Abstract

The development of science and technology is growing very rapidly, especially during the Covid-19 period which has had a tremendous impact on society, especially in the world of education. Technology has an important role in the world of education, especially teachers use technology as a media for teaching. As in Distance Learning (PJJ) or online, teachers are required to be able to use technology in teaching. However, the use of technology in teachers who has more 40 years old can't use technology literate. The author also observed at SDN Bintara III Bekasi, there are many teachers who have not been able to make learning videos through gadgets. There are 25 teachers and only 2 teachers are able to make learning videos. From this problem, STKIP Kusuma Negara lecturers with brisik project held a PKM that is training about how to make learning videos using smartphones through the KineMaster application. The purpose of this PKM is to train elementary school teachers to be able to create and use learning video media and to know applications that can be used and create an effective and fun learning process for their students. This activity was carried out at SDN Bintara III Bekasi. It took three days on September 2021, 24. The evaluation of PKM activity had shown that the participants felt very enthusiastic and could improve the teacher's ability to make learning videos using smartphones through the KineMaster application.

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Pakan merupakan indikator penting dalam pemeliharaan ayam guna mendukung pertumbuhan, perkembangan, reproduksi dan produktivitas dengan kesesuaian kebutuhan akan nilai gizi dari kualitas dan kuantitas bahan pakan. Pemberian pakan terhadap ayam perlu diperhatikan karna kebutuhan akan nutrisi pakan yang berbeda tergantung jenis, bangsa umur, fase produksi, berat badan dan jenis kelamin. Hal ini dikarenakan masing-masing bahan pakan mempunyai kandungan nilai gizi yang berbeda sehingga pencampuran bahan pakan diharapkan mampu memiliki kandungan nutrisi komplit. Selain perlu diperhatikan nilai gizi sumber pakan faktor pakan yang baik juga harus diperhatikan seperti bersih, tidak berjamur, tercampur dengan bahan berbahaya dan bauk tengik. Salah satu syarat penting untuk pertumbuhan ayam yaitu kandungan nilai gizi protein. Protein merupakan kandungan nilai gizi utama yang dibutuhkan oleh ayam misalnya pada umur 0-3 minggu 23%, 6-8 minggu 20% dengan total metabolism 3200 kkal/kg. Secara umum protein pakan ayam dipenuhi oleh protein hewani dan nabati (tepung ikan dan bungkil kedelai) yang harganya mahal, sehingga dinilai kurang ekonomis untuk menurunkan keuntungan pada usaha ayam. Untuk itu dibutuhkan inovasi dalam pembuatan pakan ayam dengan penggunaan teknologi untuk pemanfaatan bahan organik guna meningkatkan produktivis dan keuntungan peternak ayam salah satunya dapat dimanfaatkan Kiapu (Piastia stratiotes l) dan Maggot (Hermetia Illucens). Kiapu merupakan gulma air yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pakan organik bernilai ekonomis karna memiliki nilai gizi seperti protein kasar 19,5%, BETN 37,0%, serat kasar 11,7% dan abu 25,6%. Selain kiapu yang menjadi bahan pakan organik maggot juga mampu menjadi pakan alternatif organik bernilai ekonomis dengan kandungan nilai gizi protein 44,26%, lemak 29,65% selain itu kandungan nilai gizi seperti asam amino, asam lemak dan mineral juga tidak kalah dengan nilai kandungan protein sehingga kedua bahan organik ini mampu dijadikan pakan organik bernilai ekonomis dengan pemanfaatan teknologi fermentasi pakan yang mudah dan murah dilakukan dalam menurunkan nilai serat kasar dan meningkatkan nilai gizi lainnya. METODE PELAKSANAAN 2.1 Metode Pelaksanaan Metode yang digunakan diaplikasikan dengan menggunakan konsep pendekatan interdisiplin (PID). Manajemen ini meliputi pakan yang menjadi salah satu faktor dalam menunjang kehidupan, pertumbuahn, Kesehatan dan proiduktivitas. Sehingga susunan formulasi pakan harus memenuhi syarat aman, bernilai nutrisi dan tidak berdmpak negatif bagi partumbuhan dan produktivitas ayam. Bahan pakan yang diberikan pada ayam yaitu tepung kiapu dan maggot yang didapatkan dari lingkungan masyarakat yang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatkan peternak dengan nilai pakan yang ekomonis. Pemberian pakan sesuai dengan imbangan iso protein dan iso energi kebutuhan ayam yang men ggunakan campuran bahan pakan kiapu, maggot, nungkil kedelai, dedak padi, dan jagung halus susunan bahan pakan kiapu dan maggot 40%, dedak 22%, bungkil kedelai 25% dan jagung 12% daan ditambahkan 1% probiotik dari keseluruhan bahan pakan.Sehingga mampu menghasilkan pakan meningkatkan produktivitas ayam selain itu tahap kedua dilakukan di laboratorium lapangan peternakan, Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala untuk menilai kualitas daging dan pengaruh terhadap protein dan kolesterol akibat penggunaan pakan kiapu dan maggot dengan mengunakan alat uji spektrofotometri dengan penggunaan kit sampel dan sanitasi produk. 