Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan juga menguji pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen pada SMKN 2 Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah Guru SMKN 2 Bojonegoro sebanyak 39 orang yang terdiri 20 PNS, 17 P3K, 2 Non ASN. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan guru yang sudah mengikuti pelatihann dan sebanyak 39 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru di SMKN 2 Bojonegoro dipersepsikan sangat efektif, motivasi kerja, komitmen dan kinerja guru SMKN 2 Bojonegoro semuanya dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Pelatihan dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen. Pelatihan dan Komitmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sedangkan Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pelatihan dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui Komitmen.

Abstract

The study of financial feasibility is very related and cannot be separated from the business income of the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop in South Sumatra, it will be more dominant to be assessed whether it is feasible or not can be seen from the financial data during the running time. This study aims to see the financial feasibility of the business through investment appraisal in the Payback Period (PP) method, Accounting Rate of Return (ARR), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI). The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, the data used in this research is Primary data, namely data obtained through direct observation of the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop business. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and literature study. The results of research on the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop business for the last five years are; PP 0,78 years, ARR of 275.98%, NPV of Rp1,707,860,842, PI of 5.269. Based on the overall results of these methods, it shows that the financial feasibility of the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop business has met the feasibility assessment criteria

Abstract

In the current era in an organization or institution, human resources (HR) are a very important component. For organizations or agencies, two factors that are worth studying in depth are leadership and organizational culture, which can increase employee motivation and commitment. And can uphold the values of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline of employees at the Baros District Office, Serang Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Transformational Leadership has an effect on employee work discipline, to find out whether Organizational Culture has an effect on employee work Discipline, to find out whether Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture have an effect on employee work Discipline.The research method used in this research is a correlational quantitative approach. namely to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable which in this research uses 2 independent variables (Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture) and 1 dependent variable (Discipline). The approach used in this research is a survey method of 34 employees.The results of this research are that there is a significant influence of leadership on employee work discipline. Based on the calculation results of SPSS Version 27, the value of tcount > ttable (-4,939 > 1.693) is obtained, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. And there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee discipline. Based on the SPSS Version 27 calculation results, the value of tcount > ttable (13,102 > 1.693), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.Based on the significance test, the Fcount value was 99,220 and Ftable was 3.30. Based on the significance test, the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, so there is an influence between Leadership and Organizational Culture values on employee work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate different methods of educational supervision that can raise the standard of instruction in classrooms. Enhancing the general quality of education and fostering teacher professionalism are two major goals of educational oversight. This study examines different theories and practices of educational supervision in Indonesia using a qualitative method and a literature study methodology. A review of the literature revealed that there are a number of ways to conduct educational supervision, including competency-based, learning-based, and collaborative supervision. Each of these techniques has benefits and drawbacks when it comes to execution. The results of this study show that enhancing teaching quality and teacher professionalism can be greatly aided by the appropriate supervision strategy. The research's implication is that, in order to accomplish the best possible educational outcomes, it is critical to adopt a supervision strategy that is suitable for the school environment and the demands of teacher development. It is intended that educators and education management will use this research as a guide when creating efficient supervision plans for students at different educational levels.

Abstract

This article explores innovation strategies in educational management to enhance school quality in the digital era. The study employs a literature review method by analyzing various relevant references. The findings reveal that educational innovation, whether through top-down or bottom-up approaches, plays a significant role in modernizing educational systems. Implementing innovation requires integrated management support, including continuous planning, execution, evaluation, and refinement. Innovation strategies involving stakeholder collaboration, technological utilization, and adherence to National Education Standards have been shown to effectively improve education quality. However, challenges such as resistance to change, resource limitations, and systemic barriers must be addressed with a comprehensive approach. This article highlights the importance of sustainable and integrated innovation to meet future educational needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze madrasah education innovation. The type of research used is qualitative with a literature study approach. The data collection process in this study was carried out by collecting books, journals, and similar research, related to the title of the researcher's research, in order to obtain clear and accurate information. Then concluded based on descriptive text. Based on the results of the study, it was found that madrasahs before independence to madrasahs stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 have always experienced innovation, including superior labels and models, in madrasahs that always upgrade their institutions. Madrasah opportunities are very wide open, starting from the use of technology and community expectations for quality education. With challenges in madrasah innovation, namely madrasah infrastructure, human resources, and community expectations. Hopes in madrasah innovation are of course based on integrative education, curriculum development, human resource development, and community empowerment.

Abstract

shows that there are segments of society who feel they are not represented by the existing candidates. The high number of blank ballots indicates that many voters are dissatisfied with the choices available, so they choose not to vote for a candidate at all. This is a clear signal for political parties and candidates to listen more to the voice of the people. The implementation of campaigns is regulated in National Security Council Decree Number 11640 dated 2 May 1955. This decision does not determine the period for the campaign, but only states that the campaign ends the day before the voting. In Indonesia, the "empty box" phenomenon in general elections is an important issue that reflects the political dynamics and challenges faced by the democratic system. The empty box is one of the choices that voters can make in general elections when they feel there is no worthy candidate to nominate. In the context of the Pilkada, an empty box is not just an option not to vote, but a symbol that represents deep dissatisfaction with the existing candidates and the prevailing political system. With an empty box, people can express their dissatisfaction directly and signal to the political system that they want change, including a symbol of protest against candidates and a boost to political awareness. In this case, the mass media plays an active role in distributing information as an intermediary for the community using communication tools.

Abstract

Interest is when a person feels attracted to something or an activity without any coercion. Higher education has an education study program which basically aims to produce prospective teachers or educators in the future. However, nowadays it is often found that students of Education study programs are less interested in becoming teachers. This can be influenced by various factors, including perceptions of the teaching profession and teacher welfare. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of the teaching profession and teacher welfare on students' interest in becoming teachers. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were obtained from a sample of 63 people with probability sampling technique. The analysis technique used was the analysis requirement test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of the teaching profession and interest in becoming a teacher; (2) There is no influence between perceptions of teacher welfare and interest in becoming a teacher; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of the teaching profession and perceptions of teacher welfare with interest in becoming a teacher.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the landscape of public administration in Indonesia. One notable digital platform is Tik Tok, a short-video sharing application that has gained significant popularity among the public. This journal aims to analyze the role and implications of Tik Tok in the context of public administration in Indonesia. The research method employed is a literature study and secondary data analysis. The findings indicate that Tik Tok has been utilized by government and public institutions to enhance public engagement, disseminate public information, and promote government programs. However, challenges related to privacy issues, ethics, and user data security remain. This journal concludes that the utilization of Tik Tok in public administration must be carefully managed and aligned with the principles of good governance.

Abstract

Corporate governance plays a crucial role in enhancing transparency and accountability, particularly in preventing conflicts of interest that could harm a company's reputation. This study analyzes the relationship between corporate governance mechanisms, such as the proportion of independent commissioners, the frequency of audit committee meetings, institutional ownership, and environmental information disclosure, and company reputation. Using thematic analysis of scientific articles from 2019 to 2024, the findings reveal that effective governance mechanisms, such as intensive oversight by independent commissioners and proactive environmental disclosure, can improve public and investor perceptions. Good governance not only enhances financial performance but also strengthens corporate reputation through high levels of transparency and accountability.
