Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This type of research is associative explanatory. The study was conducted in Pangkep Regency. The population is the entire State Civil Apparatus and Freelance Daily in the Pangkep Regency fisheries service. Penitian samples obtained by census technique that is taking a population of 45 employees. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables, namely the effect of work motivation (X1) of 4.15, attitude (X2) of 4.42, Organizational behavior (X3) of 3.92, while the Bound variable is the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (Y) . Simultaneously there is a significant and positive influence between the influence of work motivation, attitude, and organizational behavior of the Fisheries Service Office of Pangkep Regency 48.9% while the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research. Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaf dengan metode survei. Jenis penelitian bersifat eksplanatif asosiasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Pangkep. Populasi adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Tenaga Harian Lepas yang ada di Dinas perikanan Kabupten Pangkep. Sampel penitian diperoleh dengan teknik sensus yaitu mengambil populasi yang berjumlah 45 Orang pegawai. Data analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analaisis regresi untuk mengetahui deskripsi dan pengaruh antar variabel . Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel bebas, yaitu Pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) sebesar 4,15,sikap(X2) sebesar 4,42,perilaku Organisasi(X3) sebesar 3,92,sedangkan varibel Terikat yaitu Kinerja Aparatur SipilNegara.(Y). secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara Pengaruh Motivasi kerja, Sikap, dan Perilaku Organisasi ASN Dinas Perikanan kabupaten Pangkep 48,9 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,1 % dipengaruhi oleh Faktor lain yang tidak menjadi objek penelitian.

Abstract

A work environment that is comfortable, clean, conducive and representative, and motivation is important to be examined in order to improve employee performance, because motivation is one of the drivers of the success of the institution's vision, mission and goals. This study aims to measure and analyze the work environment and employee performance through motivation. This research method is quantitative. This research was conducted at STIE Amkop Makassar as many as 38 people. Data analysis technique in this research is path analysis. The results of the study found that all of the variables have a positive and significant effect, meaning that when the work environment is good, and accompanied by motivation it creates high performance. Abstrak Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, bersih, kondusif dan reprensentatif, serta motivasi penting untuk diteliti dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, karena motivasi merupakan salah satu penggerak berhasilnya visi,misi dan tujuan institusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada STIE Amkop Makassar sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa semua hubungan variabel-variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, artinya ketika lingkungan kerja baik, dan diiringi dengan motivasi dengan sendirinya tercipta kinerja yang tinggi.

