Abstract

Catering Mrs. Kokom was established from 2019 until now, but there was a decline in sales at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic that caused the mentality and quality of human resources among employees to decline. In order to be able to improve the performance of employees, they need motivation or an incentive that makes them engaged and improves the quality of their work. The method used to compile this article uses descriptive and qualitative methods by interviewing business owners. The result is an increasingly motivated role to give reinforcement to desires that lead to better work performance and can guide individual behavior in the achievement of goals

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies are required to improve services professionally in accordance with their respective fields. This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship marketing (CRM) and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Ahass Aries Putra Dealer Bandung, Tulungagung Regency. The variables of this study are customer relationship marketing, satisfaction and loyalty. The location of this study exists on Jalan Panglima Sudirman No. 125, Genengan, Bandung, Tulungagung Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative type. The sample in this study used purposive sampling techniques which resulted in a total of 197 respondents. The analysis tool used for this study is SPSS For Windows 25. Based on tests conducted with multiple linear regression analysis, the t test shows that customer relationship marketing has a partial influence on consumer loyalty. This is shown from the value of 3.596 > from 1.97227 then, consumer satisfaction also has a partial effect on consumer loyalty as seen from the value of 11.777 > from 1.97227. Test F shows that the variables customer relationship marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously affect consumer loyalty seen from the value of 104.22 > 1.97227.

Abstract

This paper aims to find the point of influence of the transformational leadership style on the change management of an organization in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. And the results obtained are that the transformational leadership style has a positive effect on the change management of an organization, with the characteristics of a leadership style that involves the charisma of a leader, is considered to be able to motivate employees to excel beyond expectations. In this case employees feel trust, admiration, respect for their leaders so that they are motivated to do more than what is expected of them. So that with this situation the change management designed by the leader will be realized for the benefit of the organization.

Abstract

The background of this research was to determine work commitment and employee empowerment towards SP2HP and Fingerprint services on Sat. Banjar Criminal. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the result that work commitment has a significant effect on SP2HP services and fingerprints. Abstract

The background of this reseacrh is that there is a significate in the use of the internet lately that UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) must be aware of, the impact of whisch is urgency of digital marketing as a solution to marketing media anxiety in supporting the promotion of sales of goods. This stigma strengthens the marketing carried out by UMKM actorst to be advanced and important to implement. Among them is the emergence of the use of social chat, E-businnes, social media, E-commerce, and so forth. The purpose of this research is so identify the use of capcin and jus 89 UMKM after applying digital marketing. This research method uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques obtained through documentation, interviews, and observation. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is based on triangulation of techniques and sources. This data analysis here is applying Milles and Huberman’s data analysis. As for the results of this study, data was obtained that the effect of digital marketing on the income of UMKM capcin and jus 89 in Kediri City was significate, which was known from the increase in sales and high consumer interest.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the influence of the dimensions of communication and work motivation on the effectiveness of achieving PBB target at the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This research was conducted using survey and explanatory analysis methods, namely explaining and analyzing the magnitude of the influence of the dimensions of communication and motivation on the effectiveness of achieving the target of PBB. The population in this study were all employees at the Banjar District Office, Banjar City, with a total of 64 employees. The results of the study show that the communication dimension has a positive effect on the effectiveness of achieving PBB targets. Motivation has a positive effect on the effectiveness of achieving PBB targets. The effectiveness of achieving PBB targets is positively influenced by the dimensions of communication and motivation, this means that the better the dimensions of communication and motivation, the more effective the effectiveness of achieving PBB targets will be

