Abstract

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of word of mouth marketing strategy in enhancing business development. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand the concept of word of mouth marketing strategy in improving business development requires several important things, namely: (a) Word of mouth marketing dimensions consisting of talkers, topics, tools, talking part and tracking, (b) Creating word of mouth for a product through: The product must be able to evoke an emotional response and the product must have something that can advertise itself or inspire someone to ask about it.

Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of place and product quality to the purchasing decision at the Central fresh fruit shop Jamanis Tasikmalaya. This research has been conducted due to the fact that the product sale at Central fresh fruit shop Jamanis Tasikmalaya has been decreased for the last one year. Many factors are the cause, one of which is the provision of incomplete products, so that the level of consumer purchases will be lower. The population in this study is all consumers who are making purchases at the jamanis Tasikmalaya fresh central fruit store. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique, precisely accidental sampling, which is a sample selection technique based on chance, that is, all members of the population who coincidentally meet the researcher can be sampled in the study. The determination of the number of samples used the unknown populations formula and obtained the results of 96 respondents. The results of simultaneous testing using the F test showed that the multiple linear regression model was feasible as a research model. Furthermore, using the t test shows that location has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the dominant independent variable towards purchasing decisions is product quality. We recommend that producers of fresh central fruit stores list location points by giving banners or signposts to make them easier to find and must be able to maintain the quality of their fruit products by sorting or separating fruits based on size, maturity level, damage, color, and so on.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain the effect of Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDER), firm size and investmen decision to firm value on companies sub sector cement which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2022. This type of research is quantitative with used secondary data from annual financial reports. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample this study was 32 financial reports on companies sub sector cement in the 2015-2022 period. The analysis technique used panel data regression analysis. The results of this research showed that Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDER) had no significant negative effect on firm value, firm size had a significant positive effect on firm value, investmen decision had a significant positive effect on firm value, and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDER), firm size, investmen decision simultaneously had a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Depok City. The aim of this research is to determine the level of work discipline, motivation, employee performance and whether there is an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative statistical method. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques. In the research object, the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Depok City. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire that had been distributed to employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Depok City who had filled out the questionnaire/questionnaire. The test stages carried out are: existing instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis test. Test the coefficient of determination R2, t test and f test, and with the help of Google form and data that has been proven valid and succeeded in collecting 50 respondents. In partial hypothesis testing, the work discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the value is 3.807 > 1.676. Apart from that, it is known that the sig value is 0.000, where the sig value. smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the work environment is significant for employee performance (Y). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance because the calculated t value is greater, 3,382 < 1,676. Apart from that, it is known that the sig. equal to 0.616 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that work motivation has a negative but significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously testing the hypothesis can be seen that the sig. value for the influence of (X1) and (X2) on (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the Fcount value is 23.935 > 4.03, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, in the words On the other hand, there is a simultaneous and significant influence of variables (X1) and (X2) on variable (Y). Based on the analysis of respondents' answers, it was concluded that there was an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Depok City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

In order to improve employee performance, intervention on motivation is highly recommended. Apart from increasing the motivation of its employees, companies also need to direct their employees to have an agile performance management system. By implementing agile performance management, employees will be able to achieve the company's vision and mission, meet growing business needs and drive the company's progress. In working on this article the author used the library research method (Literaty Research), namely research activities carried out by collecting information and data with the help of various materials in the library or sources from the internet related to the problem to be solved. The data obtained comes from qualitative methods which emphasize analysis and descriptiveness with presentation not in the form of numbers.

Abstract

In the goal for the development of the organization many factors must be pursued. One of them is work culture. It is important for an organization to pay attention to and follow the culture that is and will continue to run, and develop in order to continue to control the culture that continues to run in a positive and profitable direction for the organization. Culture has a very important potential to have an effect on the organization. Work culture is one of the supporting factors for the organization to develop. Work culture is created from the habits adopted by the organization to be used as a reference for where the organization's goals are running. The application of work culture in the organization has a very important role because it relates to the attitudes and behavior of human resources in the organization. Culture includes general management policies, procedures, strategic objectives and actions. In its application, each company has a different culture, this is what distinguishes one company from another. Culture can be said to be an image for the company, therefore it needs to be directed in a positive direction in order to have a positive impact and image for the organization. The development and management of a good culture requires the role of a leader, without a leader an organization will not be able to run towards its goals. Leadership style is very important for leaders to manage the HR they lead with their respective assigned tasks. This study aims to determine the relationship between work culture and leadership style to improve employee performance in the company using a literature study approach. Which approach to literature study is carried out by collecting and reviewing theoretical references that are in accordance with the case obtained. So that the results of the literature review obtained show that work culture and leadership style have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance. Leadership will be a determining factor for success in a company. This is because leadership is the focal point of significant change in the company, leadership becomes an impactful personality. Leadership is an art in creating corporate fit and stability.

Abstract

Scientific publications and research papers rely heavily on previous research. The goal of previous research and similar search functions is to provide more support for theories and phenomena that focus on interactions between various factors. This article reviews research on organizational behavior and investigates the elements that influence performance outcomes, with a focus on communication, organizational culture, and attitudes. The purpose of this article is to provide a working hypothesis for further study of the interaction of multiple factors. The results of this literature review article are as follows: 1) Communication influences performance results; 2) Organizational culture influences performance results; and 3) Attitudes influence performance results.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of accountability, transparency and public participation on public service performance. The object of the research is the investment agency and integrated licensing agency of Ogan Ilir district. The research instrument is a questionnaire, where the service user community at the capital service investment agency in this research uses accountability, transparency and public participation as independent variables, while public service performance is the independent variable. The research results show that accountability, transparency and public participation have a positive influence on the performance of public service organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The success rate of the financial performance of PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk., during the 2020-2021 Covid-19 Pandemic when viewed from an analysis of financial ratios. The analytical tool used is financial ratio analysis which includes liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using calculations on quantitative data in the form of year-end closing financial reports (secondary data) from 2020-2021. In general, the results of financial performance analysis using ratio analysis from the perspective of liquidity ratios show that during the Covid-19 pandemic, PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk., was able to fulfill its short-term obligations in a timely manner, viewed from a solvency perspective, showing that during the Covid-19 pandemic PT. Pembangunana Jaya Ancol Tbk. able to guarantee financing its debt obligations with a number of assets owned by the company's capabilities as described by capital (equity), viewed from a profitability perspective, shows that PT is inefficient and ineffective. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk., in utilizing and using company assets to generate profits during the Covid-19 pandemic, while viewed from an Activity perspective, shows that PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk., during the Covid-19 pandemic was effective in using and controlling its resources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of financial literacy on the pocket money management behavior of management students at the faculty of social and political sciences, Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University (2) to determine the effect of parental income on the financial behavior of management students at the faculty of social and political sciences. Nineteen November Kolaka university politics. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research uses literature study, observation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is management students class 2018-2021. Meanwhile, the sample for this research is 82 people. Testing this research instrument uses Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the financial literacy variable on Financial Behavior as indicated by a t-statistic value of 4.631 with a P-Value of 0.000 and the Parental Income variable also has a positive and significant influence on Financial Behavior as indicated by the t-value statistics of 3.108 with a P-Value of 0.003.
