Abstract

Subak Sembung is one of the urban agricultural ecotourism development areas. The main problem for target partners is that there is no identification of food crops, no public information in the implementation of Tri Hita Karana-based subak, and educational spaces that are not representative in field study-based edutourism. The service method is carried out through socialization, training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of the community service program has been successful in increasing knowledge and skills in developing Subak's tourist attraction through field-based organic farming through tracking tourism package packaging and developing organic farming through the use of compost, liquid organic fertilizer, biopesticides and packaging of tour packages. Thus, through these community service activities, we are able to produce output that increases the income of farmers and local communities in the form of attractive educational tourism packages.

Abstract

Fishing is a fishing activity that has been around for a long time. Fishing is done to fulfill human needs. Based on existing data, Indonesian people's consumption of fish reaches an average of 41 kilograms per capita per year, in other words, it is still very low. One of the causes is the lack of productivity of fish catches. Fishing is dominated by large vessels with modern equipment, so the fishing capacity of traditional fishermen is very low. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is trying to increase fishing productivity, one of which is by providing fishing deck machinery to small fishermen. The problem is that fishing aids are imported products and require maintenance which is not easy and not cheap. Based on this, a fishing tool that is more efficient and easy to maintain and operate is designed. The process of fishing aids uses a buoy equipped with AIS. The purpose of the buoy frequency for calling fish is equipped with AIS which is used to detect the position of the buoy for 2 to 4 days when the ship will come to take the buoy. It is installed on the buoy, namely to maintain security and call fish. The signal from the buoy uses the frequency on the buoy which is used to catching fish is also to detect other ships that will approach to catch fish and where there are lots of fish. The Ulrich and Eppinger method with the mission of fishing aid products can be made by local industry. Based on the results of the product concept design for fishing aids, the 1st (one) variant concept was chosen with specifications, namely: (1) tool dimensions 500 mm x 150 mm x 225 mm; (2) a drive system with low electrical power using a large reducer rotation; (3) has 2 (two) manual functions and functions

Abstract

The main competency that must be possessed by vocational school students majoring in accounting is competency in preparing financial reports, namely competency as an "Accounting Technician". The achievement of this scheme for accounting technicians is through two clusters, namely the preparation of financial reports based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) and the operation of accounting computer applications. During the competency test held in February 2023, there were still many students at SMKN 1 Padang Panjang who were not yet competent in the SAK ETAP-based financial report preparation cluster. The aim of this service is to provide technical guidance on preparing financial reports based on SAK ETAP for teachers and students majoring in accounting at SMKN 1 Padang Panjang so that their main competencies are fulfilled. The methods used are technical guidance and assistance in working on practice questions and also carrying out simulations or tryouts for competency exams in preparing SAK ETAP-based financial reports as well as evaluation of the activities that have been carried out. The service team will also provide updated reference books to partners along with modules and a comprehensive collection of questions. With this service, it is hoped that it can increase students' competence in preparing financial reports so that during the accounting technician certification exam later at SMKN 1 Padang Panjang the percentage of passes will be high. Apart from that, this service can also increase teacher competence in teaching the preparation of SAK ETAP-based financial reports to students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the positive impact of education-based community engagement programs on improving the literacy and numeracy of students at MI Azzainiyah II Karanganyar Paiton. The problem faced by the partner institution is the low proficiency of students in reading, writing, and arithmetic. This program was conducted in the context of the Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) using the Outcome Based Education (OBE) approach as the framework. The community engagement program holds significant importance as it helps address fundamental issues in education at MI Azzainiyah II. The methods employed include improving educational infrastructure and facilities, developing relevant teaching materials, teacher training, and additional learning sessions for students. The program also enhances parental involvement in supporting their children's learning. The research results indicate that after participating in the KKN OBE program, there was a significant improvement in students' literacy and numeracy. A total of 68% of students reported positive changes in their reading interest, while 70% of students noted a positive shift in their interest in Mathematics. These findings underscore the effectiveness of the interactive approach in stimulating student interest and engagement in learning activities. In conclusion, this community engagement program plays a crucial role in enhancing the literacy and numeracy of MI Azzainiyah II students. It emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts between universities, schools, and communities in improving the quality of education. The positive outcomes provide motivation to continue improvement efforts and ensure the sustainability of the program in the long term.

