Abstract

Lato-lato is a game with two heavy objects made of plastic. In its development, playing on average has various impacts on the development of elementary school children’s behavior. The purpose of this research is to review whether playing lato-lato affects social impact among SD/MI children, as well as to find out what are the impacts of the set game on the development of children’s behavior. This research uses a meta analysis design. In this study, data collection was obtained from articles in online journals. In addition to using the meta analysis design, the authors also used descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. This approach emerges from a theoretical framework. Main ideas and understanding of the author based on his experience. Then developed into problems and solutions to problems proposed to obtain the truth or assessment in the form of empirical data support in the field. The result obtained from this study indicate that children who are addicted to playing lato-lato then to show changes in behavior, especially in changes in social attitudes that are more emotional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the viral game in the form of Lato-lato and its impact on elementary age children. The descriptive-qualitative research method was used in this study which aims to provide an overview and present information about something according to the conditions at that time. Data collection in this study was through interviews and observations around the Matauli Pandan housing complex. The results showed that children who play lato-lato tend to be more active in interacting and socializing, considering that this game is more fun when played together. In addition, with increasing social interaction, children also reduce the intensity of children's use and dependence on gadgets. Therefore, if it is still under good supervision from parents, this game will help children to improve their motoric and cognitive abilities, as well as their social skills.

Abstract

Students' skills in communicating teaching materials are still in the low category, so they need active learning strategies, one of which is time tokens. The purpose of this research is to find out the results of applying the time token learning strategy to elementary school-age children. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are (1) children can improve their speaking skills more easily with the help of the time token strategy; and (2) children can express their opinions well, and listen to and respect the opinions of their peers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning strategies in improving the learning abilities of elementary age students. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods that aim to describe, explain and answer questions about phenomena and events that are happening at this time. Based on the research results from the implementation of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Strategy in improving the learning abilities of MI/SD students that: (1) Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning strategy applied for children of elementary school age it is quite good because it fulfills several indicators, including: (1) students can understand and complete guessing pictures easily, (2) students can present the results of guessing pictures in their own language, (3) students able to work well together.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the two stay two stray learning strategy in elementary age children. This research uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results of this study are that the two stay two stray learning strategy is very effective to be applied to elementary age children. Because in implementing this strategy, students are actively involved in the learning process. The children also feel happy when this strategy is implemented in the classroom. That way, as a teacher must be wise in sorting and choosing the appropriate strategy to be applied in teaching and learning activities. So it is hoped that students can more easily understand the material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to find out an overview of the implementation of student management at Anuban Sangkhom Islam Witaya School, Sadao Songkhla Thailand. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out using structured interviews. The results of the research show that Anuban Sangkhom Islam Witaya School has met standards in student management, namely student planning is carried out by considering the number of students and the ratio between teachers and children, the presence and absence of students is recorded in the attendance book, student evaluation is carried out through several ways, namely observation and interviews. Implementation of the activities used are several methods, namely the "Assistance Method". Where a process of providing assistance is provided by companions to participants in identifying needs and solving problems as well as encouraging the growth of initiative in the decision-making process so that independence can be realized. "Interview Method" data collection through interviews carried out direct question and answer with the data source, in this case Mr. Taleb Kayem as Principal of Sadao School, Songkla, Thailand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the concept and application of Islamic education and Islamic business management in Southeast Asia, the research area is Islamic education and Islamic business management in Indonesia and Thailand. This study uses an academic approach with a historical perspective. Using this process and conceptualizing and implementing Islamic education and Islamic business management in Southeast Asia (in Indonesia and Thailand), much of the existing and developed theory has to be clarified. The results of the study show that there are similarities in the concept and implementation of Islamic education and Islamic business management in Indonesia and Thailand which are geographically close to each other so that they can experience the same historical moment that encompasses them to the stage of civilization. World time Another thing that is similar is that the two countries are in the ongoing development of the Islamic economy, even today the development of the Islamic economy in Thailand is very rapid, especially at Kindegarden Phatnawitya School.

Abstract

Principal leadership is a major factor for the success of administrative, management and academic systems in schools. This is because the leadership of the school principal has a strong influence on communication between school managers, to the form of decision making. Of course, principals and teachers must co-exist in achieving learning goals. This study aims to examine the influence of principal leadership and teacher commitment on student learning achievement at Ayer Tena Secondary School, Ethiopia. This study used a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires, questionnaires, and document studies. Furthermore, the research data will be processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this research conclude that the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher commitment on student learning achievement can be said to be good, as seen from the managerial rules implemented by the school starting from managing the commitment of teachers and students, to managing all school activities and detailed learning activities supported by very adequate learning facilities. It should take time to catch up in terms of learning loss. However, the school community, including the principal, teachers and students, have a strong commitment to catching up with what has happened.

Abstract

This research aims to describe monitoring and evaluation of improving teacher performance in LC Laesansi (Mindanao-Philippines). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive study methods. Based on the research results, it was found that: First, management planning to improve teacher performance, namely, program personnel discuss determining the program and steps that must be taken by involving teachers in various education and training, activating teacher forums in the field of study, providing the necessary facilities and carrying out supervision pushing / directing. The efforts made by the school principal turned out to be effective. Second, monitoring and evaluation of teacher performance improvement management has been carried out by the school principal and an appointed team with the aim of finding out any deficiencies in implementation so that improvements can be made to plans that will be prepared and implemented next. Abstract

This research aims to describe the congklak game in developing cognitive and motor skills in young children. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. From the research results, the aim of the congklak game is that teachers can develop cognitive and motor skills in children. Thus, the game of congklak not only includes traditional games but also games that can develop cognitive and motor skills in children. If the teacher wants to develop children's cognitive and motor skills, the teacher can use congklak games as a method in developing children's cognitive and motor skills.
