Abstract

The BLT policy launched by the government has drawn a lot of protests from the public, students and community leaders both nationally and regionally. The purpose of this study is to find out the Community's Perception of Providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DANA DESA) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the people of Air Asuk Village, Kec. Central Siantan Kab. Anambas Islands. The research uses qualitative methods with community informants as beneficiaries of grants, and also people who do not receive grants. The research location is in the village of Air Asuk, Anambas Islands Regency. The results of the research are that people who tend to have negative perceptions are people who do not get help, that perception is based on internal and external perception factors, both what is felt, what is experienced while experiencing difficulties in the midst of an epidemic/pandemic, some are based on external factors, namely in the form of a stimulus when they know that the community is capable of getting help, and those who are affected have a negative perception because they have been influenced by other people around them who think that this is not right on target. Furthermore, there are also quite a lot of people who have a positive perception of the distribution of Covid-19 BLT-DD assistance, most of them have a positive perception, namely from the people who receive assistance, while the basis for their evaluation is that the distribution of aid funds is very useful and has been right on target, which tends to be based on internal factors. , as well as feelings of pleasure and help, and based on what is experienced.

Abstract

The purpose of the social assistance program in the city of Bandung is to help families who do not receive any assistance at all during the pandemic, especially during Emergency PPKM. However, the existence of this social assistance program poses many problems. Such as the results of data collection carried out, the process of inappropriate criteria and the process of program distribution. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of social assistance programs for communities affected by Covid-19 during the emergency PPKM in Bandung City. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews and document studies. Based on the results of research and analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that (1) changes in system operations on process quality indicators are quite effective but the target criteria are not fully appropriate and on indicators of achievement of results are quite effective, but there is a delay in the distribution of assistance from Bank BJB (2) changes in the target group on the process quality indicators are quite effective, but the amount of assistance provided does not meet daily needs and on the indicators of achievement of results is quite effective but the benefits of assistance are felt only for a moment.

Abstract

No foreign tourists visited Tanjung Pinang in July 2020 as international passenger ships have been suspended since April 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In July 2020, there were 1,765 tourists visiting the Riau Islands, 1,754 (99.38%) from the entrance of Batam City and 11 (0.62%) from the entrance of Bintan Province. On the contrary, in July 2020, no foreign tourists visited Tanjung Pinang City. Since no tourists visited Tanjung Pinang City in July 2020, the number of tourists visiting Tanjung Pinang City, decreased by around 81.71 percent compared to the same period last year. The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy of the Tanjungpinang City Culture and Tourism Office in the recovery of the tourism sector in the covid-19 pandemic situation. The result of this study is that the Tanjungpinang City Culture and Tourism Office on the recovery of the tourism sector in the covid-19 pandemic situation has not been optimal because it sees weaknesses both internally & externally, this is found in the following, namely the tourism office is still carrying out tactics before covid, even after covid this has not been formulated specific strategies. Tourism development is needed, development of tourism destinations & development of human resources (HR). The Tanjungpinang City Tourism Office has collaborated using particulate parties to increase the tourism potential of the region tourist visits to the Tanjungpinang City area.

Abstract

Community based tourism (CBT) is a concept of tourism management that is closely related to the active participation of communities in tourism development. targets the active roles of communities This form of CBT tourism is organized and owned by communities for the community to help tourists to increase their awareness and learn about local communities and life ordinances.The purpose of this study is basically to know how the management and the role of the village government in CBT management in the village of Gunung Kijang Sub-district persecutor Bintan Regency. In this study, the informants consisted of 5 POKDARWIS managers and 2 villager representative. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that the management of community-based tourism or CBT in Gunung Kijang Vil District, Bintan Regency has not been maximized because there are still many things that need to be improved.The suggestions given so that Community-Based Tourism in Gunung Kijang Village runs well are increasing the function of BUMDes by paying attention to all POKDARWIS, improving facilities, conducting regular tourism management training, the need for intensive promotions and in hearings activities must include discussion of CBT tourism evaluation.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge social impact on people's lives, one of the most affected is economic problems, so people have to adjust to a situation full of uncertainty like today. This study aims to look at the role of collaborative tadbir urus run by Dasawisma in improving food security for the community amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the investigators took one Dasa Wisma object, namely Dasa Wisma Kenanga in Bintan Regency as a community forum to carry out agricultural activities in an effort to fulfill their daily needs. In obtaining this data, this study uses qualitative research methods, using observation, interview, and documentation collection techniques. The results of this study explain the role of Dasa Wisma in improving food security during the pandemic in Bintan Regency as well as several work programs that have been carried out by this farmer group which are very helpful and beneficial to the community, besides being able to meet the needs of food produced by their group can also be sold to help the family economy. The results of the study also show that this farmer group was indeed formed before the Covid-19 pandemic, but when this pandemic appeared and damaged the economy, members of this farmer group had the availability to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

