Abstract

The writing of this article is motivated by the behavior and interest of students during learning which is still low and tends to be reluctant to pay attention to the material given by the teacher. Therefore, the researcher raised the title of the snowball trowing method. The snowball trowing method is a snowball throwing method. The purpose of this observation is to understand and describe the effectiveness of the snowball throwing method in PAI lessons in grade VI SDN Kluwut 02. The method carried out in this observation is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The target of this field observation activity is Class VI students of SDN Kluwut 02 with a form of descriptive qualitative research, where research decisions are displayed in a descriptive narrative format. This observation community is all grade VI students of SDN Kluwut 02. The method of data collection is carried out using studies, interviews, and documentation. The combined data is raised. The results of this observation state that learning by applying the snowball trowing method can foster the behavior and learning desire of elementary school students. The use of the snowball trowing method makes learning more interesting and feels different before and after using the media. The atmosphere of the learning process makes it more comfortable and makes students more involved during the lesson. Thus learning activities are carried out in a quality manner and learning effectiveness is intertwined and achieved.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling is a relationship carried out in order to provide assistance to individuals (clients) face to face (face to face) in the form of direction and advice to someone to solve a problem or achieve a certain goal which is carried out intentionally and continuously. In this case, counselors play an important role in helping clients solve the problems they are facing. This guidance and counseling maintains the confidentiality of discussions discussed during counseling. In the world of education, there are still many students who still need help in terms of problems they face at school, such as frequent withdrawals, not doing assignments and so on, while things outside of school include arguments that occur between children and their parents or children and their social environment. Therefore, teachers play a very important role in helping students change bad habits that they often do, not only that, teachers can collaborate in solving this problem. Humans in their daily lives will never be free from unpleasant and pleasant feelings. In a student's success, there must be someone who provides motivation to that person, whether it's study motivation or work motivation. With this motivation or encouragement, it can help students to move them to do something more optimally with a sense of self-confidence and a full sense of responsibility. Motivation is the energy to generate inner drive (aurosal drive). If a need is not satisfied, an individual's drive and activity arises to respond to the stimulus (incentive) for the desired goal. Achieving goals will make individuals feel satisfied. Meanwhile, work motivation is a condition that influences generating, directing and maintaining behavior related to the work environment (Anwar; 1993: 47). So the author can conclude that work motivation is an impulse that moves a person to work as best as possible so that the work is carried out and produces the best results. Based on the author's observations during Field Experience Practice (PPL) at Guguk State Vocational School 1, specifically for students who will carry out practical work, namely field work practice. Here, guidance and counseling teachers play a very active role in helping students to be successful in carrying out field work practices, one of which is by providing work motivation to these students. The purpose of providing this work motivation is to provide encouragement to students so that students are smarter in preparing themselves before carrying out practical field work later, such as reminding students to be more active in terms of vocational practice, better able to look after themselves, better able to improve their skills and so on. etc. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the efforts of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Providing Work Motivation for the Success of Students' Field Work Practices (Prakerin) at SMK Negeri 1 Guguk." This research design is descriptive and qualitative. Sources of information from informants, places, events and documents. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is something that is considered commonplace among young people today. Juvenile delinquent behavior is caused by 2 factors, namely factors from the teenager himself (internal) and from outside (external). The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization. Research designs on juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization can be carried out using qualitative or quantitative methods. Based on the research results obtained on factors regarding the impact of globalization on juvenile delinquency, namely the bad influence of globalization on teenagers, technological developments, the challenges of globalization, the increasingly declining moral values of teenagers. Among these factors, the factors that most influence juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization are the influence of a bad environment and the influence of peers. This can be caused by the majority of them receiving bad behavior from their parents. Therefore, every parent is expected to provide a gentle and humorous attitude towards their teenage children and continue to control their teenage children's activities so that they are kept away from juvenile delinquency. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the function of school accreditation in increasing school productivity. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted at is Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu. The subject of this research is the Principal/Vice Principal,. The data collection technique of this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that school/madrasah test scores in the last 3 (three) years can be extracted from the average test scores, the Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu has increased in the last three years as seen from the average test scores. This is due to the existence of tutoring apart from school, the school affiliates with several well-known tutors. Coupled with the free online tutoring. This is also supported by facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the school facilitating students with a kind of tablet to be able to access or look for things about lessons that have not been completed when studying in class. In addition, extracurricular activities at school also support students for their academic achievements. The existence of clubs such as science club, English club and many more. Then, judging from the public perception of the Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu, this school is very good, because this Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu has a fairly good Islamic base because of the holding of youth mosques. The academic achievements of the Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu it self have had many championships. One of them is in the district level madrasa science.