Abstract

Technology always experiences changes along with the times, changes in technology have a dynamic nature so that new innovations can emerge to create a technology that facilitates human activities in various sectors of activity such as industry, agriculture, education, and no less the economic sector which feels the impact of existing technological developments. The manifestation of these technological developments in the economic sector, namely e- commerce applications in the form of Shopee, the application of these applications during the industrial revolution 4.0 is expected to have an impact on society and especially UMKM actors to further develop a more creative economy so that they can open up employment opportunities as a whole for all levels and community elements, besides that the presence of the Shopee application can provide a new idea for the community so that they can be more independent and not depend on the government. Nowadays, everything is digital, both in cities and villages, in this case the presence of the Shopee application can be a new step for village governments to be able to take advantage of this application to take advantage of developing the economy in villages by developing the existing UMKM sector by utilizing technology. The existing one is the Shoppe application. In this case Pakel Village together with the East Java KKNT 09 UPN Veterans group created an account on the Shopee application to integrate UMKM products in Pakel Village, Jombang Regency. more widely known by the community both outside Pakel Village and outside the City of Jombang, so that UMKM in Pakel Village are ready to compete and develop in the industrial era 4.0.

Abstract

The development of the Indonesian nation at this time is development in the economic field to improve the standard of living and welfare of the entire nation. So how can we direct students toward an active financial life? This can be achieved by teaching entrepreneurial activities to students, so that students develop entrepreneurship, for example through school cooperatives. Business values ​​(characteristics) are conveyed through actual sales activities in school cooperatives. Where some students are directly involved in the management of the student's school cooperative itself. Based on this background, the objectives of this research are: (1) Describe student cooperative activities at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo to form student entrepreneurship participants. (2) description of student entrepreneurship through student cooperatives at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. (3) Describe the factors that support and hinder the growth of entrepreneurial creativity in students of SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo through student cooperatives. The research method used to write this research is descriptive qualitative research taken from various journal articles and the author collects and analyzes various references to these articles. All data that is summarized in scientific articles on qualitative data does not use numbers, tables, g-tables or graphs, but rather in the form of descriptions from various sources or scientific journal references. Research using descriptive techniques is data analysis by describing or illustrating the collected data just like that, without drawing conclusions. The following can be interpreted from data analysis: 1) Activities that aim to form the entrepreneurial spirit of students are as direct learning and student participation in various activities in cooperatives, and entrepreneurial activities of students are formed following the activities of various cooperatives. Entrepreneurial values ​​among students are leadership, confident, communicative, responsible, honest handling, diligent, cooperative and willing to take risks. (2) Entrepreneurial skills developed by students, for example the ability to provide good service and communication, manage and make good use of time, lead cooperatives well and think smartly to seize opportunities. Abstract

Legality has an important role for the progress of the business owned by all business actors, because legality is basically a form of granting permits granted by the authorities to every business actor in running their business. Legality itself is said to be important because it is used as evidence that the business being run or established is feasible and ongoing. People who do not understand the importance of business legality are a problem that causes many business actors who do not have business legality to support their business. The community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java aims to sensitize the community, especially business actors, especially in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency regarding the importance of business legality and provide assistance in making a business legality. The method of implementing community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java is divided into 3 (three) stages, the first step begins with providing understanding to business people about the importance of business legality through socialization that we held in the first week. Second, data collection of all Ngrimbi village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and registering NIB (Business Identification Number) which has been scheduled by the village. The third is business mentoring with the aim of improving and marketing the products they want to sell. The implementation of this activity was carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java consisting of 10 people. The result of this activity is the awareness of business actors in Ngrimbi Village about the importance of business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and as many as 20 MSMEs that have been surveyed by group 10 in Ngrimbi Village, 19 MSMEs have carried out business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number).

Abstract

Abstrak Judul Penelitian ini yakni analisis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang mixue di Surabaya merupakan artikel ilmiah yang digunakan untuk membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variable. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Literatur. Artike rivew ini bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online lainnya. Hasil artikel ini adalah: 1) Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Pembelian Ulang; 2) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Pembelian Ulang. Guna meningkatkan pembelian ulang maka Mixue di Surabaya harus gencar melakukan promosi yang menarik dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar konsumen akan tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian ulang di Mixue di Surabaya. Selain dari 2 variabel ini yang mempengaruhi variabel Pembelian Ulang Mixue masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya adalah citra merek, kualitas produk dan harga dari Mixue. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan untuk menargetkan segmen pelanggan tertentu untuk meningkatkan loyalitas mereka terhadap Mixue.