Menjelang Pemilihan Umum, Anies Baswedan melakukan kunjungan ke berbagai daerah dan tindakan ini dianggap oleh sebagian orang sebagai kampanye politik. Anies Baswedan pada 2 Desember 2022 di Masjid Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh diduga melakukan penandatanganan petisi dukungan untuk dirinya sebagai calon presiden 2024. Anies Baswedan dianggap telah melakukan curi start kampenye politik. Hal ini kemudian menjadi pemberitaan yang ramai diperbincangkan. Pemberitaan dilakukan oleh semua jenis media termasuk portal pemberitaan Media Onlie yaitu Detik.Com. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Desember 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana realitas (peristiwa, aktor, kelompok atau apa saja) yang terdapat dalam pemberitan curi start kampanye Anies Baswedan menjadi calon presiden 2024 dibingkai oleh media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemberitaan curi start kampanye Anies Baswedan menjadi calon presiden tahun 2024 di media Detik.com. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi terkait pemberitaan curi start kampanye mulai tanggal 7 – 16 Desember 2022. Teknis analisis framing yang digunakan menggunakan model Entman yaitu: Define Problems (Pendefinisian Masalah), Diagnose Causes (Memperkirakan Penyebab Masalah), Make Moral Judgement (Membuat Keputusan Moral) dan Treatment Recommendation (Menekankan Penyelesaian). Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis framing terhadap 6 berita yaitu, berita-berita tersebut sudah sesuai dengan konsep framing yang dikemukakan Robert N. Entman. Berita memenuhi keempat elemen yang dapat ditemui dalam teks berita.

Abstract

Abstract: Self-image is something that is often formed by everyone in communicating and interacting. The self-image formed in everyday life by each individual is often done consciously or unconsciously. But often the development of technology today, the formation of self-image can also take place through social media, especially on social media Instagram.Through the formation of virtual self-image, one can control, regulate and direct the views of other individuals towards it. This researcher aims to know and understand how the research subjects use the Instagram platform as a medium to form a virtual self-image, know the strategies of the research subjects in shaping virtual self-image, and find out how the life of the front stage and back stage of the research subjects in building virtual self-image. The subject of this study is a Student of Economic Education at HKBP Nomensen University.The metedeology used in this study is a qualitative research method with dramaturgical theory. The results found in this study are that the front stage life of the research subject is used as a forum to build a virtual self-image and the back stage as a place for itself. In this study, we can find out how the research subjects used Instagram as a medium to shape virtual self-image and how the strategies made by the research subjects in building virtual self-image. Abstrak Platform Instagram menjadi alat populer bagi individu, termasuk mahasiswa, dalam membangun citra diri virtual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran Instagram sebagai media pembentuk citra diri virtual pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas HKBP Nommensen dengan teori dramaturgi dari Erving Goffman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengungkapkan strategi pembentukan citra diri mahasiswa di Instagram dan menganalisis perbedaan panggung depan (front stage) dan panggung belakang (back stage) dalam identitas digital. Wawancara mendalam dengan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis tematik mengidentifikasi tema dan pola dalam data. Hasil menunjukkan mahasiswa menggunakan strategi konten, penampilan visual, dan gaya komunikasi untuk membangun citra diri di Instagram. Mereka mengendalikan pesan dan kesan yang ditampilkan kepada pengikut dan pengguna platform. Studi ini menyoroti perbedaan panggung depan dan panggung belakang dalam identitas digital mahasiswa. Panggung depan melibatkan penampilan publik yang disesuaikan dengan harapan penonton, sementara panggung belakang melibatkan kehidupan pribadi yang lebih otentik. Mahasiswa menggunakan kedua dimensi ini untuk menciptakan citra diri yang diinginkan dan memengaruhi persepsi orang lain. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada peran Instagram sebagai media pembentuk citra diri pada mahasiswa. Pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang strategi pembentukan citra diri di Instagram dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pendekatan pembelajaran yang relevan. Studi ini juga memperluas pemahaman tentang peran media sosial dalam membentuk identitas individu di era virtual.

