Abstract

This study is to investigate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Indonesian banking industry through a bibliometric approach. Through bibliometric analysis, this study explores trends, patterns and research focus related to GCG in the Indonesian banking context. This research utilizes bibliographic data from various academic and professional sources relevant to the topic. Bibliometric methods are used to analyse the number of publications, related journals, the most productive authors, and the keywords most commonly used in literature related to GCG in the Indonesian banking sector. The results of the analysis prove that the implementation of good corporate Governance in banking in Indonesia is not running optimally. There are several factors which encourages good corporate governance not to be implemented in banking in Indonesia maximally, such as implementing transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence are not fully implemented in banking in Indonesia. The implications of these findings can provide guidance for practitioners, regulators and researchers to improve GCG practices and strengthen the stability and sustainability of the banking industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between organizational culture and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through a bibliometric approach. Organizational culture and CSR are two important concepts that can mutually influence and impact a company's overall performance. By employing bibliometric analysis, this study identifies and analyzes relevant literature from various academic databases to understand research trends, collaboration patterns, and main topics in this field. The analysis results indicate a significant relationship between strong organizational culture and effective CSR implementation. Organizational cultures that support ethical values, sustainability, and social responsibility tend to encourage better CSR practices. These findings are expected to provide new insights for researchers and practitioners in developing organizational strategies that integrate corporate culture with CSR initiatives to enhance corporate performance and reputation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and evaluate the marketing strategies implemented by the UMKM Juragan Pisang 99. This research uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis, and data collection is conducted through interviews with the company's manager and direct observation. The results are then analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the marketing strategies faced by the UMKM Juragan Pisang 99.

Abstract

Social, environmental, and governance issues are crucial for businesses today. Companies need to report their environmental concern activities in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports. This research aims to understand the implementation of ESG in infrastructure programs in Indonesia. It employs a bibliometric approach based on international publication data sourced from the Google Scholar database, accessed via Harzing’s Publish or Perish. The findings of this study indicate that ESG serves as a fundamental framework for infrastructure companies in Indonesia to guide sustainable business practices. By integrating environmental, social, and governance aspects, companies can act as agents of positive change in society.

Abstract

The current modern era brings various opportunities and new business opportunities. This causes more and more prospective entrepreneurs to be interested in taking advantage of existing infrastructure advances to support their business. Apart from that, it has an impact on increasing the level of competition in the industry, which can be indicated by the increasing number of competitors from similar companies that present alternative choices for consumers with different promotions and quality. In fact, each company has its own unique way of holding promotions to attract consumer attention. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to prioritize efforts to implement effective product quality, prices, promotions and services to maximize sales levels. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of product quality, price, promotion and service on repeat purchase decisions. The approach is a qualitative approach, by collecting data through literature study from previous articles and literature. Research findings reveal that product quality, price, promotions, and service have a significant influence on repeat purchases by consumers. Satisfactory product quality and affordable prices can increase consumers' interest in repurchasing. Apart from that, attractive promotions and quality service also play an important role in influencing consumer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases.

Abstract

The digital era is an era where an era experiences rapid progress that leads to digital. This era is characterized by fast and easy access to information. Technology that is developing more rapidly has brought many significant changes. This research uses the literature review method. Literature review is a description of theories, findings, other research materials obtained by analyzing the results of publications such as books, research articles or others related to research questions that have been prepared previously. Facing the challenges of the digital era requires several strategies such as social media integration strategies, digital literacy and business innovation. Business people are expected to be able to evaluate technology which is increasingly developing rapidly. They can't just rely on offline business. The development of the digital era has had a significant influence on every aspect of life. What is felt is the ease of access to information which is driven by the development of technology, making it easier for every human activity in various fields including education, trade and health.

Abstract

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis has become a common strategy in business development, especially in the culinary industry. Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village is one of the businesses in the culinary sector that uses SWOT analysis to develop its business strategy. As part of this research, a SWOT analysis was carried out to determine the position of Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village in the culinary industry and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to its business. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Warung Makan Fun can continue to develop, but it requires a combination of SWOT analysis, such as implementing SO strategies, one example of which is holding local events by utilizing lots of seating; WO strategy, one example of which is improving financial management by using local events as a promotional tool; ST's strategy, one of which is maintaining affordable prices and fresh ingredients to face competition; and WT strategies, such as increasing menu innovation to remain competitive amidst competition, and so on.

Abstract

International shipping involves a joint operation between a country and its neighbors, often involving the handling of empty containers. This study aims to understand the process of empty container handling at Evergreen Shipping Agency Indonesia Branch Medan using field research, interviews, library research, and document analysis. Data collection methods include field observation, interviews, and surveys with staff. The study covers administrative tasks such as document verification, gate inspection, and container cleaning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in an organization. Work motivation and work environment are important factors that can affect staff performance levels. In the context of human resources management, it is important for organizations to take these factors into account in order to improve productivity and achieving the goals of the organization as a whole. Through an empirical and theoretical study approach, the study highlights the importance of creating a conducive working environment and increasing employee motivation in an effort to optimal performance. The results of this research are expected to provide useful insights for managers and organizational leaders in managing human resources more effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the certification training needs of employees for their development at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services. In the context of increasing industry competition and rapid technological advancements, the need for relevant certifications and training has become crucial to enhance employee competence and competitiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and observations. The findings indicate several key areas where training certification is highly needed, including technical fields, occupational safety, and project management. Furthermore, the results reveal that structured and continuous certification programs can boost employee motivation and performance, supporting the achievement of the company's strategic goals. Recommendations from this research include the development of training curricula that align with industry needs, increased collaboration with external certification institutions, and the development of a continuous evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of the certification programs. Thus, the implementation of these training certification programs is expected to contribute positively to the human resource development at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services.