2.2. Prosedur pembuatan pakan Bungkil kedelai, dedak halus, jagung dicampur sebagai imbangan protein dan dicampur dengan pakan organik Kiapu (Pistia Stratiotes L) yang sesuai dengan perhitungan kebutuhan pakan. Prosedur pembuatan pakan dapat dilihat pada bagan di bawah ini. HASIL DAN PEMBAHASAN Berdasarkan penggunaaan pakan tepung kiapu dan maggot pada pakan ayam menunjukan pengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi pakan pada ayam, dengan penambahan bahan lokal organik dalam pakan ayam mampu meningkatkan konsumsi pakan secara nyata hasil ini sesuai laporan Zaman et al. (2013) bahawa kiambang (Salvina molesta)yang difermentasi dengan level 12% menggunakan ragi tempe sebagai suplemen pakan menunjukan peningkatan konsumsi pakan ayam pedaging secara nyata hal ini dikarenakan perlakuan pakan fermentasi kiapu dan maggot mengakibatkan penurunan serat kasar sehingga pakan mudah dicerna. Kecernaan pakan yang dihasilkan dari formulasi pakan kiapu dan maggot mampu diubah menjadi berat badan. Pertambhaan berat badan mampu dijadikan suatu indikator dalam mengukur pertumbuhan yang diidentifikasi sebagai proses komplek yang meliputi pertambahan berat badan hidup dan pertambhan bagian tubuh secara serentak dan merata (Maynard et al., 1997). Pertambahan berat badan dapat diakumulasikan dari hasil penimbangan yang dilakukan selama pengabdian ini dilakukan. Pertambahan berat badan menjadi peranan penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam poemeliharaan ayam. Bell dan Weaver (2002) mengemukakan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ayam merupakan galur ayam, jenis kelamin, dan faktor lingkungan. Nilai pertambahan berat badan diperoleh dengan hasil data penelitian yang di akumulasi selama pengabdian dilakukan dengan selisih antara berat badan minggu tertentu dengan berat badan awal. Penambahan bahan lokal organik kiapu dan maggot dan penambahan probiotik binosil mampu memberikan nilai gizi pakan yang seimbang dan tingkat kecernaan yang tinggi hal ini diduga dengan rataan pertambhan berat badan ayam. Uzer et al. (2013) menyatakan bahwa pertambhaan berat badan sangat berkaitan dengan pakan dalam hal kualitas berkaitan dengan konsumsi pakan bila konsumsi pakan terganggu maka mengakibatkan terganggunya perrtumbuhan. Selain keseimbangan nutrisi pakan pernambahan probiotik ke dalam pakan mampu memberikan pengaruh positif bagi ayam dalam penyerapan pakan sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh ayam untuk emnunjang pertumbuhan. Diaz (2008) mengemukakan bahwa pakan yang ditambahkan dengan probiotik mampu membantu peranaan zat makan pada usus halus dan menyebabkan berurannya jumlah bakteri patogen. Meirianti (2019) menyatakan bahwa penguraian dan penyerapan pakan menjadi lebih sempurna dengan pemberian probiotik aktivitas enzim pencernaan akan ikut. Mengikat sehingga pakan mampu diserap dengan maksimal. Kandungan nilai gizi tepung kiapu dan maggot yang kaya akan nilai protein menjadi unsur peranan penting dalam memacu pertumbuhan ayam. Kebutuhan protein fase awal di daerah tropis berkisar 23% sedangkan pada masa akhir berkisar 20-21%. Elwert et al (2010) menguji efektivitas tepung BSF atau maggot mampu meningkatkan berat badan pada fase starter dan grower. Selain tepung maggot dan kiapu seluruh perlakuan pakan pengabdian ini juga menggunakan bungkil kedelai, jagung halus, dan dedak mengandung zat antinutrisi yang mampu mengganggu pertumbuhan ayam. Namun antinutrisi ini mampu di ubah oleh enzim protease sehingga kandungan protein poada pakan ayam akan mudah diserap, Anggraini et al. (2017). Menyatakan bahwa enzim protease dalam pakan ayam mampu menghidrolisis protein komplek menjadi senyawa sederhana sehingga dapat diserap dan dimanfaatkan oleh tubuh ayam untuk memberikan capaian produktivitas maksimal. Nilai gizi pakan kiapu dan maggot menganduk zat bioaktif seperti flavonoid sebagai anti kolesterol diharapkan mampu menurunkan kadar kolesterol pada produktivitas karkas ayam sehingga menghasilkan produktivitas ayam rendah kolesterol (Kumar, 2011). KESIMPULAN Penggunaan pakan bahan lokal organik kiapu dan maggot sebagai bahan pakan bernilai ekonomis mamapu meningkatkan konsumsi pakan, pertambahan berat badan dan mengahasilkan produktivitas ayam yang sehat karna kandungan flaponoid yang dimiliki mampu menurunkan kadar kolesteror daging ayam. Sehingga diharapkan dengan penggunaan pakan kiapu dan maggot menjadi pakan alternbatif upaya peningkatan produktvitas dan pendapatan peternakan masyarakat karna memberikan pengaruh positif bagi ternak dan usaha petyernakan ayam.

