Abstract

Penerapan Maqashid Syariah dalam perbankan Syariah di Indonesia menjadi fokus utama bagi lembaga keuangan, termasuk Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Maqashid Syariah merujuk pada tujuan-tujuan utama dari syariah Islam, yang mencakup pemeliharaan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Bank BSI telah mengambil langkah-langkah konkret untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Maqashid Syariah, seperti keadilan, perlindungan nasabah, dan penghindaran dari transaksi haram. Penerapan Maqashid Syariah dalam operasional bank BSI tidak hanya memperoleh kepercayaan dari masyarakat, tetapi juga memastikan kontribusinya dalam memajukan ekonomi berbasis syariah di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pengertian, urgensi, dan penerapan Maqashid Syariah dalam perbankan Syariah, dengan studi kasus pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang penerapan Maqashid Syariah dalam konteks perbankan Syariah di Indonesia, khususnya pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendidikan dalam perubahan sosial di SD Negeri 1 Terusan Menang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Pendidikan dan perubahan sosial saling berhubungan. Keduanya mempunyai dampak yang luas terhadap masyarakat ketika mereka berinteraksi satu sama lain Pendidikan selain dapat digunakan sebagai sarana reformasi dan perubahan sosial, juga merupakan lembaga yang menentukan arah perubahan sosial dalam bentuk pengembangan masyarakat. Peran pendidikan terhadap perubahan sosial di SD Negeri 1 Terusan Menang memegang peranan penting perubahan yang terjadi dari segi karakter siswa, proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, dan penanaman nilai sosial yang dilaksanakan di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pesatnya perkembangan media sosial telah membawa konektivitas yang tak tertandingi, namun juga menghadirkan batas baru untuk pencurian identitas dan peniruan. Penulis akan menganalisis terkait Trend Make-Up Ashoka. Menyoroti fenomena yang menarik dalam perubahan budaya dan dinamika komunikasi yang terjadi di platform media sosial terkemuka saat ini, khususnya di media TikTok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan cara studi pustaka. Objek penelitian ini membahas munculnya trend tentang makeup Ashoka Kareena Kapoor. Banyaknya influencer yang mengikuti trend Ashoka ini. Mengenai Film Ashoka yang dirilis tahun 2001 menandai era baru dalam perfilman Bollywood.

Abstract

Pendidikan Indonesia mengalami pembaharuan kurikulum sebagai akibat dari perkembangan pendidikan di abad kedua puluh satu. Pada pembaharuan kurikulum ini, elemen asesmen harus dipelajari karena merupakan komponen pembelajaran yang sangat penting. Penelitian kualitatif biasanya dilakukan. Selain itu, mata pelajaran dan materi yang ditentukan sesuai dengan pendidikan tingkat dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten dari beberapa artikel yang telah dipublikasikan yang berkaitan dengan persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum belajar merdeka di sekolah dasar. Alat dan metode analisis data yang paling umum digunakan adalah test dan t-test serial. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa saran untuk penelitian lanjutan tentang evaluasi pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka.

The research objective in this study is to look at community customs in maintaining the baralek tradition so that the implementation of baralek is used as a condition for marriage contracts in the Sungai Nanam community, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. Formulation of the problem of how the baralek process is carried out and looking at the necessity of baralek and looking at the impact of Islamic law on the necessity of baralek in the Sungai Nanam community, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. Type of field research (field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: first, the procession for implementing the baralek obligation in the Sungai Nanam community was initially carried out with manyilau, after that the procession of proposing marriage, mahanta siriah, balatak tando, new marriage contract Entering the baralek procession, the factors that require the implementation of baralek are customs, social status, economics and education. According to traditional Islamic law, the requirement to carry out baralek as a condition of the marriage contract in the Nanam River community is included in the category that is more detrimental because after the implementation of baralek there is a debt that must be incurred. paid by the family and the bride and groom can be classified as 'urf-fasid if it is done excessively.

Abstract

The increasing of elderly population, the prevalence of joint diseases including hip joints, and the need for a holistic approach to patient care have become major concerns in the development of prehabilitation exercise strategies that can be effectively applied. The length of stay, functional abilities, daily living activities, and post-total hip replacement (THR) quality of life are areas that need continuous improvement. This research aims to analyze the impact of prehabilitation exercises on post-operative outcomes in patients undergoing total hip replacement for hip osteoarthritis. A literature review study was conducted using PICO and MeSH search strategies in four databases, namely ProQuest, ScienceDirect, EMBASE, and MEDLINE. The screening process was performed according to criteria, and critical appraisal was conducted using a checklist. The literature search yielded a total of 20 articles meeting the criteria, indicating an impact on functional capacity in 12 articles and no impact in 4 articles. The length of hospital stay was discussed in 6 articles with the results of 3 significant articles and 3 insignificant articles. The most recommended type of exercise was strengthening/resistance exercise combined with endurance training. Although there is no guideline for prehabilitation exercises, it is recommended to perform exercises at least twice a week for a minimum of six weeks before surgery. Analysis indicates that prehabilitation exercises, especially strengthening and endurance exercises, are effective in improving functional capacity.

Abstract

Depression is widespread among adolescents and seriously harms students' quality of life and academic performance. To defend yourself in overcoming stress, you can use physical exercise. This research aims to determine the effect of physical exercise on stress levels in office working mothers. The research method with a literature review was carried out using the PICO search on the Google Scholar database. This shows that the more often physical exercise is carried out by students, the lower the stress level will be, the better the quality of life and academic performance will be, so that there is an influence of physical exercise on reducing stress levels in students due to doing physical exercise when they have a lot on their minds. and stress is able to reduce thoughts and felt stress. The results of the analysis show that physical exercise has a positive effect on reducing stress in students.

Abstract

Implementation of the Village Fund Allocation Policy in Bambaira Village, Sarjo District, Pasang Kayu Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach and determines informants purposively. The research informants were the Head of Bambaira Village, BPD of Bambaira Village, Village Secretary of Bambaira Village, Finance Staff and Planning Head of Bambaira Village. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive model approach, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The research results show that: (1) Policy standards and targets are less effective, such as the village development program implemented by the Bambaira village government through village meetings which is still not on target, giving rise to dynamics or differences in perception between the village government and the BPD in formulating village development programs. (2) Educational resources for implementing Village Fund Allocation in Bambaira Village are still low, thus affecting the quality of work and resources to support facilities for use. Then, in realizing the village fund allocation policy, cooperation is needed, but this has not gone well so matters related to village development still need to be discussed openly, both in formal and non-formal activities.