Abstract

Adolescence is known as a period of change from child to adult. In this era, many teenagers are unable to withstand all the regulations that take away their freedom. Lack of mental stability during adolescence also affects driving safety, especially if conditions and circumstances force teenagers to drive motorized vehicles as the main transportation to school even though they are still underage. This is the reason for implementing Juvenile Delinquency and Driving Safety Education activities at Negeri 2 Seventeen Junior High School (SMP), Bengkayang Regency. The method for implementing this activity is in the form of counseling. This educational program is carried out offline by presenting the material through lectures or interactive lectures and discussions. As a result of this activity, it is hoped that students will understand and crystallize how to socialize positively and the importance of being aware of safety when driving. It is hoped that the results of this service activity will become basic capital in forming the character of students in school and society.

Abstract

Villages as centers for government services to communities at the lowest levels are the main development focus on the Indonesian government's agenda. Through several studies, an online community service administration system was developed using an internet approach, carrying out activities including population administration, moving, business permits, building permits and issuing letters with ease and time. This provides a faster and more efficient impact and saves time. The methods used are literature studies related to internet technology, surveys and data collection on information technology infrastructure design that can be applied to online community services, analysis of survey data on real conditions in several community service centers, especially Cibening village and finally making online community service model from villages such as family cards, moving and reporting online. The result is an internet-based village community service administration application system utilizing technology. This application model also combines the advantages of an open-source application with a flexible system design for implementation and development needs, as well as support supported by mobile phone ownership to improve the quality of service to the community. The internet-based network structure makes it possible to go online not only between villages and communities but also villages and sub-districts and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, using mobile devices. The development of the application model is also based on the business process functions and village administration processes contained in Indonesian government regulations. It is also hoped that each model can be integrated to optimize efficiency and has been tried to be adapted to the community service system.

Abstract

Mural has now become a common media found in public spaces. In addition to being a means of information, murals also have interesting images and can have other functions, namely as a means of conveying messages, advertising materials, propaganda materials and even educational information documents. The making of this mural design will be applied to Community Service through the Independent Lecture Competency Program (PKKM) Bina Desa held by the Visual Communication Design Education Program of the National Development University "Veteran" East Java in Simpang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The purpose of making the mural itself, among others, is to improve the aesthetics of tourist attractions as well as creating an attractive and beautiful visual appearance. This mural design will use design thinking approach. Design Thinking is a problem solving method that focuses on the user. This activity began on September 20, 2023 until October 25, 2023. The place of implementation is at the Alas Outbound Edukasi tourist spot in Simpang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The PKKM Bina Desa collaboration between the Visual Communication Design Education Program of the National Development University "Veteran" of East Java and the Alas Outbound Edukasi tourism manager creates tourist attraction to visit Alas Outbound Edukasi Tourism, while providing cultural education for the community and visitors.

Ngingas Hamlet is an area located in Simpang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. This hamlet has a tourist attraction called Alas Outbound or better known as Alas Prambon. However, in Ngingas Hamlet it is felt that it has good potential by adding a village mural and there is still a lack of dena in Alas Outbound tourism and there is still no RT / RW sign. The purpose of this design is to create an environmental graphic design that is applied according to the needs of Ngingas Hamlet.This environmental graphic aims to find out the layout, location plan and identity of the head of the RT / RW in Ngingas Hamlet, as well as beautify Ngigas Hamlet by making a village mural so that visitors get a happy atmosphere when visiting Alas Outbound.Data collection methods used in this design include observation, literature study, documentation and interviews. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Roti Kopi Maestro operates in the food production sector located in Malang City. A number of challenges arise in business development efforts and industrial competition. To be able to overcome this, strategic planning is very important so that industrial operations can run effectively and efficiently. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with business owners, employees, partners and consumers of Roti Maestro. The results of the analysis show that the market development strategy is the most relevant strategy formulation for surviving and creating new market shares
