Abstract

In the context of accelerating digital transformation, organizations increasingly rely on HR analytics and Big Data to enhance talent management and workforce planning. This study explores how analytics-driven approaches reshape traditional human resource functions by enabling predictive modeling, evidence-based decision-making, and strategic alignment of human capital. Employing a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with twenty HR professionals and senior managers from digitally mature organizations. Thematic analysis revealed six key insights: the strategic integration of HR analytics in talent processes, the application of Big Data in proactive workforce planning, the rise of predictive modeling for performance and retention, challenges in organizational readiness and ethical governance, the influence of data culture on adoption, and the global implications for managing diverse, distributed workforces. Findings highlight that organizations with strong leadership commitment, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of data literacy are better positioned to unlock the strategic value of HR analytics. Conversely, firms facing technological, ethical, and cultural barriers risk underutilizing these capabilities. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of how HR analytics and Big Data facilitate agile, data-driven HR strategies, and offers practical recommendations for advancing workforce intelligence in the digital economy.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review examining the role of digital banking in advancing financial inclusion among underserved communities. Drawing upon 81 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2024, the research explores how mobile banking, fintech platforms, and agent-based banking models contribute to overcoming traditional barriers to financial access. The review identifies critical enablers such as digital infrastructure, regulatory innovation, financial literacy, and inclusive technology design. It also uncovers persistent challenges including the digital gender divide, lack of digital trust, and socio-economic disparities. Cross-regional analysis reveals that countries with integrated strategies—combining digital financial services with education, policy coherence, and user-focused design—achieve more equitable outcomes. The study concludes that while digital banking offers substantial promise, its success in promoting financial inclusion requires a supportive ecosystem and inclusive implementation tailored to local contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial and environmental performance on stock prices among manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015–2024. Using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM), the results show that Return on Assets (ROA), Net Profit, and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions have significant positive effects on stock prices, while Return on Equity (ROE) does not have a significant impact. These findings highlight those financial fundamentals remain the primary determinants of stock price movements, while environmental performance is beginning to serve as an indirect indicator of firm size and strength. The study suggests that investors in emerging markets continue to prioritize profitability and operational efficiency, although sustainability considerations are gradually gaining relevance. Future research is recommended to incorporate firm size controls and ESG quality measures to deepen the understanding of sustainability’s role in market valuation.

Abstract

This paper explores the strategic role of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) in enhancing organizational resilience within the broader paradigm of Sustainable HRM. Drawing from theoretical frameworks such as the Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capabilities, and Stakeholder Theory, the study develops a model linking five Green HRM practices—green recruitment, green training, green performance management, green rewards, and green employee involvement—to five distinct resilience capabilities: adaptive capacity, human capital agility, organizational robustness, innovation readiness, and collective resilience. The framework posits that these HRM practices, when embedded strategically and supported by sustainability-oriented leadership and learning cultures, contribute not only to environmental outcomes but also to the organization’s ability to withstand and adapt to environmental, regulatory, and operational disruptions. Practical examples from companies such as Patagonia, Unilever, and Infosys are used to illustrate real-world applications of the framework. The study concludes that Green HRM is a critical yet underutilized enabler of long-term organizational resilience and offers actionable recommendations for aligning HRM systems with sustainability goals. This work contributes to both the theoretical development and practical advancement of Sustainable HRM as a driver of strategic adaptability in the face of ecological complexity.

Abstract

Abstract

Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) have become increasingly influential in the global financial system, serving not only as state investment vehicles but also as instruments of macroeconomic stabilization. This study explores how asset diversification strategies employed by leading SWFs—such as Norway’s GPFG, Singapore’s GIC and Temasek, the UAE’s ADIA, and Qatar’s QIA—contribute to global economic resilience. Utilizing a qualitative approach and thematic analysis, the research synthesizes insights from policy documents, academic literature, and institutional reports to assess the strategic rationale, governance structures, and risk management practices underpinning SWF operations. The findings reveal that robust asset diversification, especially when aligned with long-term mandates, transparency, and ESG integration, enhances a fund's capacity to act as a counter-cyclical buffer during economic crises. However, geopolitical influences, governance opacity, and illiquid asset exposures pose significant challenges. This study contributes to the growing discourse on sovereign investment by affirming the critical role of SWFs in promoting global economic stability, and offers policy recommendations for optimizing their structure and strategy in both developed and emerging economies.
