Abstract

Untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran efektif guru(calon guru) harus memahami apa itu pembelajaran efektif, belajar adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan individu untuk memperoleh suatu perubahan. Hal yang menjadi pelajaran terpenting bagi guru adalah bahwa siswa merupakan seseorang yang aktif, guru yang membangun guru yang harus menyediakan lingkungan belajar dan meyakini bahwa eksplorasi lingkungan dan interaksi yang terjadi dapat membentuk dan berkembangPenelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukaan melalui sesuatu observasi, dengan disertai pencatatan-pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau prilaku objek sasaran . Penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan dan mengolah data yang bersifat deskriptif, seperti transkripsi wawancara, catatan lapangan, gambar, foto, rekaman video dan lain sebagainya dan bersifat nyata sesuai dengan objek sasaran (Poerwandari, 1998,29). Bangunan sekolah yang kami observasi yaitu SD Negeri 1 JurangJero digunakan oleh unit SD mulai dari kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas 6. Berdiri diatas bangunan milik pemerintah pusat. Bangunan terlihat kokoh, warna dinding didominasi dengan warna cokelat muda. Ruangan Kepala SD Negeri 1 JurangJero memiliki fasilitas yang sangat memadai. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran SD Negeri 1 JurangJero sudah menggunakan Kurikulum merdeka. Berdasarkan bahasan diatas,kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari laporan ini adalah kita harus mengetahui empat aspek yang di atas.keempat aspek diatas yaitu, profil dan kondisi fisik sekolah dasar,hal-hal apa saja yang harus guru dipersiapkan sebelum melakukan proses pembelajaran,serta Bagaimana upayanya Guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS,dan juga adanya kendala apa saja yang dihadapi siswa saat kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low motivation, activity, and learning outcomes of natural sciences due to the lack of active involvement of students in the learning process, students do not understand the concept of learning, and are less enthusiastic. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activity, student activity, learning motivation and student learning outcomes in learning by using the picture and picture, group investigation and numbered heads together learning models. This study used Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was held in four meetings with fifth grade students at SDN 1 Bajuin, a total of 20 students consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students, in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the study showed that at the fourth meeting: teacher activity scored 32 with very good criteria, student activity was 100% active, students who were motivated to learn were 96.67%. The learning outcomes of classical students reach a level of 100%.

Abstract

Recognize the changes that occur in an agency with several factors that occur, namely those located at the Ashabul Kahfi Foundation, Jalan Kolam Indah IV, Mata Air, Kec. South Padang, Padang City, West Sumatra. By using a change management scheme, we got the results from the problem basic learning (PBL) that we carried out, there are several implications for the Ashabul Kahfi Padang Kindergarten, the challenge of human resource (teacher) readiness as the main pillar of implementing the independent curriculum. The existence of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum is a locomotive and driving force for the success of various independent learning programs such as differentiated learning, implementing projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles and learning assessments as well as empowering technology as a learning support tool. Therefore, strengthening the existence of teachers through development programs according to needs needs to be carried out continuously and consistently, especially if you look at the results of teacher professional development programs so far that have not had a significant impact on improving quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri, perilaku asertif dengan persepsi terhadap catcalling pada perempuan dewasa awal di Surabaya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 277 perempuan dewasa awal usia 18-25 tahun yang tinggal di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan harga diri, perilaku asertif dengan persepsi terhadap catcalling sebesar rxy= 0,750 dengan sig. 0,000 dimana p < 0,05. Artinya secara simultan (bersama-sama) harga diri dan perilaku asertif memiliki pengaruh terhadap persepsi terhadap catcalling. Secara parsial variabel harga diri dengan persepsi terhadap catcalling diperoleh skor t = -16.435 dengan sig. 0,000 yang dimana p < 0,05. Artinya terdapat hubungan negatif antara harga diri dengan persepsi terhadap catcalling. Secara parsial variabel perilaku asertif dengan persepsi terhadap catcalling diperoleh skor t = -0,365 dengan sig. 0,715 yang dimana p > 0,05.

Abstract

The problem is the low level of student activity and learning outcomes. Problems are caused by one-way learning, students do not understand the material, monotonous, boring learning, lack of cooperation, passivity during discussions, lack of active student involvement in the learning process. The aim of this research is to describe teacher activities in implementing science learning, describe student activities when participating in science learning, and analyze student learning outcomes in science learning. Efforts made to overcome the above problems are by applying a combination of the PBL, SAVI, and Snowball Throwing models. The subjects of this research were 22 grade 4 students. The research results showed that teacher activity reached the "Very Good" criterion, student activity also increased to reach the "Very Active" criterion, and student learning outcomes increased to 80% classical completion. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in student activity and learning outcomes using a combination of PBL, SAVI and Snowball Throwing models.