Abstract

The company provides feedback (feed back) on work performance achieved by employees, so employees feel valued by the company. However, in practice, it is often found that employees with good performance but do not get feedback (feed back) from the company, so employees who perform well work assume that, he will not get better, even if he achieved work performance. This is related to the company's operations, which can experience a decrease in quality, due to employees who are employed no longer trying to work optimally. This problem arises because of errors in employee performance appraisal practices, such as discrimination against employees or subjectivity in the assessment process of employee performance appraisal. The ability to develop and act creatively and think about solving problems even though each employee has different levels of ability. The organization only prepares a set of rules, operational units of work, work methods along with the organizational structure. But an employee must be creative and have the skills and skills needed by the company to achieve work performance to achieve work performance in order to get an award from the company in the form of a promotion. Abstrak Perusahaan memberikan umpan balik (feed back) atas prestasi kerja yang dicapai oleh karyawan, sehingga karyawan merasa dihargai oleh perusahaan. Namun, dalam prakteknya, seringkali ditemukan karyawan berprestasi kerja baik tetapi tidak memperoleh umpan balik (feed back) dari perusahaan, sehingga karyawan yang berprestasi kerja baik berasumsi bahwa, ia tidak akan menjadi lebih baik, sekalipun ia mencapai prestasi kerja. Hal ini berkaitan dengan operasional perusahaan, yang dapat mengalami penurunan kualitas, disebabkan karyawan yang dipekerjakan tidak lagi berusaha untuk bekerja optimal permasalahan ini timbul karena adanya kesalahan dalam praktek penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan, seperti diskriminasi terhadap karyawan ataupun subjektivitas penilaian dalam proses penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan. Kemampuan untuk berkembang dan bertindak secara kreatif serta berpikir untuk memecahkan masalah walaupun setiap karyawan berbeda tingkat kemampuannya. Organisasi hanya menyiapkan perangkat aturan, satuan operasional kerja, metode kerja beserta perangkat struktur organisasi. Namun seorang karyawan harus kreatif dan memiliki kecakapan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk meraih prestasi kerja untuk mencapai prestasi kerja guna mendapatkan penghargaan dari perusahaan berupa promosi jabatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Ace Hardware Industry from 2014-2016, there are many measuring tools that can be used in measuring financial performance that can describe well the company's financial condition, including financial ratios. Data used secondary data. Methods for collecting documentation data and case studies. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method. The results of the analysis are generally based on financial ratios, namely liquidity position in good condition. The solvency ratio can be seen that the debt to total asset ratio has decreased. This is due to the company not being able to manage existing finances. The activity ratio shows the level of ratio is not good, because seen from the total assets turnover and inventory turnover at this company has not been said to be effective because the ratio of the average rate has decreased from the previous year. Furthermore, for profitability ratios, companies experience fluctuations, where profits owned by companies are uncertain from year to year. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT Ace Hardware Indonesia tbk dari tahun 2014-2016, terdapat banyak alat ukur yang dapat digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja keuangan yang dapat menggambarkan dengan baik kondisi keuangan perusahaan antara lain dengan rasio keuangan. Data yang digunakan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan studi kasus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil analisis secara umum berdasarkan rasio keuangan yaitu posisi likuiditas dalam keadaan baik. Rasio solvabilitas dapat dilihat bahwa debt to total aset ratio mengalami penurunan. Hal ini disebabkan perusahaan belum mampu dalam mengelola keuangan yang ada. Rasio aktivitas menunjukkan tingkat rasio kurang baik, karena dilihat dari total assets turnover dan inventory turnover pada perusahaan ini belum dikatakan efektif karena tingkat rasionya yang rata-rata mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya. Selanjutnya untuk rasio profitabilitas, perusahaan mengalami fluktuatif, dimana keuntungan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tidak menentu dari tahun ke tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development partially and simultaneously on employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency. Pangkep Regency. The research was conducted at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. The research time was November to December 2019 by taking 43 employees as the research sample. The results of this study prove that partially it is proven that leadership style and organizational communication have an effect on work performance, while human resource development is proven to have no effect on work performance. This study also proves that simultaneously leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development affect work performance in the regional research and development agency of Pangkep Regency.This research produces a determination coefficient value of 98.8% which indicates that this research model can explain student decisions. influenced by 77.2% of this research variable and 22.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the analysis of the three independent / independent variables (leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development), it is found that leadership style (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the work performance of the employees of the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable on employee performance at PT Mandiri Utama Finance employees. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at PT Mandiri Utama Finance. The time of the study began in July 2020. The study population was all employees of PT Mandiri Utama Finance, amounting 180 peoples. The sample selection in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method, namely sampling with certain criteria. Where the criteria for respondents specified in this study are respondents who are currently working at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance with the status of a permanent employee. Because this study focuses on leadership, so the sample in this study selects employees who have junior. So that the sample in this study amounted to 68 people. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There was an effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, 2) There was an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) There was an effect of transformational leadership on work motivation, 4) There was an effect of job satisfaction on work motivation, 5) There was an influence work motivation on employee performance, 6) There was an effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through work motivation, and 7) There was an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through work motivation. The importance of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and work motivation because it can affect the performance level of an employee.

The Effect of Work Environment and Leadership on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency) (supervised by Muhammad Idris and Sylfia Sjarlis) The research aims to analyze: 1) the direct influence of the work environment and leadership on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency, 2) the direct influence of the work environment and leadership on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency, and 3) the indirect influence of the work environment and leadership on employee work productivity through job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency. This research design using survey research. This research will be carried out at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency from October to November 2019. The population in the study was all employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency totaling 103 people who were provided as samples. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect directly on the work environment and leadership on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency, 2) there was a positive and significant effect directly on the work environment and leadership on employee work productivity at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency. , and 3) there is a positive and indirect effect of the work environment and leadership on employee work productivity through job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Pangkep Regency. Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of HR competence consisting of knowledge, skills and attitudes partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, and the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Research and Development Agency Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. This research approach uses survey research. The research was carried out at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. The time of the study was conducted from September 2019 to November 2019. The population used in this study were all employees at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, amounting to 40 people. The results showed that HR competencies consisting of knowledge, skills and attitues partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Islands Districts, as well as the most dominant knowledge variable influenced the employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency Pangkajene and Islands.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence, work environment, and work motivation toward the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter in Selayar Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter of Selayar Islands. This study approach used a quantitative study that was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter in Selayar Regency in July 2020. The study population was all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter of Selayar Islands by 421 people. The sample selection in this study was implemented using the simple random sampling method, namely taking the sample members from the population at random without paying attention to the strata in the population. The total sample was 81 employees. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of competence toward the employee performance of the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter of the Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a positive and significant of work environment toward the employee performance of the Civil Service Police Unit and Firefighter of the Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation partially toward the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter (4) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation simultaneously toward the employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Firefighter in Selayar Islands (5) work motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of the Civil Service Police and Firefighter of the Selayar Islands Regency.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual ability, supervision and working conditions partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit of Pangkep Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction at the Civil Service Police Unit of Pangkep Regency. The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit of Pangkep Regency. The research time was October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Pangkep District Civil Service Police Unit, as many as 40 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 47 people. The data analysis used was (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on individual ability, supervision and working conditions partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of the employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Pangkep Regency, as well as the individual ability variables that had the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Civil Service Police Unit of Pangkep Regency.
