Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Organizational Climate on Nurse Job Satisfaction (Study at North Koltim Regional General Hospital). (2) Effect of Job Stress on Nurse Job Satisfaction (Study at North Koltim Regional General Hospital). This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all nurses at East Kolaka Hospital. Meanwhile, the sample of this research is 80 nurses with a sample fee using a census technique. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) by testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4. 0. Based on the research results it is known that the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on nurse Job Satisfaction as indicated by the P-Values ​​of 0.000. As well as the variable Job Stress also has a negative and significant effect on Nurse Job Satisfaction, this is indicated by the P-Values ​​of 0.004.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of Locus of Control on Employee Performance (Study at the Kolaka Regency Inspectorate). (2) The Influence of Competency on Employee Performance (Study at the Kolaka Regency Inspectorate). This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees at the Kolaka Regency Inspectorate. Meanwhile, the sample for this research consisted of 48 employees, the sample was determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Locus of Control variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a P-Values value of 0.000. And the Competency variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is shown by the P-Values value of 0.037.

Abstract

In scientific studies or publications, previous or related research is of greatest importance. Previous studies and related research support the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or impact between variables. This lecture discusses the study of organizational behavior and how employee loyalty affects company atmosphere, leadership, and pay. The purpose of this literature is to establish a hypothesis about how related factors interact with each other, which can be used in future studies. Employee loyalty is influenced by company atmosphere, leadership and pay, a document analysis found.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of online promotion and perceived quality on consumer purchasing behavior at the Mutiara Famouse Kolaka Store. The present study employs a survey research design, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The study's population consisted of consumers who had engaged in shopping activities at the renowned Kolaka Mutiara Shop. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select 120 respondents, which involves selecting individuals based on specific criteria. The employed data collection methodology encompassed both primary and secondary data sources. The data collected was subjected to analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis techniques, utilizing the Smart PLS program. The findings of this study indicate that internet promotional activities exert a favorable and statistically significant impact on customer buying behavior. This is supported by the T-Count or T-Statistics, specifically 5.276 and a P Value of 0.000. The variable of Perceived Quality exhibits a statistically significant and positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the T-Count value of 2.538 and a corresponding P Value of 0.006. Based on the obtained results, it can be inferred that the variables of Online Promotion and Perceived Quality exhibit a statistically significant positive impact on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This conclusion is drawn based on the research's adoption of the criterion T-Statistics > 1.64, with a significance level and P Value of less than 0.05. The factors of Online Promotion and Perceived Quality exhibit a statistically significant positive impact of 76.2% on Consumer Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Administrative behavior is a person's choice to carry out administrative activities, such as providing intensive services, with a focus only on achieving predetermined organizational goals. The study of cooperation in public organizations is called public administration. Because public administration is a branch of administrative science, all theories, concepts and analyzes of administrative science are used. In the research literature on organizational behavior, this article examines the following factors in public administration behavior: emotional intelligence, professionalism, and work discipline. Developing hypotheses regarding these variables is the goal of this paper. This hypothesis can be used in future research. The results of this review article are: Emotional Intelligence influences Public Administration Behavior, Professionalism influences Public Administration Behavior and Work Discipline influences Public Administration Behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of leadership on job satisfaction at the Kolaka Class III Port Management Unit Office. (2) The Influence of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction at the Class III Kolaka Port Organizing Unit Office. This research is an exploratory research model with a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees of the Kolaka Class III Port Organizing Unit Office. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 57 people using census techniques, namely researchers could examine all elements of the population. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22. The data analysis technique used in this research is measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of this research, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Leadership variable on Job Satisfaction at the Class III Kolaka Port Organizing Unit Office as shown by the p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the Work Environment variable on Job Satisfaction at the Class III Kolaka Port Organizing Unit Office is shown by the p-value of 0.009.

Abstract

Motivation and compensation are very important, because compensation is the main encouragement or motivation for an employee to work. This means that employees use knowledge, skills, energy and time not merely to dedicate or devote themselves to the company, but for another purpose, namely expecting rewards or remuneration for the results they have provided. Therefore, determining compensation related to work performance or productivity is very important. So that apart from realizing employee efficiency and effectiveness, it can also be demonstrated for the continuity of organizational activities and company plans (programs) in the future. In this case, the various types of human needs discussed will be transformed by employees into certain "wants" within the company. It is known that the definition of human needs is a very complicated matter, as well as the desires of employees towards the company, including, based on wages (salary) which is one means of satisfying physiological and egoistic needs, then job security (security of job) due to threats from technological change. This desire can really give priority to employees in feeling safe and secure in doing their work.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Honda PCX brand motorbikes at TDM Bima dealers. The sample in this study was 52 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially or simultaneously the variables price, product location and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda PCX brand motorbikes at TDM Bima dealers.

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity at Woha Bolly department store. The sample in the research was 50 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression. Abstract

The unpredictability of maritime weather has long been a significant challenge in ensuring the safety of maritime navigation and maritime operations in general. In an effort to address this issue, this research focuses on the development of an innovative maritime weather monitoring and prediction system. The proposed system leverages advanced technologies such as weather sensor networks, satellite monitoring, and real-time data analysis to provide accurate and real-time weather information to the maritime community. With improved access to weather data, ships, ports, and relevant stakeholders can make more timely and informed decisions when planning operations, reducing the risk of maritime accidents, and enhancing navigation efficiency. Furthermore, the system is equipped with sophisticated weather prediction algorithms, enabling weather forecasts for several days ahead. This capability offers additional advantages to maritime operators, allowing them to plan routes, cargo handling operations, and fleet management more effectively. The results of this research represent a significant contribution to enhancing navigation safety and maritime operational efficiency. By combining modern technology with scientific knowledge of maritime weather, this system provides a reliable solution for addressing weather challenges at sea, potentially saving lives and reducing economic losses resulting from maritime accidents.
