Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work experience, competence and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Maritengngae Subdistrict Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Subdistrict Office. Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) partially work experience, competence, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Maritengngae District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) simultaneously work experience, competence and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance. employees of Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This means that the better the work experience, competence and work motivation possessed by the employee, the better the employee's performance will be (3) the competency variable has the most dominant and significant influence on employee performance in the Maritengngae sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, discipline and providing additional employee income partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency, which opened 114 civil servants. Sampling of this study was carried out using the slovin technique with a significant standard of 10%. So that it can be seen that the sample used in this study were employees of the Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 53 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 26,164 and Ftable with a value of 2.79. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that competence, discipline and the provision of additional employee income simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. From this description, it is known that competence, discipline and the provision of additional employee income partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. Furthermore, the competence variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.467.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of 1) transformational leadership, competence and work motivation partially on employee performance 2) transformational leadership, competence and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance 3) which variables among transformational leadership, competence and work motivation have the most influence dominant on employee performance at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach conducted at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency. The time of the study was carried out from March to April 2022. The research population was all employees at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency, amounting to 54 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as a sample of 54 people. The analysis technique used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that 1) transformational leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, 2) competence had no significant effect on employee performance 3) work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance 4) transformational leadership, competence and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. 5) work motivation which has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Barru District Office, Barru Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of price, promotion and people on the consumer credit marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar based on a quantitative approach with associative descriptive method. This research was conducted at PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar Main Branch Office with an allocation of two months from March to April 2022. The population of this study were all 51 (fifty-one) employees of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Main Branch Office and all population is used as the object of research. The results of the study indicate that: 1) There is a direct positive and significant effect between price on the marketing performance of consumer credit at PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar. 2) There is no direct positive and significant effect between promotion on the consumer credit marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar. 3) There is a direct positive and significant influence between people on the consumptive marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar. 4) There is a direct positive and significant influence between price, promotion and people on the consumptive marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social assistance program, the family program hope (PKH), for non-cash food assistance (BPNT) and cash social assistance (BST) to reduce poverty levels. The number of samples used is 40 villages with quantitative research methods. Data was collection through secondary data. Data analysis techniques used path multiple linears regression. The results show that (1) programs for families of hope (PKH) have a positive and significant effect on reducing poverty levels with a significance value of 1.858 (2) the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) has no positive and significant effect on reducing poverty levels with a coeffient value of -0,244 (3) cash social assistance (BST) has no positive and significant effect on reducing poverty levels with a coefisient value of -0,139 (4). Program for family hope (PKH) for non-cash food assistance (BPNT) and cash social assistance (BST) have a fositive and sdignificant effect on 45,6 %.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of work culture, work environment and leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service Office. This research is a quantitative research with survey method with correlational analysis technique to determine the effect of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Partially indicate that the work culture variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the work culture, the higher the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 2) Partially shows that the work environment variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work environment, the better the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 3) Partially shows that the leadership variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the applied leadership will further improve the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Work Culture, Work Environment and Leadership affect the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus, which means that the increase in Work Culture, Work Environment and Leadership will affect the increase in the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Environmental Service of Sidrap Regency by 88.9%.

Basri Rakhman. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of the work environment, leadership style, and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Sidrap Regency (2) the effect of the work environment, leadership style, and motivation on employee performance at the National Unity Agency Office and Politics of Sidrap Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects employee performance at the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Sidrap Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method with correlational analysis techniques to determine the effect of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The Influence of Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia Sjarlis. This study aims to determine and analyze leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic. Research design is defined as a strategy to carry out research. If classified by type, then this research is classified as a level of explanation or explanation level research. The population used in this study were all employees at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic, amount to 200 employees. The determination of the sample in this study uses Arikunto's opinion in Saban, Echdar (2017) that if the number of subjects is large (greater than 100), it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-55%, or more depending on the number of: the ability of the researcher in terms of time, energy and funds. Based on this opinion, the sample of this study was determined at 25% x 200 population = 50 employees. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that calculated value is 15.541 and the F-table 2.80. So it shows that F-count > F-table with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that simultaneously leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic. From the description of the T-test, it is known that the T-value of the variable leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Barombong Shipping Polytechnic employees. Furthermore, the leadership style variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.440. Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, commitment and leadership style partially and simultaneously on employee work discipline and to analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 114 civil servants. Sampling of this study was carried out using the slovin technique with a significant standard of 5%. Thus, it can be seen that the sample used in this study were employees of Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency totaling 89 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 36.711 and Ftable is 2.71. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that motivation, commitment and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on the work discipline of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. From the description of the t test, it is known that motivation, commitment and leadership style partially each have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. Furthermore, the motivation variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.512.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on job satisfaction, the effect ofwork discipline on job satisfaction, the influence of work culture on the performance of ASN, Theeffect of work discipline on the performance of ASN. the effect of job satisfaction on theperformance of ASN. the effect of job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the influence ofwork culture. the effect of job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the effect of workdiscipline on ASN performance.The population in this study were all offices of the Regional Secretariat of PolewaliMandar Regency, amounting to 131 people with the consideration that the data and informationneeded were easier to obtain and accurate and very relevant to the subject matter that became theobject of this research. Sampling of this study was carried out using the solvin technique with asignificant standard of 10%. the sample used in this study was ASN at the Regional Secretariat ofPolewali Mandar Regency, totaling 57 ASN. The data collection technique was carried outthrough a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using ascore according to a Likert scale.
