Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation plan and the results of learning evaluation using the flipped classroom method. This research is a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study are using data reduction technique analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The population in this study was class VIII MTs Asy-Syakur Nglingi. The results of this study show that the evaluation results of the flipped classroom learning model obtained that of the five questions presented in the research results, namely 48,2% of students strongly agreed (SS) 38,2% of students agreed (S) and 13,6% of students doubted -doubt (R), so that the evaluation results show that the learning model with the flipped classroom method on integrated social studies subjects runs smoothly without any obstacles or obstacles.

Abstract

The problem in this study is caused by social media addiction which can affect student learning interest at MTs Miftahul Ulum Banyuanyar Lor, Probolinggo District. This study aims to describe the efforts of Civics teachers to increase learning interest in students who are addicted to social media. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research subjects included PPKn teachers and class VIII students. From the results of the study it was found that the efforts of Civics teachers to increase learning interest in students who are addicted to social media, namely by building students' interest in learning, can make the class atmosphere fun and not boring in conveying learning material so that it is efficient. Of the various solutions that have been implemented, there are several solutions that have not yet been implemented. This is due to the difficulties in accessing social media which are still being implemented and are trying to provide the best facilities. The conclusion from this study is that PPKn teachers must be able to provide learning motivation at the beginning and at the end of learning, provide interesting learning media, namely the only way to take advantage of the convenience of accessing social media and also that the school will work with parents of students to control students in playing media social at home.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled “Management of Human Resources to Improve the Quality of Education at SMP It An-Nuriyah Sekayu”. This research aims to determine the management of human resources to improve the quality of education at SMP IT An-Nuriyah Sekayu and to know how to plan, organize, implementation and supervision of human resources at SMPIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach using qualitative research. In this study, the research informants were the principal, deputy head of curriculum, and the data collection teacher used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis were data reduction, data presentation, data verification and conclusion. Data validity test This study uses data source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that human resource management to improve the quality of education at SMPI AN-Nuriyah Sekayu is carried out. implementation and supervision. Human resource planning that is designed regarding the recruitment process, Organizing human resources by setting tasks, to provide task directions to teaching and educational staff their work assignments in accordance with their respective decrees, Implementation of school principals' HR provides direct work motivation during working hours and outside working hours so that educators and education staff can work well, and direct HR supervision. In this study, the authors concluded that human resource management for improving the quality of education at SMPIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu was quite good. With the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising of human resources by the principal and waka of the curriculum, human resource management to improve the quality of education runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the quarter life crisis and the application of the cognitive behavior therapy or CBT approach in dealing with the quarter life crisis that occurred in client 'A'. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study research design. This research is in the form of qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of this research is client 'A' and as a resource person is 'P' the younger brother of client 'A' who is also a student at UIN Raden Fatah. Data analysis techniques used are pattern matching, explanation and time series analysis. The results of the study regarding the description of the quarter life crisis experienced by client 'A' before the cognitive behavior therapy approach was applied, namely indecision in making decisions, worrying about interpersonal relationships, feeling anxious, feeling worried about the future, feeling depressed, negative self-assessment, feeling trapped in a situation difficult and feeling hopeless. In its application, counseling is carried out through four stages, namely in the first stage building relationships with clients and determining goals and what are their expectations, the second stage is identifying problems and clarifying counseling goals, the third stage is facilitating counseling changes by applying the cognitive behavior therapy approach, the fourth stage is evaluating and termination, namely the joint conclusion of the counseling results, strengthening the client's generalization and ending the counseling process. Strengthening generalizations in which the researcher asks client 'A' to express his thoughts and how he views the problems he faces so as to create more advanced patterns of thought and behavior.

Abstract

Individual counseling is a counseling service provided by a counselor to a client with individual meetings, meaning that the meeting is carried out face to face by two people called the counselor and the client, to help the client solve their problems and aims to enable the client to actualize himself and the client in the future. can solve the problems that exist in him. In conducting individual counseling, researchers use self-management techniques, which is a process where clients direct changes in their own behavior, using one strategy or a combination of strategies. So, in the counseling process, even though the counselor encourages and trains this procedure, it is the counselor who has full control. The use of self-management techniques can help counselors to easily research clients and also the shortcomings of this technique. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach with a case study research method. A qualitative approach is a way to explore and understand social problems being faced by individuals or groups of people. The process is more important than the results, analysis in qualitative research tends to be carried out inductively and meaning is essential. Based on the research results, the self-control that client "A" had before carrying out the counseling process was still at a high level where there were several aspects that made the client not confident, unable to choose the right decision, not assessing an event with a positive view, unable to digest information about unpleasant circumstances, and determine actions based on his beliefs. Implementation of individual counseling using self-management techniques to increase client "A"'s self-control through three stages, namely by building a good relationship between the researcher and the subject, defining and exploring alternative assistance, then the middle stage, namely exploring the problem and inviting counseling in accordance with the mutual agreement between the researchers and subject or in accordance with the contract, finally evaluating and terminating the counseling process. The counseling process was carried out through six meetings to achieve a perfect counseling process

