JURNAL EKSPERIMENTAL : Media Ilmiah Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Jurnal Eksperimental merupakan media ilmiah pendidikan bagi guru madrasah ibtidaiyah yang diterbitkan pada Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah STI Tarbiyah Al-Hilal Sigli. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Juli dan Desember. Selanjutnya, jurnal ini diterbitkan dalam dua versi, yaitu cetak dan online. Fokus jurnal ini memuat artikel-artikel penelitian tentang Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Pendidikan Guru SD/MI/SD, seperti analisis kompetensi, strategi pembelajaran, teori pembelajaran, pengembangan pembelajaran, profesionalisme pendidik, dan hasil penelitian. Reviewer akan meninjau setiap makalah yang dikirimkan ke redaksi jurnal eksperimental.

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine management strategies for improving student achievement. The research method used in this study was a descriptive analysis. The research approach used was qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out the library research method. The results showed that the management strategy to improve student performance is to monitor all routine activities that occur every day. The principal carries out daily leadership activities that are environmentally friendly, familial, and democratic and always prioritizes cooperation rather than selfishness for the benefit of students and all staff. Principals are also involved to assist teachers, staff, and employees in monitoring student success. In addition, as a pioneer in improving student achievement, school leaders become a top priority in the teaching and learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Make a Match Type Cooperative model in improving student learning outcomes for class V MIN 17 Pidie. Classroom action research consists of three cycles with the steps of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class V with a total of 34 people consisting of 22 women and 12 men. The results of the study obtained student scores with an average value and the percentage of completeness according to the cycle, namely in the first cycle, 65 and 41.18% were obtained. In the second cycle obtained 75.29 and 70.58%. And in the third cycle obtained 92.35 and 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Teupin Raya on the material of animal extremities using a scientific approach. The method used is PTK. The population of this study was the fifth grade students of SDN 3 Teupin Raya in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The sample in this study consisted of 11 students consisting of 7 male students and 4 female students. The data was collected using lesson plans, LOAS, LOAG, and LKS in 3 cycles. In the first cycle the average value obtained was 67.72 with a percentage of 18.19%. In the second cycle the average value obtained by students was 74.54 with a percentage of 63 .6%. In the third cycle the average value obtained by students is 85.9 with a percentage of 100%. So it can be said that the increase in student learning outcomes obtained a value exceeding the predetermined KKM 75.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Teams Games Tournament model on theory of ecosystem to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Lameu. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri Lameu which consisted of 23 students, consisting of 7 female students and 16 male students. The data collection uses instruments, observations, tests and field notes. The results of data analysis showed that in the first cycle the average value obtained by students was 68.26. Meanwhile, KK reached 47.83%. In the second cycle, the students' average score was 77.82, while the KK reached 73.91%. In the third cycle, the students' average score was 83.04 and the KK was 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Group Investigation learning model to increase the activity of fourth grade students. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in three cycles. The research subjects were 21 graders of SD Negeri Pineung. The data were collected by means of tests, observation sheets, interviews, field notes and documentation. The results showed that the average score in the first cycle was 43 with a percentage of 0%. Furthermore, the acquisition of the average value in the second cycle is 67 with a percentage of 42%. And the acquisition of the average score in the third cycle reached 82 with a percentage of completeness reaching 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[this study aims to determine the effect of work motivation principal on teacher job satisfaction together at SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The analysis technique data used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. The results showed that: There is a significant influence between the principal's work motivation on teacher job satisfaction by 79.1%. This means that work motivation will affect the job satisfaction of teachers in schools for the achievement of maximum performance; This means that the variable work motivation go hand in hand with teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher the teacher's job satisfaction. The principal's work motivation has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction. It is appropriate for teachers to get things that can raise their enthusiasm in carrying out their duties, because a teacher will produce better performance if they have good work competencies and get sufficient work motivation]]>

The quality of education must be further improved so that students are able to master skills and compete globally. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the jarimatics method on the cognitive of students 3rd grade at MIN 39 Pidie in the matter of multiplication arithmetic operations. This type of research is experimental research with a pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest research design, which are giving tests before and after being treated. The sample of this research was 14 students of 3rd grade MIN 39 Pidie. Data collection techniques used were tests and interviews. The results of the study at MIN 39 Pidie obtained the calculation of the t test where the sig. 2-tailed, namely 0.000 <0.05, obtained t count = 5.551 while t table with df 13, at a significant level of 5%, which is 2.160. Thus t-count> t-table (5,551 > 2,160) which means that Ha in this study is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore it can be concluded that there is an influence of the jarimatics method on the cognitive of 3rd grade students at MIN 39 Pidie in the matter of multiplication arithmetic operations]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes on energy sources material after students learn through the snowball throwing model in fourth grade students at SDN 3 Beureunuen. This type of research is Classroom Action Research, with 20 students. Data collection is carried out by planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research was conducted in III cycles. In cycle I the average value of students is 65.5, in cycle II student learning outcomes increase from cycle I, this is evidenced by the average student score of 76.5. In cycle III the learning outcomes obtained by students increased again with an average value obtained of 84.5. The classical completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I whose score was above the KKM was 9 students with a percentage of 45%. In cycle II, there were 14 students whose grades were above the KKM with a percentage score of 70%. And in cycle III, the scores above the KKM were 20 students with a percentage score of 100%.]]>
