Abstract

Abstract: Character education is a system of inculcating the character of knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to implement those values. Character education is believed to be an important aspect in the improvement of human resources (HR), as it contributes to the development of a community. The character of a qualified society needs to be established and nurtured from an early age, because early age is a "golden" but critical for the formation of one's character. Implementation of character education is felt very urgent implemented in order to nurture the younger generation of the nation. National education aims to develop the Almighty, have a noble character, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible. In relation to character education, the Indonesian nation is in great need of human resources (human resources) large and qualified to support the implementation of development programs properly. Quality education, which can support the achievement of the nation's ideals in having quality resources. Strongly characterized HR is characterized by different mental capacities with others such as trustworthiness, sincerity, honesty, courage, firmness, firmness, strength in principle, and other unique qualities inherent in itself. The character of a nation will be closely linked to the achievements of the nation itself in various life. Character formation is developed through the stage of knowledge (knowing), implementation (acting), and habits (habit).

Abstract

Biology learning by playing, especially using cocoon finger puppet role-playing, is fundamental for students. The article is aimed to know how brain-based learning role-playing by using finger puppet cocoon can increase the student’s enthusiasm and learning outcomes in biology. The research occupied two-cycle lesson study. The datawere collected by using observation sheet and video recording of the learning activities in the classroom. The result showed that brain-based learning role-playing by using cocoon finger puppet enhanced the students' enthusiasm, excitement and learning outcomes. Key words: brain-based learning, cocoon, finger puppet, role-playing.

Abstract

This community service in the form of Microsoft Office 365 training aims to introduce digital media in the learning process in elementary schools. They learned using page links and various media in elementary schools, including sound, images, and videos. Thus learning activities become more meaningful, and learning resources become multi-content. Participants in this service consist of elementary school teachers in Klaten. Various methods are used to implement this Microsoft Office 365 training. The methods are demonstration, mentoring, and discussion. Four materials are given in the Microsoft Office 365 training: Form, OneNote, ClassNote, and Sway. The results of this service activity show success in mastering the four materials by the trainees. This can be seen from the high enthusiasm in every stage of the training implementation.

Abstract

This ex post facto quantitative study aims to determine whether delivering prizes affects the learning motivation of class II students at SDN 3 Karanganom, North Klaten. This study's variables are reward provision (independent variable) and student learning motivation (dependent variable). This study included 18 students. In this study, questionnaires and documentation were used to collect data. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. According to the study findings, there is an effect of reinforcing the learning motivation North Klaten, which is demonstrated. by the computation findings of t count > t table of 12.349 > 2.228 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. The theory is accepted, and providing rewards can influence learning motivation by 97.4%. Keywords: Rewards, Learning Motivation, SDN 3 Karanganom

