Abstract

Abstrack This research was conducted at MTsN 11 Agam, specifically in Koto Kaciak, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra using a qualitative approach. Power collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews. The aim of this research is to improve student discipline through tadarusan efforts before starting learning, especially class 11 MTsN 11 Agam. The results of the research are: (1) students' discipline is considered very good, it is indicated that students show polite attitudes towards parents, teachers, colleagues and other people, both those of the same religion and those of different religions. (2) the benefits of Al-Quran tadarus activities before starting learning so that students have good religious abilities and insight and increase discipline in studying religion, (3) things that become obstacles in Al-Quran tadarus activities include minimal student interest, lack of enthusiastic, other factors, parents, environment, educators, and (4) Teacher solutions in overcoming obstacles to Al-Quran tadarus activities including increasing support from school management, increasing communication and cooperation from parents, completing facilities.

Abstract

An educational program will be said to be successful if it goes through a teaching and learning process which is influenced by many factors, one of which is adequate educational facilities and infrastructure accompanied by maximum utilization and management. Educational facilities and infrastructure are an important factor in creating an environment that supports effective learning. This research aims to analyze the role of facilities and infrastructure management in improving children's learning achievement. This research uses quantitative research methods in the form of frequency distribution.

The calm and pleasant atmosphere of the school environment is suitable for implementing enjoyable and useful outdoor activities. Abstract

This research investigates the use of interactive content as a technology-based learning media tool to increase student learning motivation. In the context of rapid development of information and communication technology, education requires innovation in learning methods. Interactive content is recognized as an effective tool that can enrich students' learning experiences through clear and interactive visual representations. The aim of the research is to analyze literature related to student learning motivation, explore the benefits and challenges associated with it, and communicate the contribution of this research in the development of innovative learning practices. a research approach that uses data in the form of numbers to measure, analyze and interpret phenomena. It is used in a variety of scientific disciplines to identify relationships between variables, collect data with methods such as surveys or experiments, and produce findings that can be generalized to a larger population. Nonetheless, it is important for educators and researchers to pay attention to quality animation design as well as the role of educators in facilitates the effective use of animation. This research contributes to the development of innovative learning practices and further explores the use of animation as an effective learning medium in increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

National education management in Indonesia as a whole still tends to be centralized so that the development of democratization and decentralization of education is not encouraging. Education management problems basically involve efficiency in the use of existing resources. National education management is a strategy that needs to be reorganized to overcome the negative effects of globalization. This management revitalization will also direct globalization in a positive direction for the development of national civilization. So far, the centralized management system of education has proven not to bring significant progress to improving the quality of education in general. In fact, in certain cases, centralized management has hampered the creativity of educational units at various types and levels.

Abstract

It started with the Covid-19 virus which invaded the entire world and limited all our activities, one of which was in the field of education, which required the education system to adapt to the current situation. The solution is online learning. This research aims to describe the management of the application of digital technology to online learning, the use of applications that can support online learning systems, funding issues in learning practices, procurement of equipment to carry out online learning, students' abilities in implementing online learning and subjects that are suitable for learning methods. online. The research was conducted using a descriptive and comparative quantitative approach, with a sample of 150 people (census sample). The research was conducted on students in grades 8 and 9 of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah.

Abstract

Schools serve as educational institutions equipped with necessary resources to fulfill their roles in enhancing the quality of school management. Competitions are organized in each school to nurture and produce high-caliber students. The school's excellence significantly impacts the quality of its students. This study employs library research, a method involving the collection of data or scholarly writings specifically focused on the research subject or bibliographic data. It entails a meticulous and in-depth analysis of pertinent library materials. Furthermore, the researcher employed quantitative techniques to gather pertinent information. Quantitative research aims to test hypotheses by collecting measurable data using statistics, mathematics, and computer science. The research endeavors to explore how the management of educational administration in schools enhances the effectiveness of learning, especially in early childhood education levels (PAUD/TK/RA).

Abstract

Interactive learning media is a solution that can increase students' interest and motivation in learning mathematics, especially in the discussion of matrices that are often considered difficult by students. The "Mate-Matrix" game was designed with the aim of providing an interesting and interactive learning experience, as well as helping students understand the concept of matrices through a more fun approach. The development method used in the research is the Borg and Gall method. In the development stage, the game was made using Adobe Animate CC software by utilizing the interactive features provided. The implementation process was carried out by testing the game to a number of SMA N 1 Pecangaan students to get feedback that would be used in the evaluation stage. The feasibility test of the Mate-Matrix application was carried out by material experts and media experts. The material expert gave an average score of 91, indicating that the material presented was "very feasible". Media experts gave an average score of 88.5, which is also included in the "very feasible" category. The trial was conducted in small groups (5 students) and large groups (57 students), with each group getting an average score of 80.6 and 88.8. These results show that the Mate-Matrix application falls into the "feasible and "very feasible" category. Based on the results of the feasibility test and trial, it can be concluded that the Mate-matrix learning application can be used as a learning media that is suitable for use in the learning process. Abstract

Learning planning is made referring to the National Curriculum. The National Curriculum consists of the regular curriculum, individual curriculum and Modified curriculum. The regular curriculum includes RPPs used by PAI teachers: RPP.1 (Full Regular Inclusion Class) RPP 2 (Regular Inclusion Class with Clusters), RPP 3 Individual RPP. Four modification targets: Modification of objectives, modification of evaluation, modification of process, modification of content or material, and Classification Class RPP. The learning process and implementation of evaluations are adjusted to which class is used. Impact on schools: Inclusive schools are institutions that effectively overcome discrimination. Creating friendly communication. Building a community of inclusion to achieve educational goals. Impact on the Community:: Helping the community to get the nearest school service facilities. Community concern for the education of children with special needs. Inclusive students are just as capable as other children. Inclusive students are more accepting of themselves. Abstract

This research discusses family resilience towards student mental health, focusing on the role of the family in maintaining the psychological well-being of adolescents. The family is one of the closest areas, there are many cases regarding mental health, so this research aims to examine and observe the role of the family in the mental health of their children. The method used is correlational or the method used to determine whether or not there is a relationship between two variables. In this research, data was collected using a Google form, a questionnaire distributed to students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and voting with participants who were teenagers who were growing up aged around 18 up to 24 years. The participants certainly have different backgrounds ranging from culture, education, family, economics and religion. The results of the research show that the role of the family is very important for the mental health of family members, especially children. From this research we know what role parents should play in maintaining their child's mental health.