Abstract

During adolescence, changes occur both physically, psychologically and socially. Physical changes that occur include the development and maturation of the reproductive organs. Psychological changes result in changes in attitudes and behavior, such as starting to pay attention to one's appearance, starting to be interested in the opposite sex, trying to attract attention and feeling love, which will then arise sexual urges. Socially in their development, adolescents are very vulnerable to environmental influences, negative social and cultural environments are risk factors for adolescents to be trapped in risky behaviors such as sexuality, HIV/AIDS and drugs (TRIAD KRR) which have an impact on their health conditions. Free sex behavior will bring various negative impacts on the lives of adolescents themselves, for example Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), HIV/AIDS and Unwanted Pregnancy (KTD). One of the consequences of unwanted pregnancy is abortion. Based on data from the Indonesian Family Planning Center (PKBI) in 2018, no less than 2.5 million abortion cases were found in Indonesia every year. Ironically, 21.2% of abortionists are teenagers, and most of them are carried out in an unsafe way. About 30-35% of these abortions are a contributor to maternal mortality. HIV/AIDS if it occurs in adolescents not only affects physically, but also affects mental health, emotions, economic conditions, and social welfare in the long term. nation in the end. This is because teenagers are part of the human resource component which is a very valuable asset for the nation in the future. This community service in general is to assist the government in improving the quality of youth free from TRIAD KRR (sexuality with STDs, HIV and AIDS and drug problems) through promotional/preventive efforts about the importance of healthy reproductive organs, curative efforts through examination of adolescent reproductive health in junior high schools. Abstract

Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi di masa awal pandemi salah satunya adalah kelangkaan masker, dan lonjakan kasus yang terjadi setiap harinya. Keterlibatan masyarakat dan peningkatan literasi pencegahan COVID-19 ditingkat individu dan masyarakat menjadi salah satu isu strategis untuk mengurangi jumlah kasus positif di suatu wilayah. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengembangkan media digital berupa komik komunitas yang dapat menginformasikan masyarakat untuk dapat memanfaatkan kain atau saputangan yang terdapat di rumah untuk dimanfaatkan menjadi masker sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan aktivitas pra-produksi, dan produksi serta menyebarluaskan media komik melalui platform digital dan grup whatsapp. Media ini diharapkan dapat membantu memudahkan visualisasi tahapan penggunaan masker kain sederhana bagi masyarakat yang tidak dapat mengakses masker medis dalam pencegahan COVID-19 dalam pembuatan media-media komunikasi dan informasi kesehatan lainnya.

Abstract

Intrapersonal competence is also known as people skills or soft skills. things that are seen and needed in personal, social, learning, and career development. Counseling is the right service in increasing intrapersonal competence, because intrapersonal competence relates to psychological aspects, while the essence of counseling is psychological (Erhamwilda, 2015). The application of an inventory of intrapersonal competencies is expected to provide awareness in self-understanding so that it triggers the soft skills of students as potential peer counselors in the school environment. Understanding the diverse development of students at SMP N 10 Tarakan is an effort to build guidance and counseling in dealing with personal, social, academic, and career problems at SMP N 10 Tarakan. Based on the initial identification carried out by the implementer at SMP N 10 Tarakan, it can be concluded that there are personal problems, academic problems, social problems, and career problems. In paying attention to the identification of student problems who became respondents, the largest percentage experienced academic problems about managing study time (68.57%) and learning assignments (37.14%). In knowing the student's condition, problem data has been collected which has been made by the Guidance and Counseling teacher at SMPN 10 Tarakan. The various problems above regarding the level of intrapersonal competence, such as time management in self-regulation is an indication of intrapersonal, having uncontrolled aggressive behavior is also an indication of intrapersonal competence. This problem got the attention of the school and triggered the extra help of counseling services. This partnership program contributes to "Implementation of the Inventory of Intrapersonal Competencies in Prospective Peer Counselors of SMP N 10 Tarakan". Community preparation in facing the era of globalization and free trade, especially awareness to train soft skills through intrapersonal competence can improve themselves, so as to build interpersonal competence to prepare themselves in the future. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the fabric of the world community. In order to prevent the spread of the corona virus outbreak, people are encouraged and even forced to stay at home. School, work and even worship are recommended to be done at home. Work requires us to always apply the new nomal style, including in the world of education. So it takes creativity and innovation in designing learning. Based on the problems with PAUD teachers throughout the City of Tegal, a solution needs to be given. One of the solutions offered is training in writing posters based on the Canva application. Poster writing training to provide knowledge or insight related to education, as well as practice on images and appropriate color selection.

