Abstract

Banking is an important sector for a country's economy, therefore maintaining banking stability is very important because if there is a problem it can have a direct impact on economic conditions in that country. One of the factors that influences growth stability is competition. This research aims to determine the effect of competition on banking stability in Indonesia. This research was carried out with data samples from 43 banks in the 2018-2021 period. The analytical tool used was Z-score value analysis, the Leaner Index with Stata 17.0 panel data regression. The research results show that competition can explain the dependent variable, namely stability of 5.20%.

Abstract

Differences in previous research regarding the influence of liquidity and company size on a company's capital structure. The focus of this research is to examine and analyze how liquidity affects the capital structure of a company. Apart from that, it will also be analyzed how company size affects the capital structure of the same company. This research focuses on testing and analyzing how liquidity and the size of a company affect the structure of a company's capital. A technique where multiple linear regression is used to process data using this technique to estimate the value of the dependent variable using multiples of the independent variables. Liquidity has a positive and significant influence on the structure of a company's capital. 2. The size of a company has a positive and significant influence on the structure of a company's capital.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of spiritual wisdom and scientific knowledge within the educational landscape, facilitated by teachers, to foster a symbiotic relationship between education and business sectors. The study adopts a participatory action research model, involving purposive sampling of educators and business leaders. Data analysis employs thematic analysis to uncover patterns and insights. The findings reveal the significance of integrating spiritual principles with scientific education methodologies, guided by effective leadership practices, in enhancing educational quality and sporting achievements. This research underscores the pivotal role of teachers as facilitators in bridging the gap between spiritual wisdom and scientific knowledge for holistic development in education and sports domains.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate ethical business practices in sustainable digital marketing among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research model adopts a qualitative approach to delve into the intricacies of ethical decision-making processes within digital marketing strategies. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to select MSMEs known for their sustainable practices. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes related to ethical considerations in digital marketing. Preliminary findings indicate a growing consciousness among MSMEs towards adopting ethical principles in their digital marketing endeavors, contributing to the sustainability of their businesses while fostering consumer trust and loyalty. This study sheds light on the importance of ethical conduct in digital marketing for the long-term viability of MSMEs in the contemporary business landscape.

Abstract

The era of industrial revolution 4.0 has had a major impact on the digitalization process in all fields. Including the use of social media which has dramatically changed marketing trends in the world from conventional to digital. Business people are targeting increasing brand awareness by utilizing digital marketing. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital marketing variables in increasing brand awareness about coral products among users of the @coraledukasi account. This research uses a quantitative approach, data obtained from a questionnaire distribution with 37 respondents and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this research show that digital marketing simultaneously has a significant influence on brand awareness and partially on the variables accessibility and informative has a significant effect while the interactivity variable has no significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of admission of new students at Busra Chalid Islamic Boarding School in Palangka Raya. The research method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. Data were obtained from observations and interviews with the subjects of this study, namely the head of the boarding school, the chairman of the new student admission committee, and several new student admission committee members at Busra Chalid Islamic Boarding School in Palangka Raya. The results of this study indicate that, the management activities of new santri admission include the admission planning process and the implementation of santri admission. The process of implementing new student admission activities at Busra Chalid Islamic Boarding School Palangka Raya includes: 1) Formation of the New Santri Admission Committee. 2) Meeting of the New Student Admission Committee. 3) Making and installing admission announcements. 4) Registration. 5) Selection. 6) Determination of accepted students. 7) Announcement of accepted students. 8) Re-registration and the last process, namely; 9) Student Orientation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with service quality in the beauty services industry, especially in the nail painting business. The factors that are the focus of the research are improving service quality and time efficiency in the nail painting process. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Angelnailartpky business owners have made various efforts to improve service quality and time efficiency, such as monitoring work, updating knowledge, and receiving input from consumers. Improving service quality and time efficiency is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and business profitability. The advice given is that Angelnailartpky continues to increase consumer satisfaction and strengthen its position in the beauty services market.

Abstract

This research examines problems in institutional management that cause low learning motivation among students at PKBM Permai. Motivation to learn is one form of success in the learning process. The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive method with data collection through observation, namely making direct observations at PKBM Permai, then conducting in-depth interviews with heads of institutions, and documentation to record and maintain accurate and organized records about an event, process or information. certain. The findings reveal that one of the causes of low motivation to learn is due to age factors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and tutors not being suitable in their field. This study also shows that tutors who are not suited to their field can cause problems, so there is a need for continuous professional development for tutors to improve the quality of education

Abstract

Bedhag Kopi is an MSME that enables local products to compete at the global level. Bedhag Kopi is a coffee shop and roaster owned by Mr. Donny Agustinus Waluyo, SE. Bedhag Kopi not only focuses on coffee production, but also builds an integrated system from upstream to downstream, starting from opening a small shop with a local Jember coffee menu, a coffee production house, to becoming a Course and Training Institute (LKP) in the coffee sector. The aim of this research is to analyze aspects of business feasibility in Bedhag Kopi, Jember Regency. The research method in solving this research problem uses descriptive qualitative. This research was written using library research and field research designs. This research uses primary data sources, namely data obtained directly by researchers as research objects. Based on the results of the discussions explained, this business has met the requirements needed to operate, the location and production process have met strategic standards, but there is a need to ensure consistent availability of raw materials. The strategies implemented are quite diverse and focus on local markets, so as to improve product and service quality.

Abstract

The pursue of this research is to analyze correctional relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) as quality of service and marketing mix to customer loyalty of ADA Swalayan in Bogor. The primary data are collected through questionnaire of 52 respondents who have made transactions in ADA Swalayan and analyzed the data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using software SPSS. The results of the research show that Customer Management Relationship has an influence on customer loyalty of the ADA Swalayan as well.