Abstract

Perilaku sopan santun merupakan bagian dari budi pekerti yang dapat membentuk sikap terhadap manusia, Tuhan, diri sendiri, keluarga, masyarakat, bangsa dan alam sekitar, dengan kata lain sopan santun merupakan sebuah sikap atau perilaku yang menghargai orang lain dan bersikap budi pekerti. Sopan santun merupakan nilai dasar karakter dalam diri setiap orang. Dalam peelitian ini pembahasan akan ditujukan kepada cara meningkatkan perilaku sopan santun oleh para peserta didik dengan menggunakan metode layanan kelasikan dan media vidio youtube. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan ini memfokuskan kepada proses hingga keberhasilan pada metode dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku sopan santun sebagaimana yang ada pada saat pada penelitiam ini berlangsung. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pemberian layanan klasikal dan dengan media youtube efektif dalam memberikan oemahaman dan peningkatan perilaku sopan santun pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The problem in the study of low activity and learning outcomes in the fourth grade students of SDN Ambakijang Regency Balangan IPS load. The reason (1) students pay less attention during learning, (2) students are afraid of expressing opinions, (3) less attractive learning, (4) students become bored. One effort to resolve the problem with the PBL model, Mind Mapping and Talking. This study aims to determine whether the PBL model, Mind Mapping and Talking Stick can increase the activities and learning outcomes of students of IPS loads in class IV students at SDN Ambakiang Balangan Regency. This research is a PTK consisting of 4 meetings. The subject in this study was all fourth grade students of SDN Ambrikiang. This PTK uses data collection methods, namely written tests, observation sheets, documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study show that with the PBL model, Mind Mapping and Talking Sticks can increase class IV's activities and learning outcomes at SDN Ambakiang Balangan Regency. This was seen at the 4th meeting indicating that teacher activities obtained a 100% score of a very good category. Student activity obtained a score of 90% of the very active categories, and learning outcomes obtained a 100% score. Based on the findings it can be concluded that PBL, Mind Mapping and Talking Stick can increase student learning and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Delinquency in early adolescent students often occurs, this is a transition from childhood to adulthood.This research contains how the role of a counselor as a problem solver in overcoming delinquency in students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology with the aim of knowing what approaches and techniques or treatments the counselor has applied in overcoming delinquency in Nurul Burhan Junior High School students. This research uses pupossive sampling technique, namely sampling by determining certain objectives and criteria. in this study there were four teachers and 3 students. This research shows that the approach applied is a humanistic and behavioristic approach, the treatment given by the counselor is using the punishment method, individual counseling, and classical guidance.

Abstract

The problems that exist in this study are the low activity, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. This is because the teaching and learning process still applies teacher centered learning, and students have difficulty understanding the material on the socio-cultural diversity of society in Indonesia on Civics subjects. The solution to solving this problem is to use the ENGGRANG learning model which is a combination of the Problem Based Learning, Numbered Head Together, and Talking Stick models. The purpose of this research is to increase educator activity, student activity, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. This study applied Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in 4 meetings. The perpetrators of this study were fifth grade students at SDN Barambai Kolam Kiri 5, Barambai District, Barito Kuala Regency, with a total of 22 students consisting of 16 male students and 6 female students, in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 academic year. This research was conducted by applying a qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collected is qualitative data obtained through observing the activities of educators, participant activities and critical thinking skills then using quantitative data for student learning outcomes obtained through individual and group evaluations. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's activity at meeting 1 obtained a score of 17, increasing at each meeting until it reached a score of 23 with the "Very Good" criterion at meeting 4. Student activity at meeting 1 obtained a percentage of 29% with the criterion "Active enough", this result increases in each meeting until it reaches 88% with the criteria of "Very Active" at meeting 4. As for critical thinking skills at meeting 1 obtains a percentage of 27% with the criteria of "Quite Skilled", this result increases at each meeting until it reaches 90% with the criteria of "Very Active" at meeting 4. For classical completeness student learning outcomes at meeting 1 obtained a percentage of 74%, and meeting 4 obtained a percentage of 100% with the "Complete" criterion

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji manajemen kurikulum dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Dengan tujuan untuk melihat manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran melalui peningkatan mutu dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Usaha untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan harus didukung oleh semua pihak, termasuk para pengelola lembaga pendidikan di tingkat pusat, wilayah sampai pada tingkat sekolah termasuk di kelas. Pelaksanaan desentralisasi pendidikan di era otonomi daerah, masing-masing daerah seyogianya memiliki rancangan kurikulum peningkatan mutu tersendiri yang merupakan penjabaran atau implementasi dari kurikulum pendidikan yang ditetapkan oleh pusat. Hal demikian sangat sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum, dimana baik pemerintah daerah maupun pada level bawah sekalipun (sekolah) diberikan kebebasan untuk menjabarkan program-program peningkatan mutu sehingga dikemudian hari di masing-masing daerah saling berkompetisi demi kemajuan pendidikan di daerah masing-masing
