Abstract

Physical growth is the process of change that occurs in the size, shape and structure of an individual's body as they age. In the context of education, understanding physical growth is very important as it can affect the learning process and overall development of learners. In essence, growth emphasises the physical changes of each child. At this time they need balanced nutrition, so that physical growth can be in accordance with the stages that should be. Growth is expected to be in accordance with the developmental tasks that must be passed. This study uses a survey approach research method which is part of a quantitative approach, with observation, interview, questionnaire filling, and documentation techniques. The research subjects were principals, teachers, parents, and students. The results showed that there are differences in how to educate children in the past era with the current one, and also in accordance with what we read in journals and books that are the reference of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the forms of leadership in the elderly. The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the branding strategies implemented by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) through the Instagram social media platform to see their brand image. The study employed a field study with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that UNJ has successfully built a strong and positive image through a consistent approach in highlighting academic achievements, campus activities, and cultural diversity. Active interaction with users has also proven to be key in strengthening the relationship between UNJ and their Instagram audience. Additionally, clear differentiation in emphasizing unique advantages and the distinctive identity of UNJ significantly contributes to distinguishing UNJ's brand from other educational institutions. However, challenges such as maintaining consistent user engagement need to be addressed through improved research and more innovative content strategies in the future. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for marketing and branding practitioners in developing more effective strategies on social media platforms..

Abstract

This research aims to provide information about Corn Maintenance Strategies in Bahal Batu III. Corn is a staple food along with rice, and can be used in various dishes as a side dish or snack. Corn not only contains carbohydrates, but also contains enough nutrients and crude fiber as a staple food which has a positive impact on health. Corn is also a substitute food or supplement for humans. Using the right amount of fertilizer will make corn plants grow more optimally. Measuring the growth of productive corn plants by applying various types of compound fertilizer to land in Bahal Batu III village and determining the most suitable type of compound fertilizer for the growth and yield of corn plants on the land. The survey was carried out on the land of Bahal Batu III village. Apart from that, corn can also be used as food for the community and has increased the price of corn consumption in society as a whole. Phosphorus is important for plant growth and yield, playing important roles such as encouraging flower and grain formation and strengthening thatch to prevent dropping and improve quality. The research results showed that even with different complex fertilizer compositions, all the parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, ear length, ear diameter, number of seeds per row, seed weight per ear, and yield potential.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is a learning approach where students learn by actively participating in real projects or tasks. This approach aims to prepare learners to face real-world situations and develop skills relevant to careers and everyday life. The (PjBL) approach was used in the creation of this motion graphics titled "Affordable" with the client LB LIA. The PjBL process involved planning, client needs analysis, conceptualization, production and evaluation. The results show that PjBL helps learners develop a deep understanding of graphic design and effective communication skills with clients. Although time management and communication challenges arose, collaboration between students and clients successfully overcame these obstacles so that this motion graphics project could run smoothly. With a focus on project-oriented learning, this article can serve as a guide for those interested in maximizing students' educational experience in the real world.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources. Through education, students are expected to acquire the right intelligence, skills, and attitudes towards life in order to successfully face their environment. However, there are still many parents and teachers who only prioritize their children's academic ability and prioritize grades. There are differing views on this issue as to whether parents and teachers prioritize student academic achievement or student non-academic achievement. Even if children are created differently for something bigger in this world. Yes, a student's achievement is not only achieved through academic achievement, but also through non-academic achievement, students can develop their potential according to their talents and become great in their own way. Intelligence or intelligence can be described as the ability to understand the world, think rationally, and use resources effectively when faced with difficulties. God created man with a wide variety of abilities, talents, and natural intelligence (IQ). Abstract

Green vegetables is a term in Indonesian that refers to types of vegetables that have a green color. In general, green vegetables contain various important nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for health. Various types of green vegetables include leaves, leafy vegetables, and other green plants that are usually cooked as part of everyday meals,product. various journals, books and scientific sourcesas well as with Mr. Harryono Aritonang as a vegetable farmer in Parhorboan Village, Kec. Pagaran, Kab. North Tapanuli has experienced price increases in recent times, on November 6 2023, the price of vegetables, including green mustard greens, white mustard greens and other mustard greens, reached around 10,000/kg Previously the price which was IDR 5,000/kg the previous two. This increase in vegetable prices occurred due to weather events that were not good or adequate,Parhorboan Village is due to the quality getting better.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This article discussess the closeness between random object service gacha(lootbox) with gambling which raises concerns about plunging players, especially children. This article aims to see the closeness between gacha system and gambling, made by the method of literature study, namely through recording, literature review and data processing. The data taken is seen from the current situation and then collects information about the topic being discussed. The similarity between gacha and gambling systems shows the closeness between, players who paid for gacha can be said to be gambling. Meanwhile, players who don’t pay and just have fun are not decisive called a gambler. However, there needs to be a deeper analysis of this matter. Keyword : Game, Gacha, and Gambling Abstrak. Artikel ini membahas kedekatan antara layanan benda acak gacha(lootbox) dengan judi yang memunculkan kekhawatiran akan menjerumuskan pemain terutama anak – anak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat kedekatan antara sistem gacha dengan judi, dibuat dengan metode studi literatur yakni melalui pencatatan, kajian Pustaka dan pengolahan data. Data yang diambil dilihat dari keadaan yang sedang terjadi saat ini kemudian mengumpulkan informasi mengenai topik yang dibahas. Kesamaan antara sistem gacha dan judi menunjukkan kedekatan antara keduanya, pemain yang membayar untuk melakukan gacha dapat dianggap sebagai perjudian. Sedangkan pemain yang tidak membayar dan hanya bersenang – senang tidak mutlak disebut sebagai penjudi. Meskipun begitu, perlu adanya analisis lebih dalam mengenai hal tersebut. Abstract

The purpose of this research will focus on discussing how the implementation of the use of the QuickBooks application used by the EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya Office in improving the effectiveness of financial management at their clients. Where this application is an application that can assist companies in managing company financial transactions, creating financial reports, and monitoring cash flow more effectively. In addition, this application can also help companies save time and costs incurred in managing their finances. The QuickBooks application is aimed primarily at MSMEs or taxpayers from the middle to lower class. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are obtained from direct observation in the field and interviews with one of the relevant sources. Researchers used primary data sources from observations and interviews and used references from journals, the official website of EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya, and several other supporting websites. The results showed that the implementation of the QuickBooks Application has long been used by EF Sinergy Consultant Tax Surabaya as the right software in providing services to manage client financial reports accurately.
