Abstract

In the context of rapid digital transformation, human capital has become a central pillar of organizational resilience and global competitiveness. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 61 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2024 to examine contemporary strategies in talent retention and upskilling within digitally evolving workplaces. The findings reveal five dominant themes: talent retention strategies, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, digital HRM systems, employee engagement, and global workforce agility. These themes highlight the growing convergence between strategic HR practices and technological advancement. Organizations that integrate personalized learning pathways, data-driven decision-making, and inclusive talent development frameworks demonstrate greater adaptability and innovation. However, the review also uncovers regional disparities, implementation gaps, and the need for culturally responsive leadership. This study contributes to the theoretical enrichment of digital-era HRM and provides practical insights for policymakers and organizational leaders aiming to future-proof their workforce through aligned and agile human capital strategies.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a global redefinition of work, catalyzing a historic wave of voluntary resignations known as The Great Resignation and intensifying the competition for skilled labor—often referred to as the War for Talent. This study presents a systematic literature review of 38 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024 to investigate the multidimensional drivers of employee turnover and evaluate organizational responses in the post-pandemic context. The findings reveal four key thematic areas: psychological and value-driven resignation behavior, evolving work models and employee expectations, strategic talent retention efforts, and sectoral or regional variations in turnover patterns. The analysis also identifies a shift toward human-centered, data-informed HRM strategies and the growing influence of AI and digital infrastructure in workforce management. Furthermore, the study discusses emerging theoretical frameworks, such as Adaptive HRM and Human-Centered Design, offering fresh perspectives on employee engagement and retention. The review concludes that employee turnover in the post-pandemic era reflects enduring structural transformations rather than temporary labor market anomalies, necessitating holistic, empathetic, and context-sensitive strategies by both organizations and policymakers.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of neuromarketing stimuli on consumer decision-making through the mediating roles of emotional engagement and cognitive response, with brand perception as a key outcome variable. Employing a quantitative approach and utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS, data were collected from 250 consumers in the electronics sector. The results reveal that neuromarketing stimuli significantly affect cognitive responses, which in turn strongly influence brand perception and consumer purchase decisions. While emotional engagement is also stimulated, its effect on brand perception and purchasing behavior is not statistically significant. The findings underscore the central role of cognitive mechanisms in transforming neuromarketing inputs into favorable consumer actions, particularly in high-involvement product contexts. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on consumer neuroscience and offers practical implications for marketers aiming to enhance brand strategy effectiveness through psychologically grounded approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Affiliate Marketing on Trust and Repurchase Intention on Tokopedia marketplace users in Pontianak City. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire to 200 respondents who are Tokopedia users. The independent variable in this study is Affiliate Marketing, the mediator variable is Trust, and the dependent variable is Repurchase Intention. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique through SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that Affiliate Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Trust, Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, but Affiliate Marketing does not have a direct effect on Repurchase Intention. However, it was found that Trust significantly mediates the effect of Affiliate Marketing on Repurchase Intention. This finding shows the importance of consumer trust in strengthening the effectiveness of affiliate marketing strategies to encourage repeat purchases. This study provides implications for e-commerce players in designing marketing strategies that focus on increasing customer trust through an affiliate approach.