Abstract

Character education is the main focus in forming a generation that has strong moral and ethical values. In the context of secondary education, the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers has important significance in shaping the character of junior high school students. This research aims to describe the role of guidance and counseling teachers in supporting the character formation of junior high school students. The guidance and counseling teacher not only functions as an academic advisor, but also as a facilitator in developing student character. They play a role in providing guidance and counseling that helps students identify desired values, understand the consequences of their behavior, and develop necessary social and emotional skills. Through a holistic approach, guidance and counseling teachers can design counseling programs that suit students' needs, provide support when facing conflicts or challenges, and facilitate extracurricular activities that strengthen character values. Apart from that, guidance and counseling teachers also collaborate with parents and other subject teachers to create a learning environment that supports character formation. In this research, we used observation, interviews and documentation analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role of guidance and counseling teachers in forming character. junior high school students. The research results show that guidance and counseling teachers have a positive impact in shaping students' character through counseling interventions, counseling and self-development activities. It is hoped that this research can contribute to further understanding of the important role of guidance and counseling teachers in character education at the secondary level. The practical implications of this research can be used as a basis for increasing the role of guidance and counseling teachers in supporting the character formation of junior high school students, so that they can become individuals with integrity, responsibility, and able to contribute positively to society.

Abstract

Humanistic education teaches how learners, as humans, can critically understand the learning process based on the philosophical framework of their life's purpose as humans, as emphasized by Paulo Freire. This research aims to explore the concept of humanistic education according to Paulo Freire and how Paulo Freire's humanistic education fits into the perspective of Islamic education. Utilizing a library research methodology, this study requires a substantial amount of documents such as books, articles, journals, and other relevant materials. The data sources comprise primary data (fundamental data) and secondary data (supporting data). The method of analysis employed in this research is qualitative analysis. The findings reveal that Paulo Freire's humanistic education shares similarities with the concept of Islamic education, specifically in viewing education as a vessel to unleash the potential of learners toward liberation. Both humanistic education and Islamic education emphasize humanization and liberation as the focus of education, treating learners and educators as subjects in the teaching-learning process. However, the distinction lies in the broader scope of Islamic education due to its ability to integrate religious and general knowledge.

Abstract

Not only does it provide knowledge, but religious education should also provide a change that can shape an attitude, a personality, and a skill. In education, of course, one must carry out an evaluation to be a parameter of validity of something that has been planned and also that has already been arranged, especially evaluation in the affective sphere, because back again with the statement that religious education should not only be able to provide a religious science but also can influence attitudes, By using qualitative research methods and then presenting the research results in a descriptive way, the results of our observations and interviews show that each subject has a learning plan that contains all the learning strings from beginning to end and also the learning evaluation of the subject. Evaluation of affective learning areas in Islamic Cultural History subjects using honest self-assessment and also peer judgment using a lift and pupils filling each other's lift of my peer. From this evaluation, the teacher of the subject can evaluate the attitude of the student other than by observing the student's attitude when learning is taking place in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze education financing models in schools with a focus on efforts towards educational sustainability and inclusiveness. The method used in this research is a literature review, where literature related to education financing, sustainability and educational inclusivity will be analyzed in depth. This research seeks further understanding of innovative and effective financing models to ensure the sustainability of the education system, as well as to increase the inclusiveness of educational access. In carrying out the literature review method, this research will explore various theories and concepts related to education financing, involving various approaches that have been adopted by schools in various contexts. An in-depth analysis will also be carried out on efforts to achieve educational sustainability, including financial, social and environmental aspects that can influence educational sustainability. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights for education policy makers, schools and other related parties to develop more sustainable and inclusive financing models. Thus, this research can make a positive contribution to improving the education system to be better and fairer.

Abstract

This research is entitled a case study about a student who bullied a friend in his class at school. Counselees who often bully their classmates feel that this is not a good thing to do. Generally, the problem in this research is how to help clients change their behavior and make clients aware that their actions are not correct. The approach used in this research is qualitative using descriptive methods and the form of research is a case study. In this research, individual counseling was carried out to help solve the client's problems by changing the client's thinking pattern from an irrational one to a rational one using the behavioral counseling approach model.
