Abstract

The Ministry of Social Affairs as a supervisor, both functional and technical, always encourages youth groups to always remain productive and work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various forms of activities have been programmed and carried out by the Rw 23 Youth Organization Organization. In order to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the Rw 23 Youth Organization activists held various social actions in the rw 23 area of ​​Pasar Kemis sub-district, such as the movement to clean the environment and manufacture covid task force. In addition, the youth organizations of RW 23 also carry out activities to educate residents regarding clean and healthy lifestyles as well as distribute basic necessities within the neighborhood of RW 23 residents and many other activities. Although there are many activities that have been carried out by this mass organization, not many people know about the existence of this organization, even though there are only a few people and they do not know for sure what activities this mass organization has carried out and whether this mass organization is very active. active or passive. Therefore, to expand information and communication between this organization and the wider community, it is necessary to have social media assistance such as Instagram, so that the activities carried out and those that have been carried out can be well documented and can make the wider community more acquainted with and increase their trust. to the youth organization rw 23. Because of this, this community service activity was carried out with the aim of helping RW 23 youth organization activists to have a virtual community using Instagram social media so that information or activities of this mass organization can be spread and increasingly known by the wider community.

Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has made various sectors of life stopped or temporarily stagnate, it can be seen in terms of religious life, especially those that have been affected. To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, government officials have advised religious people to worship at home. This condition also affects the congregation or the students of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council, where the congregation or students who carry out activities in this Assembly experience a decline and continue to decrease than usual and the distribution of knowledge or da'wah to the congregation or students also cannot be delivered optimally. On the basis of these problems, this community service is carried out to serve as a medium of communication and information regarding the activities that exist in this Assembly, rekindling the dissemination of da'wah and the provision of knowledge in the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council by the board management or teachers so that it can be conveyed to the congregation or students and the wider community. This community service is carried out online using a laptop that has the Zoom application media installed in it. In this community service, we equip the students (children or teenagers) of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council, to be able to create a virtual community using Instagram social media which contains da'wah content or information and can perpetuate Islamic religious activities. others, so that it is widely spread to the community, so that the knowledge conveyed in da'wah or other Islamic religious activities can become knowledge for the wider community. In addition, we also equip these students (children and teenagers) in managing this Instagram virtual community account, so that they can become virtual accounts that can be trusted by their followers.

Abstract

The need for the internet along with various needs in supporting various community activities has become an important thing, as well as for people located in the village of Bojonegara where the availability of internet that implements a wireless internet network or can be called a wireless network with  the aim of expanding coverage throughout the surrounding areas, so that with the exixtence of this wireless network the mobility of internet user is getting higher, making hotspot users experience a tremendous increase the problem is how bojonegara village builds a computer network using Wifi, what is the purpose of bojonegara village building an internet network, how to open a new business by utilizing the internet network (technology), how to benefit from the advancement of internet network technology that has been build by one of the residents there. In this community service, we try to install a network that can be used for all resident of Bojonegara village by utilizing the Wifi network by building a hotspot area that is installed, one of which is by using a hotspot voucher using the Mikhmon application partner collaboration with a tower triange at the central point of the server and planted at several point in Bojonegara Village. The result obtained are that the network is a great opportunity for the community in Bojonegara village to open a home industry-based entrepreneur facilitated by the village through iMicro.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the accountability of village fund financial management through the cultural values of malaqbiq in Mekkatta village, Majene Regency. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic method. The source of this research data is through direct interviews with several respondents who come from the research area. The results showed that the accountability system for the financial management of the Mekkatta Village Fund was not in accordance with the standards and principles of accountability, where the management of the APBDes by village officials was less transparent to the community. This shows that the cultural values of malabiq are related to honesty and responsibility, the cultural values of malaqbiq kedo and gauq (honesty) and malaqbiq pau (honest) in being responsible for an act to Allah SWT, but the presence of the Malabiq culture has not been able to increase accountability for the financial management of Mekkata village funds