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low motivation, activity and student learning outcomes in social studies learning. This study aims to analyze motivation, activity, and improvement of student learning outcomes. This research was carried out using a qualitative and quantitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was held in 4 meetings in the VA class of SDN Manarap Lama 1 in the academic year 2022/2023 with a total of 27 students. The research instrument used observation sheets of teacher activity, observation of student activity, student learning motivation questionnaires and student learning outcomes. Then analyzed with descriptive techniques and described in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that teacher activity increased and reached a percentage of 96.87% with the criteria "Very Good", student motivation increased 96.30% with the criteria "Almost All Students Are Motivated", student activity increased 96.30% with the criteria "Almost All Active Students", and student learning outcomes increased by 90.12% of "Complete" students. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the BATIK model can significantly increase student motivation, activity and learning outcomes. It is recommended to use this model as material for consideration and alternatives in selecting learning models to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Application of Individual Counseling Using Extinction Techniques to Overcome Egocentricity in Adolescents in Mother's Orphanage". The aim of this research is to find out the egocentric picture before individual counseling with the extinction technique is carried out for teenagers at the Bunda Orphanage, to find out the individual counseling process to overcome egocentrism in teenagers at the Bunda Orphanage, and to find out the egocentric picture after individual counseling with the extinction technique for teenagers. at Mother's Orphanage. This research is research that uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive research methods, interview, observation and documentation data collection tools. The subjects in this research were three teenagers and one head of the mother's orphanage. The data analysis techniques used were: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this research show that egocentrism in adolescents can be seen from the aspects of imaginary audiences, personal fables, and self-focus. The application of individual counseling with the extinction technique to overcome egocentricity in adolescents at Bunda Orphanage is the initial stage, middle stage/activity stage, and final stage, and the stage of extinction is eliminating unwanted behavior, thus enabling the counselee to adjust his/her personal behavior. better in the future, and try new things that can overcome egocentrism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of discipline in client "K" at Bunda Banyuasin Orphanage and the application of self management techniques to improve the discipline of client "K" at Bunda Banyuasin Orphanage. This research uses a qualitative field research approach and case study method. Data collection tools in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are pattern matchmaking, explanation, and time series analysis. The subjects of this research are client "K", client's friend "K" and Nursing Home Management. The description of client discipline "K" can be seen from 4 aspects, namely: the aspect of client rules "K" is a person who is less obedient in the rules that exist in the Orphanage. In the aspect of punishment client "K" often violates the rules and often gets a reprimand from the orphanage administrator. In the aspect of client appreciation "K" often also gets awards or praise from orphanage administrators. In the aspect of consistency client "K" can change and be consistent in improving discipline. The application of self management techniques on client "K" goes according to the steps of self management techniques. The results of the application of self management techniques on client "K" the first is the aspect of client "K" rules have begun to obey the rules in the orphanage. In the second aspect, namely client punishment "K" has not made mistakes and has begun to obey the orphanage administrators. The third aspect of appreciation is client "K" has started to do positive things so that he often gets awards. The fourth aspect is the consistency of client "K" has begun to change and consistently wants to be disciplined again in the future.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Individual Guidance in Reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi Method at TPQ/TKQ Al-Huda District. Sukarame Palembang.” This type of research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a survey of the object being studied. This type of qualitative data aims to explain how individual guidance is applied in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method at TPQ Al-Huda, and how effective the application of individual guidance is in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method at TPQ Al-Huda. This research was motivated by the author's observations and interviews with students who had difficulty learning to read the Koran. And this is made worse by the ustadz who teach not using good methods in teaching reading the Koran to students. So there are some students who cannot complete learning to read the Koran and are left behind by other students. As a result, these students feel inferior to their friends and show poor learning behavior. Of course, this is not in accordance with TPQ Al-Huda's vision, namely preparing the Qur'anic generation, in order to face a glorious future. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research at one of the TPQ/TKQ located in Sukarami District, Palembang City, specifically at TPQ/TKQ Al-Huda which is located at Jalan Cempaka II No. 3122 Rt. 021 Rw. 004 Sukodadi Village, Sukarami District, Palembang. The results of this research are that the application of individual guidance in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method at TPQ/TKQ Al-Huda on average has quite satisfactory and good results. The percentage of students' learning behavior is 64% good, 36% sufficient, and 0% poor. Then for the written test on the science of recitation, the average minimum score for students reaches 80 and the same goes for the oral test score on reading the Al-Qur'an with an average score of at least 80 with a percentage of 100% complete. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of implementing individual guidance in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method has had a positive impact and influence and succeeded in achieving the desired goal, namely in the form of completeness in students' learning which has reached 100%.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the many benefits of moral messages contained in the fir family film. This study aims to determine the benefits of moral messages from fir family films in social life using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method. This encourages researchers to find out how moral messages and benefits are in the scope of social life. The result of this study is the togetherness between families who support each other, do not leave each other under any circumstances and still maintain family harmony and integrity. Simplicity is also an important point in living life, living with gratitude for the blessings given by the almighty. Third, friendship is the most important part of friendship, so we will create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Last is never give up, with never give up we can achieve what we want and we can survive in any condition. The approach used in this study is qualitative research, using observational and documentation research methods. This study also examines the denotative meaning and connotative meaning, that is, with dialogue / sound shown in the film then associated with moral messages that are useful in social life.
