Abstract

The culinary business is a business that is widely carried out by some people because it is easier and faster to be recognized, and to instill a good impression on consumers faster. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The analysis method used is the multiple regression analysis method. The population in this study were consumers of Sate Tegar Restaurant. The sample of this study was 200 consumers. This study in sampling using probability sampling. The sampling technique used was Slovin. The results of this study are word of mouth affects customer satisfaction, product quality does not affect customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction affects purchasing decisions, word of mouth affects purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, word of mouth on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect, product quality on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction don’t have a significant effect.Keywords: Word of Mouth, Price, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract The goal of this study was to look into the impact of price decreases, bonus packages, and retail displays on impulse buying. The independent factors in this study are price reduction (X1), bonus packages (X2), and in-store displays (X3), whereas the dependent variable is impulse purchase decisions (Y). The study's population included all clients who shopped at Ane Thrift Store Semarang. The study's sample size was 100 respondents, determined by purposive sampling. The research strategy was quantitative, with data collected via questionnaires. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. According to the findings of this study, price reduction has a favorable and significant impact on impulse purchases. Bonus packages have a meaningful but not statistically significant impact on impulse purchases. Store displays have a beneficial and positive influence on impulse purchases. This study's findings can help create marketing and consumer behavior theories about the role of price decreases, incentive packages, and in-store displays. It is envisaged that business actors could identify the best strategy for increasing impulse purchases. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak potongan harga, paket bonus, dan pajangan toko terhadap pembelian impulsif. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah potongan harga (X1), bonus kemasan (X2), dan pajangan toko (X3), dan variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian impulsif (Y). Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari semua pelanggan yang berbelanja di Ane Thrift Store Semarang. Ukuran sampel penelitian adalah 100 responden, dan purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah responden. Pendekatan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, potongan harga memiliki efek yang meyakinkan terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif. Paket bonus mempunyai dampak nyata tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik pada keputusan pembelian impulsif. Pajangan toko memiliki dampak yang bagus dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif. Implikasi penelitian yakni mengembangkan teori pemasaran dan perilaku konsumen yang terkait dengan peran diskon harga, paket bonus, dan tampilan di dalam toko. Digharapkan pelaku usaha mampu menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pembelian impulsive.

Abstract

Based on risearch. Found by researcersh, the company’s lack of teamwork has seen its target decrease. The target set by the company is 80.32% and there are other problems, apart from teamwork, there are also work skills and work attitudes, if they get worse it also affecs employee productivity. Therefore, how important teamwork, work skills and work attitudes are employee productivity at PT. Colombo Kudus. This research is included in the type of Quantitative research. Quantitative research uses quantitative data. quantitative data shows the amount or quantity of sometings. The sampling technique for determining a sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The sampling technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and all employees in the population had the opportunity to file out the questionaires. Questionaires will be distributed at PT. Colombo Kudus production section. In this research, the population. For data analysis tecniques use SPSS. The test result show that te significant value of the teamwork variable on work productivity is 0.493>0.05 and the Tcount value is 0.687<1.975 Ttable. So it cant be that the concluded that the teamwork variable has no effet on work productivity. And it is known that the significant value of the work skills variable on work productivity 0.672>0.05 and the T value is 0.0424<1,975 Ttable. So it can be concluded that the work skils variable has no effect on work productivity. Menwhile, it is known that the significant variable work attitude towards work productivity is 0.000<0.05 and the T value is 4.117>1.975 Ttable. So it can be concluded that the work attitude variable on work productivity has positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of consumptive behavior, lifestyle, and income on financial management behavior among female workers in the city of Semarang. The research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of female workers in Semarang. Data were collected from 115 respondents using a questionnaire. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The research findings revealed that: (1) Consumptive behavior does not affect the financial management behavior of female workers in Semarang; (2) Lifestyle influences the financial management behavior of female workers in Semarang; (3) Income influences the financial management behavior of female workers in Semarang. The conclusion of this study is that consumptive behavior, lifestyle, and income collectively account for 45% of the variance in financial management behavior, while the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors not included in this linear regression model.

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak yang berkontribusi pada pembiayaan negara. Pemeriksaan pajak bertujuan memastikan kebenaran dan keakuratan pelaporan pajak, sementara penagihan pajak berfungsi untuk memulihkan tunggakan pajak. Di sisi lain, sanksi perpajakan diberlakukan untuk memberikan efek jera kepada wajib pajak yang melanggar aturan, sedangkan kondisi keuangan memengaruhi kemampuan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada wajib pajak terdaftar pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penagihan pajak dan kondisi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak, sementara itu pemeriksaan pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 7,715 students of PGRI Semarang University class of 2021-2022 with a sample size of 380 people. The data collection techniques used were distributing questionnaires via Google Form and by distributing them directly in the PGRI Semarang University campus environment. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). By using probability sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy; (2) entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy; (3) family environment has no effect on self-efficacy; (4) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest; (5) entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest; (6) family environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest; (7) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest; (8) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy; (9) entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy; (10) family environment has no effect on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City. The data used in this study consists of primary data obtained from questionnaires using a probability sampling technique. The population in this study consists of 106 employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City. The responses from the questionnaires were then subjected to validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis method employed in this study uses multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement, and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reputasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan masuk yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa FEB Angkatan 2023 Universitas PGRI Semarang). Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 194 mahasiswa yang merupakan hasil perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenis Non- Probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: variabel reputasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, variabel kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, variabel reputasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan masuk, variabel kualitas layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan masuk, dan variabel kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan masuk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-development, training and rewards on motivation which has an impact on employee performance in Tayu, Pati District. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was run on Smart PLS. Data was collected by observations and questionnaire which was distributed to 84 people. The results show that self-development does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-development does not have a positive and significant effect on motivation, self-development through motivation has no direct, significant effect on performance, training on performance has no significant effect, training on motivation has no positive effect, training has no positive effect on motivation on performance, awards for performance have no positive effect, rewards for motivation have a positive and significant effect, rewards for motivation have an indirect positive effect, motivation has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), dukungan sosial, dan fasilitas kerja, yang dimediasi oleh kesejahteraan karyawan, terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sanfood Prima Makmur. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena bahwa model kerja fleksibel dan dukungan sosial memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap produktivitas, tetapi masih terdapat penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan hasil yang beragam (research gap). metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kepada karyawan bagian produksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan model struktural Partial Least Square (PLS). Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pengaturan kerja fleksibel, dukungan sosial, fasilitas kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan faktor mediasi kesejahteraan dalam hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), dukungan sosial, dan fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kesejahteraan karyawan terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi PT Sanfood Prima Makmur dalam merumuskan kebijakan kerja yang lebih fleksibel, meningkatkan fasilitas kerja, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja.