Abstract

Abstract   The problem of a far span of control and having to be reached using sea transportation in access services is one of the problems in the process of providing public services at the Karimun Regency Ministry of Religion Office located in Tanjung Balai Karimun. The development of Digital Information Technology-based Public Service Innovations at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Karimun Regency was carried out as a form of implementation of the Integrity Zone (ZI) to improve the quality of public service delivery, especially considering the location of the Karimun Regency area which consists of districts separated by the sea. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of development of Digital Information Technology-based Public Service Innovations at the Karimun Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. This research uses the literature study method on literature related to research problems. The results showed that the forms of Digital Information Technology-based Public Service Innovation at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Karimun Regency are PTSP Zuriah Smart Online, Hajj Database System, Mail Management Information System, Employee E-Kinerja, Cooperation Information System of the Ministry of Religion of Karimun Regency and Disdukcapil of Karimun Regency (SIKECAP), Integrated Data Information System (SI DATIN), TTE (Electronic Signature), and Public Complaint Application (Whistleblowing System Application). Abstrak Permasalahan rentang kendali yang jauh dan harus ditempuh menggunakan transportasi laut dalam mengakses pelayanan menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karimun yang terletak di Tanjung Balai Karimun. Pengembangan Inovasi Pelayanan Publik berbasis Teknologi Informasi Digital pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karimun dilakukan sebagai bentuk implementasi Zona Integritas (ZI) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, terutama mengingat letak wilayah Kabupaten Karimun yang terdiri dari kecamatan-kecamatan yang terpisahkan oleh lautan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pengembangan Inovasi Pelayanan Publik berbasis Teknologi Informasi Digital pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karimun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Kepustakaan terhadap literatur yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk Inovasi Pelayanan Publik berbasis Teknologi Informasi Digital pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karimun adalah PTSP Zuriah Smart Online, Sistem Database Haji, Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat, E-Kinerja Pegawai, Sistem Informasi Kerja Sama Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karimun dan Disdukcapil Kabupaten Karimun (SIKECAP), Sistem Informasi Data Terintegrasi (SI DATIN), TTE (Tanda Tangan Elektronik), dan Aplikasi Pengaduan Publik (Aplikasi Whistleblowing System).