Abstract

In breastfeeding, it is necessary to make lactation management efforts by the mother to support the success of breastfeeding, because in essence lactation management starts during pregnancy, after delivery, and during the period of breastfeeding the baby. Guided by the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in the Probolinggo district, which is still low, so that breastfeeding education is still very much needed by young mothers. The purpose of this community partnership program is to increase understanding of mothers, especially pregnant women, who will prepare breastfeeding for their babies at birth. The method used was health education using 2 partners, namely Posyandu Jambu hamlet and Posyandu Dusun Manggis. The indicator of the success of the community partnership program is the understanding of pregnant women about lactation management in pregnant women, thereby increasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. The result of this community service is that initially pregnant women plan to give their babies formula milk if the milk does not come out and does not go smoothly after receiving health education in the form of health education about lactation management in pregnant women, so they are very enthusiastic and determined to give their babies exclusive breastfeeding until age 6 months and continued with complementary breastfeeding but breastfeeding continues until the child is 2 years old.

Abstract

Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) remain a public health problem in 149 tropical and subtropical countries, including Indonesia. NTDs are closely related to poverty and low levels of hygiene and sanitation. In Indonesia alone, there are more than 5 types of neglected tropical diseases, one of which is leprosy. Leprosy, also known as Morbus Hansen, caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae, is a disease with a long history. Leprosy can be found in several scriptures and has been known since the time of Ancient Egypt around 2000 years BC. This disease is often considered a curse on the sufferer and until now this stigma continues to stick to the sufferer. Stigmatization and social discrimination in leprosy patients make leprosy sufferers isolated from the surrounding community so that the outreach process by health workers becomes difficult. Guidance for leprosy patients in the form of counseling was carried out before the pandemic through self-care groups for leprosy sufferers, and evaluations were carried out after the pandemic to assess improvements in literacy levels and understanding of the group members. The result of this community is an increase in literacy about the adoption of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) among the members of self-care groups in first-level of health facilities.

Abstract

Degenerative disease is caused by a decrease in the function of the body's organs. Some degenerative diseases, namely hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, gout, etc. Many things are the cause of the development of degenerative diseases, including: unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking, lack of exercise and stress. The trend of degenerative diseases is increasing day by day. Prevention of degenerative diseases can be above by means of health screening at the age of 30 years. Health problems happened in Dusun Bukit Tinggi RT 001 RW 010 Dete Village, among others hypertension and diabetes mellitus. This activity involves students as technical implementing assistants. Activity was carried out in March in the Dusun Bukit Tinggi, RT 001 RW 010, Dete Village, Lape District, Sumbawa Regency. Activities are carried out using the door to door method. This activity goal to improve health status through health checks and increase public knowledge by presenting information about degenerative diseases.

Abstract

Sugary foods and drinks are defined as foods that contain high levels of sugar. The high sugar content in these foods or beverages generally comes from added sweeteners. Sugary foods and drinks affect human health. If sugary foods and drinks are consumed for a long period of time and in excessive proportions, health problems such as obesity, diabetes mellitus and dental and oral health can occur. School-aged children are consumers who consume a lot of sugary foods and drinks. The incidence of dental caries also often occurs in school children due to consumption of sugary foods and drinks. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide counseling to school children about the risks of consuming sugary foods and drinks, as well as provide education about dental and oral health.

Abstract

Elderly is a natural life cycle and cannot be avoided by every human being. Increasing age will cause physical and mental changes, there will be a decrease in the function and ability of a person. At the time of entering the elderly, automatically most elderly people will reduce their daily activities, which will affect their quality of life. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education for the elderly on the types of activities and benefits. This activity was carried out in Angke Village, West Jakarta. This activity method is carried out by providing education, checking health status, and personal health consultations to the health team. This activity involved 22 elderly people. The results of the activity mean the age of the elderly is 68 years, and 86% of the participants are included in the age group < 75 years. As many as 68% of elderly participants had controlled chronic diseases, with hypertension being the most dominant. As many as 66% of the 22 elderlies were categorized as elderly with good activities.