Abstract

. Duri Selatan Village is one of the villages that has relative low health data compared to other villages in Tambora sub-district. The largest disease data in this region are ARI (34,6%), Hypertension (26,5%), Gastritis, Diabetes Militus, Myalgia, Dermatitis and Diarrhea. While, 6.047 children under five (18,8%) suffered from malnutrition and diarrhea and 16.8% experienced stunting.  The aim of training is to create a realization of healthy RW in an attempt to increase Nutrition Conscious Family through interprofessional collaboration in Duri Selatan Village, Tambora Sub-District, West Jakarta. 44,0% Nutrition Conscious Family training participants were aged 39-40 years, primary and secondary education levels were respectively 50,0% and 97,0% as housewives. Behavioral component of Nutrition Conscious Family training participants was 34,0% not used to conduct weighing weight regularly, not exclusively breastfeeding by 25,9%, consuming non-diverse foods by 4,0%, not using iodized salt by 6,0%, when pregnant did not take blood-added tablets (TTD) by 16,0%, Women of childbearing age did not take blood-added tablets (TTD) by 40,0%, postpartum mothers did not consume high-doses of Vitamin A capsules by 50,0% and children under five were not given high doses of Vitamin A capsules by 66,0%. There is an increase 6,3 points of Nutrition Conscious Family knowledge after the training was conducted. Nutrition Conscious Family behavior is successively 75,0% Nutrition Conscious Family behavior is less 75,0%, by 16,0% Nutrition Conscious Family behaviour is between 75,0-99,0%, and by 9,0% Nutrition Conscious Family behavior is full 100,0%.

Abstract

Abstract In realizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education through the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Pamulang University, it is necessary to carry out research activities that are adapted to the resources of the teaching staff. In essence, this community service activity is carried out to bridge the problems faced by the community, the community in general to educational institutions. In a digital era like today, internet media has become integrated into people's lives, especially teenagers in the school environment, it does not rule out the possibility of dangers that can damage their future. Seeing these dangers, there is a need for socialization or introduction to crimes that may occur in the digital world or the internet. The methods used in this community service activity are lectures, discussions and training. Through this activity, the Daar El Hikam Islamic boarding school in Ciputat is getting to know young people what will happen if they are not careful when using the internet. In the training conducted by a team of Pamulang University lecturers, teenagers made personal account security both when using laptops, PCs and personal cellphones to prevent the emergence of data contained in the devices used. Some of them create 2-step levers, recognize malicious apps on the phone, protect accounts with strong passwords. In this case, it is hoped that the youth of the Daar El Hikam Islamic boarding school in Ciputat will be more introspective and protect themselves in using the internet.

The use of software as a source and medium of school learning in the future The COVID-19 pandemic is very important. The objectives to be achieved from this educational software introduction training are: Introducing training participants to the importance of Mastering Information Technology and Computers today and teaching how to use Microsoft Word, MS. Excel, Power Point which can be used to learn typing and others. The method used in this activity is Education to the Community in the form of lectures and training on introductions basic computer and application Microsoft Word, MS. Excel, Powerpoint. The result of this activity is to provide implications for adding participants' insight into Microsoft Word, MS. Excel, Powerpoint. In view of the educational activities that during the covid-19 pandemic were carried out regularly, online/online has made many limitations for school-age children in developing skills, especially the practice of using computers. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation that carried out before and after the training activities. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of literacy through training on how the role of teachers in developing literacy, especially how teachers motivate, inspire and become facilitators for students, make students develop literacy by reading various books and reading books. related to the subject. Resource persons as ABDIMAS implementers carry out activities by providing various materials to Paskita Global Vocational School teachers to be motivated, and become inspirational as well as enthusiastic facilitators in developing student literacy. With the knowledge and insight that teachers get from professional resource persons, namely the abdimas team that provides various materials in developing student literacy, where the teacher becomes the main model that influences students to become literators.
