Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest number of early marriages in the world due to several factors, one of which is social and cultural. Early marriage can be interpreted as a marriage carried out by a husband and wife aged less than 17 years. The early marriage rate in East Java according to the 2017 Susenas reached 18.44%. Jember Regency is one of the biggest contributors to the number of early marriages in East Java with a total of 1,400 out of 21,000 marriages in 2021. Sukorambi Village is a village located under Argopuro's feet with various tribes and cultures and the majority has currency in agriculture. Therefore, in reducing the number of early marriages, the implementation of counseling related to early marriage with the main target is students who are pursuing senior secondary education in the hope that there will be awareness of damaging early marriage and reducing the number of early marriages in Sukorambi Village.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country that has the potential for diverse agricultural products in each region. Development in the field of entrepreneurship is one of the government's efforts to improve economic and community welfare evenly. H Selang is one of the villages in Bendungan District, Kapanewon Karangmojo, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. One of the agricultural products there is cassava. Usually cassava is only processed into krecek and used as animal feed. This makes the selling price low. Therefore, the KKN team innovated by utilizing these agricultural products into processed products with higher selling prices. The preparations are flavored cassava chips. The method for implementing this training consists of several methods, namely, socialization, discussion and practice. The aim of this training is to provide knowledge and processing of cassava. This training went smoothly and is expected to provide business opportunities for the local community and help the community market their commodity products more widely.

Abstract

Fruit sandwiches are a food that is popular at breakfast or just as a snack. Sandwiches are made from two pieces of bread sandwiched with fruit filling according to individual tastes, to make it more delicious, some people also often add mayonnaise and chili sauce (Aliza, 2011). Sandwiches or sandwiches are very popular because they are liked by many people, from children to the elderly, and they are relatively easy to make. Sandwiches can also be used to entertain guests who come to the house (Kirana, 2009). The aim and objective of the nutritious food management program in Teluk Lecah Village is to help mothers process healthy food to serve to their families. The target that mothers want to achieve after participating in this socialization is that mothers understand how to make good and correct food. Providing knowledge for mothers in preparing healthy food will support the success of this program.

Abstract

In 2023, the selection of Civil Servant Candidates for lecturer formation was opened by the Indonesian government. Thorough preparation for applicants is needed. One of the necessary preparations is mental preparation. Based on the candidates’ mental preparation, this community service aimed to increase their motivation. Furthermore, the activity was conducted through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method via Zoom meeting. The motivation material was delivered by four experienced civil servant lecturers participating in the selection in 2021, and it was guided by another lecturer as the moderator. Moreover, there were 88 attending participants with an average of 75 participants. The participants were involved in interactive discussions after the material presentation session. Based on the presentation and discussion, communicating with immediate family, focusing on completing documents for administrative selection, following related information and regulations actively, and preparing mentally are essential things to face in the selection of Civil Servant Candidates for lecturer formation.

Abstract

Diabetes is a degenerative disease that is directly related to lifestyle, characterized by an increase in blood sugar levels due to abnormalities in insulin secretion. The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia is diagnosed at 1.5%, in South Sulawesi Province in 2014 the number of Diabetes Mellitus cases was (282 thousand sufferers). Therefore, the attitude of sufferers and the role of health workers and those closest to them are very important in influencing behavior in controlling blood sugar levels. which is at risk of complications. One effort to control type 2 diabetes is non-pharmacological, such as yoga, which is an alternative that can be done to lower blood sugar levels which is considered to have a positive effect and can be done independently by the patient at home. In this activity, the main target was women suffering from diabetes mellitus, as many as 20 participants who were given yoga exercise training in the working area of ​​the Tamalanrea Makassar health center. From the evaluation results it was found that there was an increase in knowledge and changes in behavior to better understand and be able to carry out yoga physical activities independently. It is hoped that yoga exercise activities can be carried out every week in order to maintain stable blood sugar levels, so it can be concluded that all participants are able to carry out yoga exercise activities independently.

Abstract

The management information system at the Puskesmas is the latest breakthrough in increasing the effectiveness of health services, and one of them   is   information   on   acceptance   at the Puskesmas. This study aims to reveal the triggers for the occurrence of management information system errors on the realization of acceptance at the Pukesmas "X". This research method uses a descriptive method, and this type of research is qualitative. The research subjects in this study were the employee staff at the Puskemas"X", while the object of this study was the Puskesmas management information system in the retribution reception section at the Puskemas"X". In the results of this study, it is known that the triggers for errors in the management information system for the realization of receipts are incorrect input, no verification, and double-checking before depositing, a system that often errors.

Abstract

Worms are a health problem that is still widely found. Worms caused by several intestinal worms transmitted through the soil are called Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH). Elementary school children are an age group that is susceptible to infection with worms. Worm infections can have a serious impact if not treated with deworming medication and a clean and healthy lifestyle of the person. This community service is carried out to be an outreach to improve and empower the community, especially elementary schools, about clean living behavior in dealing with worms. Behaviors such as hand washing habits, nail hygiene, footwear habits, bowel habits and to determine environmental sanitation risk factors such as latrine ownership, availability of clean water, and ownership of trash bins related to stunting in children’s parents Bone Village, Nekamese District. The number of children is 28 people. Counseling and empowerment of cadres about worms in Bone Village, Nekamese District, Kupang Regency has been carried out well involving the children's parents. The evaluation showed a good increase in understanding about worms from cadres, children and parents.

Abstract

Facts show that nowadays agricultural land tends to be narrower than residential land, both in urban and rural areas. This is what causes the lack of available land that can be used for farming activities, one of which is to produce vegetables or plants that are even easy to grow. One solution that can be done to overcome the urgency of the lack of land availability is urban farming. Urban Farming Verticulture technique is an agricultural and plantation activity carried out using only a small area of ​​land. And it is considered more effective and efficient. Therefore, ongoing educational activities are needed for the community about the benefits of urban farming using verticulture techniques through outreach methods and community assistance. The location of community service activities is carried out at Buana Green Housing, RT 60 RW 12, Soklat Village, Subang Regency. This service activity will take place from July 2023 to November 2023. We hope that by optimizing the urban farming extension and service methods, the housing community will be able to carry out minimalist farming and plantation activities to produce quality vegetables or plants, even though they only rely on a small amount of land in the area. residential yard or terrace. The results obtained from implementing this activity are increasing knowledge and implementation of velticultural cultivation in the Buana Green Housing community RT 60 RW 12 Soklat Subdistrict, Subang Regency.

Abstract

Informatics is a field of science regarding the study of design and development of computing systems, in which there is a logic gate that can receive one or more input data, but only has one output, the output of which is high (1) or low (0). depending on the output results of the input process, the operation must follow the rules in logical algebra or Boolean algebra in a binary system in which there are basic gates, namely OR, AND and NOT. Basically, students have difficulty understanding the gates directly in Boolean algebra and applying them to digital circuits, which makes students confused and difficult to implement them in real terms in the circuit. In general, the training was familiar with basic logic gates well, in terms of ability to use the application, the increase was 89% and was categorized as capable. So, it can be concluded that all participants who took part were able to implement the EWB application and were declared to have improved in skill.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is research by taking action by the teacher in his own class. This activity is carried out through self-reflection with the aim of improving performance as a teacher. This community service activity was carried out with Community Partnership Program (PKM) Partners at SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep. The problem faced by teachers at SMK Negeri 7 Pangkep is that they do not study learning problems that occur in class and teachers are not used to studying learning problems in class in the form of classroom action research. The method used is interactive lectures and discussions. The results achieved are that teachers can examine learning problems that occur in class and teachers can overcome learning problems in the form of classroom action research.