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of students who are not disciplined in learning in the classroom due to low motivation to learn, students are lazy to do the assignments given by the teacher, students do not pay attention to the teacher during the learning process, and students play during the learning process. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of motivation on the learning discipline of grade II students at SD 1 Towangsan Gantiwarno, Klaten Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, and documentation. This study took all members of the second grade population of SDN 1 Towangsan which amounted to 13 students. The analysis technique uses a simple linearity test and determination test. The results of the study using descriptive analysis showed that learning motivation was in the high category with a frequency of 9 respondents (69), medium category with a frequency of 3 respondents (23%), while in the low category with a frequency of 1 respondent (8%). Sedangkan kedisiplinan belajar pada kategori tinggi dengan frekuensi sebanyak 4 responden (40)%, kategori sedang dengan frekuensi sedang sebnyak 3 responden (30%), sedangkan dalam kategori rendah dengan frekuensi sebanyak 3 responden (30%).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of school facilities on student learning motivation SDN 1 Beluk. This study discusses the effect of school facility to students` learning ability and motivation. Student creativity can be obtained in the learning process through various interactions and learning experiences and is based on the individual`s innate potential an environmental influences. The method in this research is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was class 5 of SDN 1 Beluk, totaling 99 students, however, due to limited funds, time and energy, in this study a sample of 20 students was used which was determined using the Proportional Random Sampling formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire regarding school facilities and student learning motivation. Research data analysis uses simple linear regression. The research results obtained have an impact on student learning facilities 43.0% school facilities are the most important factor due to the large.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi akibat minimnya motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya semangat ke sekolah, bosan, dan kurang tertarik saat mengikuti kegiatan belajar di kelas. Peristiwa ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya ketersediaan fasilitas prasarana pendukung belajar, seperti kondisi gedung sekolah yang kurang baik, kondisi ruang kelas, dan keberfungsian perpustakaan yang belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menyadari dampak ketersediaan fasilitas prasarana pendukung belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SDN 2 Sukorejo Wedi Klaten. Pendekatan penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian yakni siswa kelas IV, V dan VI sebanyak 43 siswa. Pemilihan sampel dilangsungkan dengan teknik stratified random sampling & banyak sampel menjadi 30 siswa. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan memanfaatkan kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebanyak 0,000 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05. Koefisien determinasi dari hasil penelitian ini sebanyak 0,463 yang artinya ketersediaan fasilitas prasarana pendukung belajar di SDN 2 Sukorejo Wedi Klaten memberikan sumbangan positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 46,3%, lebihnya didorong karena faktor lain yang tak termasuk pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how to apply the problem based learning model in IPAS learning in grade IV and the constraints during learning. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were homeroom teachers in grade 4 and grade 4 students with a total of 11 students, of which there were 6 boys and 5 girls in MI Ma'arif Drono for the 2023/2024 school year. The results of this study can be concluded, IPAS learning has certain characteristics and has an impact on educators and students in implementing IPAS learning because students are given understanding by analyzing problems regarding events that occur around humans, the environment and social conditions. This research is expected to provide the latest innovations regarding the problem based learning model which is a guideline in carrying out learning steps from preliminary activities to final activities in IPAS learning.

Abstract

The role of the curriculum is to implement curriculum programs that have been developed in the previous stage, then tested with implementation and management, as it is carried out adjustment to the field situation and characteristics of students, including their intellectual, emotional and physical development. The results of this research are the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, Learning Planning, Learning Implementation, and School and Teacher Efforts in Implementing the Independent Curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Barenglor. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in this method. (Sugiyono, 2020) stated that "qualitative methods are artistic methods because the process is less patterned and is classified as a method because the data is in conjunction with data collected in the field".

Abstract

Untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran efektif guru(calon guru) harus memahami apa itu pembelajaran efektif, belajar adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan individu untuk memperoleh suatu perubahan. Hal yang menjadi pelajaran terpenting bagi guru adalah bahwa siswa merupakan seseorang yang aktif, guru yang membangun guru yang harus menyediakan lingkungan belajar dan meyakini bahwa eksplorasi lingkungan dan interaksi yang terjadi dapat membentuk dan berkembangPenelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukaan melalui sesuatu observasi, dengan disertai pencatatan-pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau prilaku objek sasaran . Penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan dan mengolah data yang bersifat deskriptif, seperti transkripsi wawancara, catatan lapangan, gambar, foto, rekaman video dan lain sebagainya dan bersifat nyata sesuai dengan objek sasaran (Poerwandari, 1998,29). Bangunan sekolah yang kami observasi yaitu SD Negeri 1 JurangJero digunakan oleh unit SD mulai dari kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas 6. Berdiri diatas bangunan milik pemerintah pusat. Bangunan terlihat kokoh, warna dinding didominasi dengan warna cokelat muda. Ruangan Kepala SD Negeri 1 JurangJero memiliki fasilitas yang sangat memadai. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran SD Negeri 1 JurangJero sudah menggunakan Kurikulum merdeka. Berdasarkan bahasan diatas,kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari laporan ini adalah kita harus mengetahui empat aspek yang di atas.keempat aspek diatas yaitu, profil dan kondisi fisik sekolah dasar,hal-hal apa saja yang harus guru dipersiapkan sebelum melakukan proses pembelajaran,serta Bagaimana upayanya Guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS,dan juga adanya kendala apa saja yang dihadapi siswa saat kegiatan pembelajaran.
