wait for the results of community efforts, but in this IKM the government also contributes directly to economic development and helps business actors in the fish cracker industry by providing contributions in terms of various assistance, of course, such as providing production houses accompanied by also with various equipment needed to manage fish crackers to help Fish Cracker SMEs to fulfill their needs as business actors by seeing an increase in the income they earn.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction with the availability of services and facilities is something that must be considered from a tourist spot, especially on beach tourism. Customer satisfaction is also a benchmark for customers to return to visit or use the products / services offered again. The purpose of this study is to find out related to customer satisfaction with the availability of services and facilities on the beach setumu tanjung siambang Dompak and is expected to be able to help beach owners in improving their services and facilities for customer satisfaction. This research uses qualitative methods through interviews with several visitors and direct observation of the field.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for the 2020-2022 period which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The object of this research is the Indonesian stock exchange PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo for the 2020-2022 period. The research data used is secondary data whose sampling method uses non-probability sampling. And the data analysis method is by calculating financial ratios, drawing conclusions, while the sample taken is the profit and loss of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo. The results of this research show that the liquidity ratio is measured by the cash ratio and cash ratio, the overall condition of the company is in good condition, the Solvency Ratio is measured by DAR, the condition of the company is not good, while the DER is not good, the profitability ratio is measured by GPM and NPM in overall condition. the company is in good condition. The activity ratio is measured by total asset turnover and fixed asset turnover. Overall the company is in good condition.