Abstract

Abstract  The high rate of economic inequality in Jakarta, and the persistence of poverty problems in Jakarta which are not in line with the high APBD of DKI Jakarta raises many questions about what is the role of the DKI Jakarta provincial government in alleviating poverty and reducing economic disparities in DKI Jakarta province and whether DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's public policy has in accordance with the concept of welfare, equality of opportunity and social justice. This study aims to find out how the DKI Jakarta government's efforts and policies are in improving welfare and opening access to equality in various aspects for the people of DKI Jakarta. This type of research is qualitative research using case study research methods and collecting data through literature studies and document studies to complete the data needed in the research. With case studies of the Housing Development Program policy (Construction and Provincial Program Relocation), the Jakarta elderly card program (KLJ) theoretically explain that this policy is a DKI provincial government policy to alleviate poverty and reduce economic disparities that are appropriate with the concept of welfare, social justice, and the concept of equality in opportunity. The conclusions in this study are that the housing development program, KLJ, are one of the 2 DKI provincial government programs/policies to fight poverty and reduce economic disparities, and these three programs are theoretically in accordance with the concepts of Welfare, Social Justice, and equality of opportunity but theoretically practice still has many weaknesses  Abstrak Tingginya angka ketimpangan ekonomi di Jakarta, dan masih eksisnya permasalahan kemiskinan di Jakarta yang tidak sejalan dengan tingginya APBD DKI Jakarta memunculkan banyak pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana peran pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan dan memperkecil disparitas ekonomi di provinsi DKI Jakarta dan apakah kebijakan publik Pemprov DKI Jakarta telah sesuai dengan konsep kesejahteraan, equality of opportunity dan keadilan sosial. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk Mengetahui bagaimana usaha dan kebijakan pemerintah DKI Jakarta dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan membuka akses kesetaraan dalam berbagai aspek bagi masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus dan mengambil data melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumen untuk melengkapi data data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Dengan studi kasus kebijakan Program Pengembangan Perumahan (Pembangunan dan Relokasi Program Provinsi), program kartu lansia Jakarta (KLJ) secara teori menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan ini merupakan kebijakan pemprov DKI untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan dan memperkecil disparitas ekonomi yang sudah sesuai dengan konsep kesejahteraan, keadilan sosial, dan konsep kesetaraan dalam kesempatan. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan perumahan, KLJ, merupakan salah 2 program/kebijakan pemprov DKI untuk melawan kemiskinan dan memperkecil disparitas ekonomi, dan ketiga program tersebut secara teoritis telah sesuai dengan konsep Kesejahteraan, Keadilan sosial, dan kesetaraan dalam kesempatan namun secara praktik masih memiliki banyak kelemahan

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the satisfaction of patients who use BPJS Health services for Polyclinic services at the Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital in Tanjungpinang City. In this study, the theory used by Vincent Gosperst (2002) is Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness. The total population in this study was 35,246 BPJS users. The number of samples in this study was 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative descriptive data analysis technique. Based on the results of the overall research, it is known that the quality of service at the Polyclinic at the Raja Ahmad Thabib Hospital in the Riau Archipelago Province is of sufficient quality. Based on the conversion results, it is known that the respondents answered with sufficient quality, totaling 68 people, or on average they answered quite well with a total of 68 people or 68% of the number of respondents. quality. This is because the information provided by the nurse is not able to explain to the patient, there are still nurses who are indifferent and do not want to explain properly to the patient, then some equipment is incomplete so that if the patient has to be examined and the tool is inadequate then there will be a referral. to another Raja Ahmad Thabib Hospital in the Riau Archipelago Province. Abstrak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan untuk masyarakat yang menyediakan pelayanan dari rawat jalan. Pelayanan Polilklinik mendapatkan keluhan dari pasien yang cukup banyak mengenai pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak Rumah Sakit. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien yang mengunakan jasa BPJS Kesehatan terhadap pelayanan Poliklinik di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Raja Ahmad Tabib di Kota Tanjungpinang. Dalam penelitian ini teori yang digunakan Vincent Gosperst (2002) yaitu Realibility, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, dan Responsiveness. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35.246 orang pasien pengguna BPJS, Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data deksriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian keseluruhan maka diketahui bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Poliklinik Di RSUP Raja Ahmad Thabib Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sudah cukup berkualitas. Berdasarkan hasil konversi maka diketahui responden menjawab cukup berkualitas berjumlah 68 orang, atau rata-rata menjawab cukup baik dengan jumlah 68 orang atau 68 % dari jumlah responden, hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa sebagian besar responden menjawab bahwa kualitas pelayanan di RSUD khususnya pada Poliklinik sudah cukup berkualitas. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya informasi yang diberikan perawat kurang dapat menjelaskan kepada pasien, masih ada perawat yang bersikap tidak acuh dan tidak mau menjelaskan dengan baik kepada pasien, kemudian beberapa peralatan yang tidak lengkap sehingga jika pasien harus diperiksa dan alat tersebut tidak memadai maka aka nada rujukan ke RSUP Raja Ahmad Thabib Provinsi Kepulauan Riau lainnya.
