This research investigates the role of Public Relations (PR) in forming positive perceptions of TikTok Shop as an increasingly dominant e-commerce platform. This research involves analysis of PR communication strategies, image management, and interactions with stakeholders designed to create positive perceptions among consumers. Qualitative research methods were used to deepen understanding of how PR contributes to the formation of a positive image and relationship at TikTok Shop. The findings of this research highlight the importance of a proactive approach in responding to issues that can influence consumer perceptions of TikTok Shop.

This study aims to determine what are the factors that become community satisfaction in the jaklingko program. DKI Jakarta is an area whose population is growing rapidly, the more the population the more transportation there is. Therefore, the gevornment needs an integrated transportation system, one of which is Jaklingko, one of the programs in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study are people or consumers who use the services of jaklingko transportation, especially city transportation on the Andara-Blok M route. The data collection technique uses the interview method by conducting in-depth interviews with 6 informants with different ages and professions. Anlysis technique used is qualitative method. The result showed a positive effect. Community satisfaction is proven that the use of jaklingko transportation is very helpful, starting from the price to the services provided.

Low motivation to learn is often a serious challenge in one's academic development. Excessive use of social media can have both positive and negative impacts on learning motivation, depending on the usage policy. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the relationship between the use of social media and the motivation to learn mathematics of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 58 grade VIII students who were given video supplements related to learning materials at school through TikTok before formal learning was carried out. Based on the data analysis used using the Spearman correlation, the correlation coefficient value is + 0.744, it can be seen that the motivation to learn mathematics with the use of social media has a unidirectional relationship. This shows that if there is an increase in the value of using social media in learning, the value of math learning motivation will also increase linearly. By treating relevant learning videos through TikTok social media before learning takes place, educators are able to create a more interesting and intimate learning experience to increase student motivation in learning mathematics.

This study discusses Sexual Abuse in Children. This research is a qualitative research with a literature review approach. In this study, research data were obtained from one source, namely secondary data in the form of journal articles, books, conference papers, theses, and other sources, authors can produce a scientific work that has several main points from the title above. Some of these points are understanding the concept of reducing sexual activity in children and efforts to prevent sexual deception in children.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. The sample in this study was employees which amounted to 65 employees with a total sampling technique. The analysis technique uses data Validity Test, Data Reability Test, Normality Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Partial T Test, Determination Test. The results showed that Organization Citizenship Behaviour on employee performance can be concluded that Organizatiion Citizenship Behaviour on employee performance has an influence based on the results of the calculation test of 4.942 > 1.998 with a significant value of OCB (x) on employee performance (y) is 0.00 < 0.05. Thus, drawing the conclusion H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The solution to the research barriers is carried out by collecting samples by collecting physical or paper media, distributing questionnaires at rest periods and using supporting devices for data processing.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to real analysis lecture problems. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 7 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2019-2024. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the problems of real analysis lectures, namely: 1) to find out what factors influence students' learning difficulties during real analysis courses, 2) to find out students' reasoning abilities in real analysis courses, 3) to find out how much students know about the connection between real analysis and school mathematics.

This research analyzes the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions for skincare and makeup products among Generation Z. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 170 respondents. The results show that most of Generation Z follows influencers' social media accounts to obtain product information and recommendations. Influencer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with 85.9% of respondents being interested in buying products after seeing influencer reviews. However, 88.8% of respondents still conduct additional research before making a purchase. The presence of influencer reviews can trigger consumptive behavior, with 69.4% of respondents stating so. To overcome this behavior, 87.6% of respondents set a special budget, and 89.4% compare product prices. Nevertheless, 64.1% of respondents spent more than their planned budget, with 60.6% spending more than IDR 200,000 per month on skincare and makeup products. This research concludes that influencers have a significant influence in attracting purchase interest and purchasing decisions among Generation Z for skincare and makeup products.

The purpose of this article is to highlight various problems commonly faced by undergraduate students studying mathematics and undergraduate students studying mathematics education in real analysis classes. The Real Analysis course aims to teach students how to: a) understand the fundamentals of mathematical analysis, especially those related to numbers, rows, functions, limits, and derivatives; and b) be able to reason logically and thoroughly and methodically express the conclusions of their reasoning in writing. One of the topics that students studying mathematics and mathematics education programs often think about is real analysis. The author of this study discusses some substitute approaches that can be recommended to assist students in adjusting to face-to-face analysis courses. Lecturers can also attempt to improve quality by implementing various interventions, practicing Lesson Study learning, using RME techniques, and creating a real analysis textbook.

To convey this, BMKG created an official Instagram account called @msglowbeauty so that the message is conveyed quickly and comprehensively throughout Indonesia. Of course, MS Glow has the right communication strategy on digital media so that the message can be conveyed well and is of course responded to by the public or at least read by the general public on Instagram social media. The aim of this research is to analyze the digital communication strategy on @msglowbeauty on Instagram. Here, of course, MS Glow uses social media in the form of Instagram as new media to convey various information about skin care. Of course, the thing that is taken into consideration is the high and increasing number of Instagram users from Indonesia every year so that Instagram is considered effective for conveying this information. Apart from that, the dominant market segment of Instagram users is millennials and adults. This is of course related to the communication strategy conveyed by Instagram @msglowbeauty because the information conveyed is quite scientific information and of course only understood by people who are growing up or adults.
