Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive influence of nurses' knowledge, attitude and skills on patient satisfaction who receive wound care at the Wocare clinic. The sampling technique in this study was convenience sampling. The large number of samples used was 132 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach by utlilizing SmartPls program. The results showed that knowledge, attitude, and skills have a positive effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important assets that must be owned by an organization and must be considered in management, because they are the ones who work to make goals, innovate and achieve organizational goals. Good human resources will also reflect good performance. Understanding the importance of human resources today is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources themselves. The sample in this study were employees at Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan of North Sulawesi Province.  This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a questionnaire to obtain data from 125 respondents. Data were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of amos 24 software. The results showed that leadership style, work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on work motivation, work environment had a significant effect on work motivation, work environment had a significant effect on work motivation. employee performance, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The high turnover rate is an important issue in the tourism and accommodation sector in which the most significant factor is human resources. This study aims to analyse the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment on employee intention to leave. This study used a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 174 hotel employees in North Sulawesi Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then analysed using a structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee intention to leave, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee intention to leave, and commitment organizational has a negative and significant effect on employee intention to leave.

Abstract

His study aims: (1) To test and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. (2) To test and analyze the effect of fixed asset turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. (3) To test and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover and fixed assets turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The population in this study is the entire financial report data of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk and its components registered in the Stiem Bongaya Investment Gallery, for eight years from 2010 to 2019. The sample of this research is monthly financial reports from 2010 - 2019. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. He researches results obtained (1) Accounts receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability (return on assets). (2) Fixed Asset Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability (return on assets). (3) Accounts Receivable Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability (return on assets).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence factors of turnover intention of the employees of PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Services in Amurang, South Minahasa Regency. This research is used quantitative research with survey or questionnaire methods which is intended to provide an overview. Survey method is taken sample from population and uses a questionnaire a means of collecting the main data. There are three types of variables used, independent variables, mediating variables and dependent variables. Workload, work experience and compensation as independent variables, organizational commitment as the mediating variable and turnover intention as the dependent variable. The research involved ninety-one respondents and data processing was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that workload has positive and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, work experience has negative but insignificant effect on turnover intention, work experience positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation negative but not significant effect. significant on turnover intention, compensation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment negative but not significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of leadership on banking performance, (2) the effect of TQM practices on banking performance, (3) the influence of leadership and TQM on the performance of Islamic banking in Makassar City. This research is quantitative. The population of this research is all permanent employees in Islamic banks as many as 265 employees with a sample of 60 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique was simple random sampling, while the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at the 5% significance level indicate that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.234, sig 0.044. 2) TQM has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.455, a sig value 0.000. 3) Leadership and TQM simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks in Makassar City where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.264 or 26.40%.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of information, social psychological distance, a sense of power & trust on consumer purchase intentions on TikTok social commerce. TikTok social media company is a relatively new company among other social media companies, to create a good social trading environment, TikTok's steps are quite good in implementing various social trading features in it, one of which is the inclusion of links in the bio of social media profiles. However, the company is also expected to pay attention to the platform from several variables, namely information quality, social psychological distance, sense of power, trust and purchase intention. This study uses individual primary data methods using questionnaires as a medium to obtain data from respondents. In this study, researchers took respondents who were Indonesian citizens. The total respondents in this study were probably 1055 respondents. This research uses data processing with Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PL-SEM) and is processed using SmartPLS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the response of TikTok social media users, so that users will make purchase intentions mediated by trust.

Abstract

Rewards are one of the factors that affect various human resource activities at every company. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of salary, incentives, and bonuses based on job satisfaction of Grab Car driver branch PT. Solusi Transportasi Indonesia at Manado City. The value purpose for this research was doing a survey to Grab Car drivers at Manado City as a sample within 100 respondents. The Regression Analysis is the method that was used for this research and the result found as partial that salaries, incentives, and bonuses have an impact on job satisfaction. The multiple regression research also found that salaries, incentives, and bonuses have a big impact on job satisfaction. The elements of reward such as salaries, incentives, and bonuses have become the very crucial parts of job satisfaction. Therefore, the company management should give serious attention to implementing it, to avoid decreasing the impact that Grab Car driver for job satisfaction to decreased incentives and bonuses.

Abstract

H.A.R.V Official is one of the MSME fashion products in the city of Manado. H.A.R.V produces various kinds of headwear, t-shirts, jackets/hoodies, bags, pants to socks. The consistency of issuing new products or articles every month and also being frequently involved in community events has made H.A.R.V widely known among the millennials of Manado city. Just like fashion businesses in general, H.A.R.V wants its product sales to continue to increase, but in fact, there is fluctuation in the sales of H.A.R.V Official products. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research method with a total sample of 100 respondents obtained using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results showed that brand awareness has an effect on consumer loyalty; product quality affects consumer loyalty; brand awareness and product quality together have an impact on consumer satisfaction; Brand awareness and product quality affect customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the interviewing variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the employee performance of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. It is hoped that this research can help find solutions to improve employee performance and service to customers of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. The data analysis method used is path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research object is the employees of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City with a sample size of 60 employees from a population of 150 employees. The results showed that professionalism did not have a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment, job satisfaction had an effect on employee performance. PDAM Tirta Kencana must strive to improve the quality of employees through education and training and continue to develop and construct raw water treatment facilities into clean water so that the distribution of clean water distribution from the PDAM to the community can be handled.
